During specific implementation, the grout inlet pipe 33 and the grout supplementing pipe 6 can be fixedly connected with the reinforcement cage 8 so as to realize fixation.
In detail, the fixing plate 1, the grouting pipe 3, the annular stopper 5 and the grout pipe 6 in the present invention can be made of high strength plastic. The method can be specifically formed in one step by injection molding or 3D printing.
The cast-in-place pile has the effect of any pile end bottom grouting device as described above due to the pile end bottom grouting device.
The invention also provides a construction method of the cast-in-place pile, which sequentially comprises the following steps:
s1, forming a pile hole, and cleaning sediments in the pile hole;
s2, sinking a reinforcement cage 8 with a pile end bottom grouting device arranged at the lower end to the bottom of the pile hole;
s3, pouring concrete into the pile hole to form a cast-in-place pile;
and S4, grouting into the grout storage bag 2 to form a pile bottom expanded head.
In step S4, control is performed according to the soil properties of the pile hole. If the pile is sandy soil, controlling the actual grouting amount and the grouting pressure to be larger than the preset values of the grout storage bag 2 (the preset values comprise two values, namely a volume value in a filling state of the grout storage bag 2 designed during manufacturing of the grout storage bag 2 and a preset fixed bearing strength value), so that the grout storage bag 2 is broken, cement grout in the grout storage bag 2 overflows, the sandy soil around the bottom of the pile is infiltrated and solidified, and the pile end expanding head and the surrounding stratum are tightly cemented into a whole. If the soil is cohesive soil, controlling the actual grouting amount and the grouting pressure to be smaller than the preset value of the slurry storage bag 2, and avoiding the fracture of the slurry storage bag 2; when the grouting pile is used, the enlarged head formed at the bottom of the pile end is made to be as large as possible through grouting pressure and grouting amount, so that the ultimate bearing capacity of the cast-in-place pile is greatly improved, and settlement is reduced; and then, a grout supplementing pipe 6 in the grouting device can directly perform grouting to the stratum at the bottom of the pile, and at the moment, the formed enlarged head can block grout from returning upwards to promote the grout supplementing to develop to the depth of the stratum, so that the reinforcing range of the foundation at the bottom of the pile is enlarged. Of course, in other embodiments, if the soil is sandy soil, the slurry storage bag 2 can be controlled not to be broken; in case of cohesive soil, the pulp storage bag 2 can also be controlled to break.
Has the following effects: the construction method utilizes the unique pile end bottom grouting device, whether the pile is broken or not and the time and conditions of the breakage can be accurately selected according to different soil properties and preset values of the grout storage bags 2, and therefore the bearing capacity of the cast-in-place pile can be improved adaptively.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (16)

1. A pile end bottom grouting device comprising:
a fixed plate (1);
it is characterized by also comprising:
the grout storage bag (2) is fixed on the fixing plate (1), the grout storage bag (2) forms an accommodating cavity suitable for accommodating grout or the grout storage bag (2) and the fixing plate (1) enclose the accommodating cavity suitable for accommodating grout, the grout storage bag (2) has an inner filling state and an inner hollow furling state, the grout storage bag (2) is preset with a fixed limit pressure-bearing strength value and is fixed in volume under the filling state, and the grout storage bag (2) is filled with grout to bear the pile body.

3. Pile end bottom grouting arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the storage bag (2) is provided with weak areas with a lower bearing strength than the rest of the storage bag (2) to create a grout outlet area when pressed.
4. The pile tip bottom grouting device of claim 1, further comprising:
the grouting pipe (3) is communicated with the inner cavity of the grout storage bag (2) and is suitable for grouting into the grout storage bag (2);
the first one-way valve (4) is arranged at the communication position of the grouting pipe (3) and the grout storage bag (2) and is suitable for blocking the blockage in the grout storage bag (2) from entering the grouting pipe (3).
5. The pile end bottom grouting device according to claim 4, characterized in that a first grout outlet (311) is opened on the wall of the grouting pipe (3), and the first check valve (4) comprises:

the first rubber sleeve (42) is directly or indirectly sleeved on the outer side of the first water stopping adhesive tape (41);
the first water stop adhesive tape (41) and the first rubber sleeve (42) have a sealing state which is tightened towards the direction close to the grouting pipe (3) and an opening state which forms a gap with the grouting pipe (3) under the action of the internal pressure of the grouting pipe (3);
and the first hard sheet (43) is clamped between the first water stop adhesive tape (41) and the first rubber sleeve (42) and is arranged corresponding to the first slurry outlet hole (311).
6. Pile end bottom grouting device according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that the grouting pipe (3) comprises:
the first pulp outlet part (31) is positioned in the inner cavity of the pulp storage bag (2);
an interface (32) which passes through the fixing plate (1) and is communicated with the first slurry outlet part (31);
and the slurry inlet pipe (33) is in sealed communication with the interface (32).
7. Pile-end bottom grouting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the fixing plate (1) is an annular plate and the slurry storage bag (2) is of annular construction adapted to the annular plate.
8. Pile-end bottom grouting device according to claim 7, characterised in that the inner ring edge of the fixing plate (1) is provided with an annular stop (5) extending to the inner ring of the grout storage bag (2).
9. The pile tip bottom grouting device of claim 8, further comprising:
the grout supplementing pipe (6) is communicated with the inner area of the annular stopper (5) and is suitable for injecting grout into the pile hole;
and the second one-way valve (7) is arranged at the communication position of the slurry supplementing pipe (6) and the inner area of the annular stopper (5) and is suitable for preventing the blockage in the pile hole from entering the slurry supplementing pipe (6).
10. The pile end bottom grouting device according to claim 9, characterized in that a second grout outlet (611) is opened on the wall of the grout filling pipe (6), and the second check valve (7) comprises:
the second water-stopping adhesive tape (71) is wound on the part, provided with the second slurry outlet hole (611), of the slurry supplementing pipe (6);
the second rubber sleeve (72) is directly or indirectly sleeved on the outer side of the second water stopping adhesive tape (71);
the second water-stopping adhesive tape (71) and the second adhesive sleeve (72) are in a sealed state of being tightened towards the direction close to the pulp supplementing pipe (6) and in an open state of forming a gap with the pulp supplementing pipe (6) under the action of the internal pressure of the pulp supplementing pipe (6);
and the second hard sheet (73) is clamped between the second water stop adhesive tape (71) and the second rubber sleeve (72) and is arranged corresponding to the second slurry outlet hole (611).
11. Pile-end bottom grouting device according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that the grout pipe (6) has a second grout outlet (61) extending to the inner area of the annular stopper (5), said second grout outlet (61) being an annular pipe extending along the inner wall of the annular stopper (5).
12. The pile-end bottom grouting device according to claim 1, characterized in that a detection port (21) is provided on the fixing plate (1), said detection port (21) being adapted to fill medium into the grout storage bag (2).
13. The pile tip bottom grouting device of claim 1, further comprising:
the protection cover, with fixed plate (1) can be dismantled the connection, and be suitable for to cover before the construction and establish the outside of storing up thick liquid bag (2).
14. An injection pile, comprising:
the pile end bottom grouting device of any one of claims 1 to 13;

15. A method of constructing a cast-in-place pile according to claim 14, comprising the steps of, in order:
s1, forming a pile hole, and cleaning sediments in the pile hole;
s2, sinking a reinforcement cage (8) with the lower end provided with the pile end bottom grouting device to the bottom of the pile hole;
s3, pouring concrete into the pile hole to form a cast-in-place pile;
s4, grouting is conducted into the grout storage bag (2) to form a pile bottom expanded head.
16. The construction method according to claim 15, wherein in step S4, control is performed according to the soil property of the pile hole: if the soil is sandy soil, controlling the actual grouting amount and the grouting pressure to be larger than the preset value of the slurry storage bag (2) so as to break the slurry storage bag (2); and if the soil is cohesive soil, controlling the actual grouting amount and the grouting pressure to be smaller than the preset value of the slurry storage bag (2), and avoiding the fracture of the slurry storage bag (2).
