As used herein, the term wood grain board refers specifically to a board material having wood grains.
Nowadays, as the living standard of people is improved, the fair-faced concrete is more and more applied to various buildings and civil engineering, the requirements of the fair-faced concrete engineering in China are not limited to roads, bridges, plants and airports any more, and the fair-faced concrete is also applied to industrial and civil buildings to a certain extent; in recent years, the finishing effect of fair-faced concrete has been developed in various forms.
The fair-faced concrete is an expression technique of modern architecture, and is also called as decorative concrete because of a certain decorative effect; in general, the template plays a decisive role in how the wood grain effect is to be formed on the concrete surface; in the prior art, it is common to use a board having wood grains as a form to be brought into contact with concrete, thereby realizing fair-faced concrete having a wood grain effect.
Today, the geometry of traditional buildings (such as straight faces) has not been able to satisfy the mind of designers, and designers have been moving towards shaped buildings, wherein curved (such as straight curved or reverse curved) buildings are becoming the hot door to design, and the special contouring and structural systems thereof are widely favored by designers.
However, the conventional fair-faced concrete formwork is usually formed by a layer of board with wood grains, and the board is usually easy to deform after absorbing water, so that the wood grains printed on the surface of the concrete are not ideal, and the formed fair-faced concrete cannot meet the needs of people.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides an arc-shaped form, a roof and a construction method for fair-faced concrete, so as to at least solve the problem that the traditional fair-faced concrete form is generally formed by a layer of wood grain plate, which is generally easy to deform after absorbing water, so that the wood grain printed on the concrete surface is not ideal, and thus the formed fair-faced concrete cannot meet the needs of people.
The arc-shaped formwork of the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present application provides an arc formwork 2 for fair-faced concrete, including a wood grain board 21 and a reinforcing member 22, wherein the wood grain board 21 is used for contacting with concrete, the cross section of the wood grain board 21 is arc-shaped, and the wood grain board 21 includes a first side and a second side which are oppositely arranged along the thickness direction; for example, a first side of the wood grain board 21 is used to contact concrete, thereby forming a visual effect of wood grains on the surface after the concrete is solidified; the second side may be used in conjunction with a reinforcement 22, as will be described further below.
The reinforcement 22 is disposed on either the first side or the second side; the reinforcing member 22 is mainly a member having a reinforcing function/effect, for example, the reinforcing member 22 may be a strip-shaped member, and is disposed on the first side of the wood-grain board 21 by a fastener 2133 such as a nail, in this embodiment, in a specific application, the reinforcing member 22 may be disposed on one side (such as the second side) of the wood-grain board 21 away from the concrete, and by disposing the reinforcing member 22, the wood-grain board 21 is reinforced, so that the stability of the wood-grain board 21 can be ensured, the wood-grain board 21 is prevented from deforming after absorbing water, and the clear concrete after forming satisfies the needs of people.
In the present embodiment, specific shapes, positional relationships, and the like of the wood grain plate 21 and the reinforcing member 22 are not further limited, and one may design according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 1, the wood grain board 21 may further include a first board 211 and a second board 212, the first board 211 and the second board 212 may have an arc-shaped cross section, and the second board 212 is arranged side by side with the first board 211, so as to widen a contact area with concrete, and facilitate forming the arc-shaped formwork 2 required by people after the first board 211 and the second board 212 are spliced.
The first plate 211 and the second plate 212 are connected through a limiting structure 213, and the limiting structure 213 is used for limiting the movement of the first plate 211 in the thickness direction of the second plate 212; wherein, the number of the reinforcing members 22 can be 2, and the reinforcing members are respectively connected with the sides of the first plate 211 and the second plate 212 far away from the concrete. The limiting structure 213 is used for limiting the movement of the first plate 211 in the thickness direction of the second plate 212; in actual use, through setting up limit structure 213, thereby restrict the activity of first board 211 in the thickness direction of second board 212, from this, need not to penetrate fasteners such as nail and can realize fixing between first board 211 and the second board 212, like this, the connection between first board 211 and the second board 212 can not cause the damage to the surface (such as the one side that the concrete contacted) of grained board 21 because of using fasteners such as penetrating nail, that is to say, can not be because of there being the hole/penetrating nail on one side that grained board 21 and concrete contacted, and cause the damage to the pattern on grained surface, thereby guaranteed the unity of wood grain on the visual effect, and then make the wood grain nature on the concrete surface after the shaping.
It should be understood that the number of the reinforcing members 22 may also be 1 or 3, for example, when the number is 1, only the first board 211 or the second board 212 may be reinforced, and of course, the reinforcing members may also be transversely disposed to simultaneously reinforce the first board 211 and the second board 212, as long as at least a part of the wood-grain board 21 can be reinforced, which is not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1, the position limiting structure 213 may include a protrusion 2131 and a groove 2132, the protrusion 2131 being disposed on the first plate 211; the grooves 2132 are arranged on the second plate 212, and the protrusions 2131 are matched with the grooves 2132; wherein, the protruding part 2131 is at least partially embedded in the groove 2132; in practical use, the shape of the protruding portion 2131 can be matched with the groove 2132, so that the protruding portion 2131 can be just plugged into the groove 2132, and the first plate 211 and the second plate 212 can be fixed, and the embedded connection mode is adopted, so that people can fix the first plate 211 and the second plate 212 without fasteners such as nails, and the like, and the structure is simple and stable, and the specific principle can be referred to the related description of the limiting structure 213.
The protrusion 2131 may be disposed on a side of the first plate 211 adjacent to the second plate 212; for example, the protrusion 2131 may be integrally formed on the side of the first plate 211 adjacent to the second plate 212, but may also be fixed by gluing or the like; in a specific application, the protruding portion 2131 is arranged on the side of the first plate 211 adjacent to the second plate 212, so that the size of the protruding portion 2131 is reduced, and the mounting is performed nearby, so that the production and manufacturing cost is saved.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for preparing fair-faced concrete, which further comprises a fastener 2133, wherein one end of the fastener 2133 passes through the groove 2132 and then is connected with the reinforcing member 22 after passing through the second plate 212; for example, the fastener 2133 may be a nail, the nail is driven into the recess 2132 by the nail gun, the nail penetrates through the recess 2132 and enters into the reinforcement 22, so as to tightly connect the reinforcement 22 and the wood-grain board 21, that is, in particular, in application, the nail is obliquely inserted into the reinforcement 22, after the first board 211 and the second board 212 are connected by the limiting structure 213, because the entrance (hole) of the nail in the recess 2132 is blocked by the protrusion, not only the appearance is attractive, but also the two sides of the whole wood-grain board 21 oppositely arranged in the thickness direction are not damaged, so as to facilitate the subsequent reuse; in addition, since the nail is inclined, it is convenient to control the length of the nail, and the inclined driving of the nail prevents damage to the wood grain board 21 due to the excessively long nail penetrating through the wood grain board 21 and the reinforcement 22, as compared to the fixing of the reinforcement 22 by driving the nail from the thickness direction of the wood grain board 21.
The embodiment of the application also provides a roof, which at least comprises a support part 1 and the arc-shaped formwork 2, wherein the arc-shaped formwork 2 is positioned on one side of the support part 1, which is far away from the concrete, and is connected with the support part 1; the support part 1 may include, for example, a steel pipe and a jacking, which is connected to the steel pipe to form a support part; because the roof is mainly pieced together through foretell arc template 2 and is accomplished, consequently through the reinforcement 22 that sets up arc template 2 to consolidate wooden grained board 21, like this, can guarantee wooden grained board 21's stability, take place to warp after preventing wooden grained board 21 to make the clear water concrete after shaping satisfy people's needs.
The roof provided by the embodiment of the application can also comprise a hanging side 3 which is arranged on one side of the supporting part 1 close to the concrete; the hanging side 3 is arranged, so that people can pour concrete on the roof conveniently; for example, the hanging wall 3 may include side plate assemblies 31 and supports 32, the side plate assemblies 31 may be used to prevent concrete from flowing out of the projection area of the wood grain board 21 in the vertical direction during casting, and in particular, the side plate assemblies 31 may be four pieces so as to enclose a relatively closed space for casting concrete, so that the concrete is formed.
A support 32 may be used to support the side plate assembly 31, the support 32 is disposed on the side of the wood grain board 21 close to the concrete, and the support 32 is connected with the side plate assembly 31; for example, the support 32 may be a rebar-supported shelf (e.g., shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped) to act as a dark beam to provide support.
The supporting member 32 may further include an upright 321, a cross bar 322, and a gravity conduction part 323 (such as a steel cable), wherein the upright 321 is disposed on one side of the wood-grain board 21 close to the concrete, and two end parts of the cross bar 322 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the wood-grain board 21; the gravity conduction part 323 is used for transmitting the gravity of the concrete on the roof to the support part 1, one end of the gravity conduction part 323 is connected with one end of the cross bar 322, and the other end is connected with the support part 1; wherein, the side plate assembly 31 is connected with the upright 321 and/or the cross bar 322; specifically, the support part 1 mainly functions to support the roof and mount the gravity conduction part 323; the gravity conduction part 323 is mainly used for transmitting the gravity of the concrete on the roof to the support part 1; after being subjected to force analysis, by providing the gravity conduction part 323, the gravity of the concrete on the roof can be transmitted to the support part 1 through the gravity conduction part 323 in a shearing force, thereby reducing the bending moment of the concrete on the roof.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a construction method, which comprises the following steps:
installing a support part 1 in a construction site;
the arc-shaped templates 2 are laid and attached to the supporting parts 1 side by side;
binding reinforcing steel bars on one side, close to the concrete pouring, of the wood grain board 21;
carrying out mould hanging construction;
and (6) pouring concrete.
Compared with the prior art, this application embodiment, through setting up reinforcement 22 to consolidate the wood grain board 21, like this, can guarantee the stability of wood grain board 21, take place to warp after preventing wood grain board 21 to absorb water, thereby make the clear water concrete after taking shape satisfy people's needs.
In one implementation, structural adhesive can be injected into the joints of the wood grain board 21 and the joints can be wiped with wood chips; in practical use, the joint of each wood grain board 21 is knotted with structural adhesive (such as glass cement), and before the structural adhesive is solidified, the joint is wiped by using the wood chips obtained when the wood grain boards 21 are processed, so that wood grains are formed on the surface of the joint and are integrated with the whole wood veneer; that is, compared with the prior art, the problem that a large gap exists at the splicing seam of the traditional template is solved by knotting the structural adhesive at the splicing seam, and the slurry leakage during concrete pouring is avoided; in addition, the joint is wiped by using the wood chips of the wood grain board 21 before the joint glue of the wood grain board 21 is not solidified, so that wood grains are formed on the surface of the joint, and the whole body is more attractive.
For reducing the construction careless leakage, the following construction key points are disclosed:
1. in order to ensure that the wood grain board 21 can be in natural arc transition, when the wood grain board 21 is constructed on site, the width of the wood grain board 21 is selected to be 300-600 mm, the wood grain board is paved and pasted along the direction with large transverse curvature, the length direction of the wood grain board 21 is paved and pasted along the longitudinal direction of a roof from one side to the opposite side in sequence, and the abutted seam height difference and the seam width meet the quality requirements of common template engineering.
Before the positioning and lofting of the roof embedded part, the point location facilities at each tail end can be rechecked, the positioning and lofting of the embedded part backing plate is started after the confirmation of no error, and the size deviation of the positioning of the embedded part is controlled within 10 mm.
After the roof texture board is paved and attached at the later stage, the biggest problem is finished product protection; therefore, during the reinforcement bar binding construction, the soles of field constructors must be cleaned in place, and if the field constructors wear antifouling shoes, the field constructors are strictly prohibited to discard and fall down pollutants to cause the pollution of the wood grain texture layer.
Considering construction in rainy season and cleaning of the wood grain board 21, a drain hole is arranged in advance in a low-lying position of the bottom of the roof, the position of the drain hole is arranged to follow a hidden position which is easy to drain or difficult to find in later vision, and when concrete is poured, the drain hole is closed.
After concrete pouring is finished, because the transverse curvature is large, multiple times of plastering and finishing are required, after several times of plastering and finishing, the concrete is immediately covered by a plastic film, so that moisture is not evaporated, and moisture preservation and maintenance are carried out by depending on the moisture of the concrete so as to ensure the color uniformity of the surface of the concrete. The roof concrete curing time is not less than the construction specification requirement, and meanwhile, a specially-assigned person is guaranteed to be arranged, and the roof concrete is cured and watered for 3 times every day.
The concrete base course is very important in the whole construction process link, the quality of the base course cleaning has very large influence on the whole effect of the fair-faced concrete, neutral cleaning agents are preferentially adopted for cleaning large-area floating dust treatment in the construction, and different treatment schemes are respectively adopted for different pollution categories.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not limited thereto; although the embodiments of the present application have been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.
