5. The method for manufacturing a die-cut piece of copper foil according to claim 1, wherein the protective film sheet (11) is an insulating single-sided adhesive, and the adhesive surface of the insulating single-sided adhesive is adhered to the copper foil layer (2).
6. The method for manufacturing the copper foil die-cut piece according to claim 5, wherein the insulating single-sided adhesive is PET single-sided adhesive.
7. The method for manufacturing a die-cut piece of copper foil according to claim 1, wherein the protective film layer (1) has a rectangular shape with three sides coinciding with the outline of the copper foil layer (2).
8. The method for manufacturing a copper foil die-cut piece according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the copper foil layer (2) is 0.05 mm.
