4. A material feed metering device as set forth in claim 3, characterized in that a raw material bin is disposed above the rotary bin.

A material feeding and metering device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the volume target hopper, the micro replenishment hopper and the raw material bin are mounted on a main frame, one end of the first weighing sensor is arranged on the main frame, the other end of the first weighing sensor is connected with the weighing and metering hopper, one end of the second weighing sensor is arranged on the main frame, and the other end of the second weighing sensor is connected with the receiving container.

The material feeding and metering device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the weight of the materials contained in the plurality of micro-supplement hoppers is increased from small to large according to a set multiple, and the weight of the materials contained in the smallest micro-supplement hopper is half of the maximum allowable error range of the packaging bag; wherein the set multiple is more than one time and less than or equal to two times.
7. A material feed metering device as set forth in claim 6 wherein the plurality of micro-hoppers hold material of a weight which increases by a factor of two from as little as possible to as much as possible.

A material feeding and metering device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the volume target hopper and the micro-supplement hopper each comprise an inner tube and an outer tube which is positioned below the inner tube and is sleeved on the periphery of the inner tube, the inner tube and the outer tube can be adjusted in the up-down direction, and a sealing rubber ring is arranged between the inner tube and the outer tube.
9. A material feeding and metering device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the outer tube is provided with an adjusting ring which is sleeved on the adjusting post, and the adjusting post is provided with a locking bolt for locking the position of the adjusting ring.
10. A material feeding and metering device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a gear ring is mounted on the outer edge of the rotary bin, the gear ring is meshed with a gear on the output shaft of the motor,
or a conical cylinder is arranged in the rotary bin and is connected with the motor through a connecting plate.

A material feeding and metering device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a plurality of vertical material pushing and blocking plates are arranged in the rotary bin, and the bottoms of the material pushing and blocking plates are in contact with the tops of the volume target hopper and the micro supplement hopper.
12. A material feeding and metering device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein an auxiliary blanking device is arranged on the rotary bin, and the auxiliary blanking device comprises a vibration motor or an air hammer.
13. A material feeding and metering device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a second flexible connecting structure is arranged between the blanking port of the weighing and metering hopper and the bag clamping device; the first control plate and the second control plate are driven by an air cylinder.
