Because plastic pellet can produce some harmful gas when drying, people can start air pump 1101 this moment to take out the harmful gas in with the cartridge 3 through breathing pipe 1102, and discharge to air cleaner 1104 from outlet duct 1103, air cleaner 1104 can discharge again after the harmful gas filters in the air, make this drying device environmental protection more, it can to close air pump 1101 when not needing to use.

The drying device for plastic particle processing according to claim 1, wherein the drying assembly (6) comprises a first support frame (601), a double-shaft motor (602), a worm (603), a second support frame (604), a first rotating rod (605), a worm gear (606), a bevel gear (607), a fan (608) and a first heating pipe (609), the first support frame (601) is connected to one side of the charging barrel (3) far away from the observation window (5), the double-shaft motor (602) is installed on the first support frame (601), the worm (603) is connected to an output shaft at the lower side of the double-shaft motor (602), the worm (603) is rotatably connected to the first support frame (601), the second support frame (604) is connected to one side in the first support frame (601), and the fan (608) is rotatably arranged on both sides of the second support frame (604), the second support frame (604) is provided with the first rotating rod (605) in an upper rotating mode, the middle of the first rotating rod (605) is provided with the worm wheel (606), the worm wheel (606) is meshed with the worm (603), the two ends of the first rotating rod (605) are connected with the bevel gears (607), one end of the fan (608) is also provided with the bevel gears (607) on the same side as the bevel gears (607) in meshing, and the first heating pipe (609) is installed in the first support frame (601).

The drying device for processing plastic particles according to claim 3, further comprising a stirring assembly (8), wherein the stirring assembly (8) comprises a fourth supporting frame (801), a second rotating rod (802), a first driving wheel (803), a third rotating rod (804), a second driving wheel (805), a belt (806) and a stirring frame (807), the fourth supporting frame (801) is arranged in the middle of one side of the housing (1) close to the dual-axis motor (602), the second rotating rod (802) is rotatably arranged on the fourth supporting frame (801), the second rotating rod (802) is connected with an output shaft on the upper side of the dual-axis motor (602), the third rotating rod (804) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the charging barrel (3), the first driving wheel (803) is arranged on the upper portion of the second rotating rod (802), and the second driving wheel (805) is arranged on the upper portion of the third rotating rod (804), the belt (806) is wound between the first transmission wheel (803) and the second transmission wheel (805), the bottom end of the third rotating rod (804) is connected with the stirring frame (807), and the stirring frame (807) is located on the inner side of the charging barrel (3).

The drying device for plastic particle processing according to claim 4, further comprising a vibration assembly (9), wherein the vibration assembly (9) comprises a second guide rod (901), a movable frame (902), a roller (903), a first spring (904), a sliding sleeve (905), a vibration rod (906), a second spring (907), a first contact rod (908), a third spring (909) and a wedge-shaped turntable (910), the second guide rod (901) is disposed on both sides of the inner top of the housing (1), the second guide rods (901) are respectively disposed on both sides of the charging barrel (3), the movable frame (902) is slidably disposed on the second guide rods (901), the first spring (904) is connected between the movable frame (902) and the second guide rods (901), and the first spring (904) is respectively wound on the second guide rods (901), the upper part of the inner side of the movable frame (902) is rotatably provided with the roller (903), the top of the mounting frame (31) is provided with the sliding sleeve (905), the sliding sleeve (905) is internally provided with the vibration rod (906) used for knocking the charging barrel (3) in a sliding manner, the vibration rod (906) is in contact fit with the charging barrel (3), the vibration rod (906) is in contact fit with the movable frame (902), the second spring (907) is connected between the vibration rod (906) and the sliding sleeve (905), the second spring (907) is respectively wound on the vibration rod (906), the outer side of the vibration rod (906) is provided with the first contact rod (908) in a sliding manner, the third spring (909) is connected between the first contact rod (908) and the vibration rod (906), and the third rotating rod (804) is connected with the wedge-shaped rotating disc (910), the wedge-shaped rotating disc (910) is in contact fit with the roller (903).
