the conveying mechanism in the embodiment adopts a rotary conveying mechanism 37, the rotary conveying mechanism 37 comprises a support 45, the top of the support 45 is rotatably connected with a first rotating shaft 43, the center of the first rotating shaft 43 is fixedly sleeved with a second rotating shaft 55, one side of the support 45 is fixedly provided with a second rotating motor 46, the output end of the second rotating motor 46 is connected with a second gearbox 44, one end of the second rotating shaft 55 penetrates through the support 45 and then is connected with the output end of the second gearbox 44, a plurality of support plates 38 are annularly distributed on the circumferential surface of the first rotating shaft 43, the top end of each support plate 38 is fixedly connected with a support column 39, two ends of each support column 39 are respectively connected with a rotating wheel 40, four suspension arms 50 are welded on the inner sides of two rotating wheels 40 along the horizontal direction, a third rotating shaft 49 is rotatably connected between two suspension arms 50 oppositely arranged on the two rotating wheels 40, and a square frame 51 is fixedly sleeved outside the third rotating shaft 49, two sides of each square frame 51 along the transmission direction of the first group of conveyor belts 1 are open structures, a rotating conveyor belt bracket 54 is arranged in each square frame 51, a first rotating conveyor belt 41, a second rotating conveyor belt 42, a third rotating conveyor belt 47 and a fourth rotating conveyor belt 48 are respectively arranged on each rotating conveyor belt bracket 54, a third rotating motor 52 is further respectively arranged on the side wall of each rotating conveyor belt bracket 54, the output end of the third rotating motor 52 is connected with a third gearbox 53, the third gearbox 53 is connected with a driving roller in each rotating conveyor belt, the first rotating conveyor belt 41 is positioned between and jointed with the second-layer conveyor belt 201 and the third-layer conveyor belt 301 in a coplanar manner, the second rotating conveyor belt 42 is positioned between and jointed with the second-layer conveyor belt 202 and the third-layer conveyor belt 302 in a coplanar manner, the third rotating conveyor belt 47 is positioned between and jointed with the first-layer conveyor belt 102 and the fourth-layer conveyor belt 402 in a coplanar manner, the fourth rotating conveyor belt 48 is positioned between and in abutting coplanar relation with the first tier conveyor belt 101 and the fourth tier conveyor belt 401.
The liftable conveyor for transporting a double-deck conveyor tray for a children's shoe assembly in this embodiment is in a first state (as shown in fig. 6) when the tray 36 is on the first primary conveyor 101, the first rotating motor 7 and the third rotating motor 52 are operated, and the tray 36 is transported to the fourth primary conveyor 401 via the fourth rotating conveyor 48.
When the tray 36 is transported to the fourth rotary conveyor 48, the third rotary motor 52 is deactivated, the second rotary motor 46 is activated, the wheel 40 is rotated to a certain angle so that the fourth rotary conveyor 48 is aligned with the fourth second tier conveyor 402, the third rotary motor 52 is activated, and the tray 36 is transported to the fourth second tier conveyor 402. When the second rotary motor 46 continues to operate to align the fourth rotary conveyor 48 with the second tier conveyor 202, the third rotary motor 52 rotates in a forward and reverse direction and the trays 36 are fed onto the second tier conveyor 202 and the third second tier conveyor 302, respectively. When the fourth rotating conveyor belt 48 is aligned with the second-tier conveyor belt 201, the third rotating motor 52 rotates forward and backward, respectively, and the tray 36 is conveyed to the second-tier conveyor belt 201 and the third-tier conveyor belt 301, respectively.
Similarly, the remaining three rotating conveyors may correspond to the first, second, third and fourth sets of conveyors 1, 2, 3, 4, respectively, and convey the trays 36 conveyed on the rotating conveyors to the other conveyors.

A liftable formula conveyer that is used for double-deck conveyer belt tray of children's shoes assembly to transport, including first group conveyer belt (1) that is the rectangle and distributes, second group conveyer belt (2), third group conveyer belt (3) and fourth group conveyer belt (4), first group conveyer belt (1), second group conveyer belt (2), third group conveyer belt (3), first rotation motor (7) and first gearbox (8) are all installed to one side of fourth group conveyer belt (4), the output of first rotation motor (7) links to each other with first gearbox (8), the output of first gearbox (8) links to each other with the initiative roller of conveyer belt, its characterized in that: the first group of conveyor belts (1), the second group of conveyor belts (2), the third group of conveyor belts (3) and the fourth group of conveyor belts (4) respectively comprise an upper layer of conveyor belts and a lower layer of conveyor belts which are arranged in parallel along the vertical direction, a first primary conveyor belt (101) positioned above in the first group of conveyor belts (1) and a fourth primary conveyor belt (401) positioned above in the fourth group of conveyor belts (4) are on the same straight line, a first secondary conveyor belt (102) positioned below in the first group of conveyor belts (1) and a fourth secondary conveyor belt (402) positioned below in the fourth group of conveyor belts (4) are on the same straight line, a second primary conveyor belt (201) in the second group of conveyor belts (2) and a third primary conveyor belt (301) in the third group of conveyor belts (3) are on the same straight line, the second layer conveyor belt (202) in the second group of conveyor belts (2) and the third second layer conveyor belt (302) in the third group of conveyor belts (3) are on the same straight line; the tray conveying device is characterized by further comprising a conveying mechanism arranged among the first group of conveyor belts (1), the second group of conveyor belts (2), the third group of conveyor belts (3) and the fourth group of conveyor belts (4), and the conveying mechanism can convey trays (36) carried on any one group of conveyor belts into the other three groups of conveyor belts.
