Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disperse red dyes, and relates to a disperse red dye composition.
Background
Disperse red 356 is a dye with wide application range, and although the performance is excellent, disperse red 356 has poor leveling property and low lifting power, and is not suitable for dyeing superfine fibers. Mainly characterized in that the dyeing is easy to generate colored flowers and can not dye dark color, thereby limiting the application range of the product.
At present, a plurality of disperse scarps formed by combining benzodifuran dyes with disperse yellow 114 and other high-fastness dyes appear in the market, for example, CN101899229A/CN201610813195 is a high-fastness disperse scarp. Although disperse red 356 is also a dye of the benzodifuran class, it does not disperse a bright red, but rather a relatively bright blue red. Despite the efforts of the skilled artisan, there has been no success in developing an alternate product over disperse red 356.
Therefore, the development of a blue-disperse red having a bright color and excellent performance and a color close to that of the red 356 is an urgent subject to be studied in the dye industry.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
a disperse red dye composition comprises a dye and an auxiliary agent, wherein the dye comprises a component A and a component B,
the component A is a compound shown in a formula (I),
the component B at least comprises a compound shown as a formula (II),
wherein:
r is selected from C1-C4Alkyl group of (1).
In one of the above-mentioned disperse red dye compositions, it is preferred that said component B is composed of one or both of the compounds represented by the formulae (II-1) and (II-2),
in the disperse red dye composition, the mass percent of the component A in the dye is 30-95%, and the mass percent of the component B in the dye is 5-70%.
In the disperse red dye composition, the mass ratio of the dye to the auxiliary agent is 0.5-7: 1.
in the disperse red dye composition, an auxiliary agent is generally required to be added during application, the auxiliary agent is a dispersing agent, a surfactant thereof and the like which are commonly used during the compounding of disperse dyes, and the auxiliary agent is selected from one or more of lignosulfonate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate. Examples of the organic solvent include a methyl naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant MF), a naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant NNO), and sodium lignosulfonates (lignin NA, 83A).
The invention also provides a preparation method of the disperse red dye composition, which comprises the following steps: mixing the dye monomer compounds (crude dyes) of the composition for forming the disperse red dye according to a ratio, and then carrying out microparticulation by a grinder such as a sand mill or a grinding machine in the presence of an auxiliary agent and water; alternatively, the dye monomer compound may be subjected to a pulverization treatment using a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder in the presence of an auxiliary agent or water, and then mixed in a certain proportion. The composition of the disperse red dye of the invention disperses the dye product into liquid after being ground by a sand mill or a grinding mill, and can be powder and granular after being spray-dried, and because 100 percent of water cannot be removed in the spray-drying process, a certain amount of water is still allowed to exist in the powder or granular dye product.
Due to the particularity of the dye industry, the dye product is difficult to prepare into a pure product, usually has impurities in the preparation process, and the dye product of the invention also allows the existence of trace impurities.
Specifically, the disperse red dye composition of the present invention can be prepared using the following two methods:
in the above-mentioned disperse red dye composition, the disperse red dye composition is prepared by the following method: and adding water into the component A, the component B and the dispersant MF, mixing, grinding, dispersing, and spray drying to obtain the finished product.
Alternatively, in the above-mentioned one disperse red dye composition, the disperse red dye composition is prepared by the following method: and adding water into the component A, the component B and an auxiliary agent, mixing and blending to prepare slurry, controlling the solid content of the slurry to be 35-45%, grinding and dispersing the slurry, and performing spray drying to obtain a finished product, wherein the auxiliary agent is one or more of a methyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, a naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and sodium lignosulfonate.
The disperse red dye composition provided by the invention is mainly applied to dyeing or printing of hydrophobic fiber materials.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the disperse red dye composition provided by the invention has disperse blue light red which is close to disperse red 356, simultaneously solves the defects of poor leveling property and low lifting power of a disperse red 356 product, has the obvious advantages of bright color, good leveling property and high lifting power, is low in price, economical and environment-friendly, and is an rare disperse red dye composition.
