Detailed Description
The following further describes the steps of the invention:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a blind area obstacle reminding system for vehicle steering or gear shifting, which includes an LCDA controller, a gateway GW, an EPS assembly, and an in-vehicle entertainment system HU.
First, the LCDA controller judges whether or not to issue an alarm signal by receiving information of detection of the surrounding environment by the ultrasonic radar and combining operation information to be turned left and right inputted by the driver.
Specifically, the detection area of the ultrasonic radar includes a predetermined area where the driver blind area is located, and whether or not there is a moving object in the blind area is determined by the detection information of the ultrasonic radar.
The LCAD controller determines that there is a moving object whose moving speed exceeds a preset speed in the blind area and that the driver has an operation action of turning on the turn signal (i.e., considers that the driver has a steering intention). At this time, the LCDA controller sends out an alarm signal.
If a moving object is detected in the blind area, but the driver considers that the steering intention is not met without turning on a steering lamp, the LCDA controller can not send an alarm signal.
In order to prevent the situation that the vehicle frequently changes lanes on a low-speed congestion road section to cause frequent triggering of the blind area obstacle reminding function, the driver is not good in experience, so that a speed limit value (preset speed) is set for the speed of a moving object detected by the ultrasonic radar, and an LCDA controller can send an alarm signal only if the moving object higher than the preset speed is detected.
Further, because the EPS controller and the LCDA controller of the whole vehicle EPS assembly are not in the same network segment, the left and right alarm signals sent by the LCDA controller need to be transmitted to the EPS controller by the GW gateway, and after the EPS controller receives the alarm signals, the EPS controller needs to judge the EPS vibration available state signals. When the EPS vibration available state signal is available, whether the steering wheel vibration reminding function is started or not is judged.
Wherein, steering wheel vibrations are reminded function and are carried out steering wheel vibrations by the driver by oneself and remind the setting of function in the soft switch in the pencil interface of on-vehicle entertainment system HU.
The vibration function switch signal set for THU, vibration intensity setting and other information are needed, and a vibration alarm request is sent after the information is integrated, so that the motor vibration of the EPS assembly is controlled.
After the blind area vibration reminding function of the steering wheel vibration reminding function is turned on, a user can select the vibration intensity level of the steering wheel, and the blind area vibration reminding function has three intensity selections of a low intensity level, a medium intensity level and a high intensity level. The vehicle-mounted entertainment system HU can also detect the fault state of the steering wheel vibration reminding function, and if the fault state occurs, fault information can be fed back to a driver. Under the normal triggering condition of the steering wheel vibration reminding function, the EPS controller can control the motor to vibrate according to vibration intensity levels (each vibration intensity level corresponds to one vibration frequency and vibration period) set by a user, and then the steering wheel is driven to vibrate.
However, in the process of controlling the motor vibration, the EPS controller needs to always detect whether an alarm signal exists, if so, the motor vibration is completed for one period, and then the motor vibration enters the next period to continue vibration; if no new alarm signal exists, the EPS controller controls the motor to finish vibration reminding after one period.
In addition, the system can continuously monitor faults, generate fault codes when faults occur, store the faults and then indicate the faults.
Based on the invention, the unknown risk brought by the moving object in the dead zone can be effectively avoided in the driving lane changing process of the vehicle, the driving safety of the driver is greatly improved, and the requirement of the steering wheel vibration reminding function is met.
