Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the improved internal mixer of this embodiment includes a main base 1, an internal mixing device 2 disposed on the main base 1, an ejecting device 3 disposed on the main base 1 and used for ejecting the internal mixing device 2 hermetically, a driving device 4 disposed on the main base 1 and used for driving the internal mixing device 2 to mix rubber, and an overturning system 5 disposed on the main base 1 and used for driving the internal mixing device 2 to overturn and discharge.
The banburying device 2 comprises a banburying box body 18 for storing the mixed rubber, a banburying material port 17 which is arranged on the banburying box body 18 and is used for adding and outputting the rubber, a banburying right side plate 19 which is arranged on the banburying box body 18, a banburying sealing adjusting spring 20 of which the right end is fixed on the left side surface of the banburying right side plate 19, a banburying sealing outer baffle sleeve 21 which is movably arranged in the banburying box body 18 from left to right and is connected with the left end of the banburying sealing adjusting spring 20, and a meshed rear rotor 12 and a meshed front rotor 13 which are reversely and rotatably arranged on the banburying box body 18; the meshed rotor 12 and the meshed rotor 13 have the same structure;
the meshing teeth of the meshed rear rotor 12 and the meshing teeth of the meshed front rotor 13 are positioned in the banburying box body 18;
the space of the central line of the meshed rotor 12 is different from that of the central line of the meshed rotor 13;

The overturning system 5 comprises an overturning cylinder 6, the root of which is arranged on the main base 1, an overturning bearing seat 8, an overturning driving arm 9 and overturning rotary joints 7, wherein the overturning bearing seat 8 is arranged between the main base 1 and an internal mixing box body 18 of the internal mixing device 2, the overturning driving arm 9 is connected between the overturning cylinder 6 and the internal mixing box body 18, and the overturning rotary joints 7 are respectively arranged at two ends of the internal mixing box body 18;
the meshed cooling water outlet hole 16 and the meshed cooling center hole 15 are respectively connected with the corresponding overturning rotary joint 7;
the driving device 4 comprises a driving motor arranged on the main base 1, a driving motor in transmission connection with a transmission gear coupling 11, and a transmission speed ratio gear 10 which is in key connection with the end part of the meshed rotor 12;
the rotor 13 is connected with the inner hole key of the output end of the transmission gear coupling 11 before meshing, and the transmission ratio gear 10 is in meshing transmission with the outer gear of the output end of the transmission gear coupling 11.

In the first banburying method of this embodiment, with the aid of the feeding device of the improved banbury mixer, first, a certain amount of rubber is put into the feeding rubber box 49, the auxiliary liquid is added into the feeding liquid storage box 43, and a certain amount of auxiliary powder is added into the feeding auxiliary material storage box 46; then, the feeding rotary distribution disc 42 is driven to rotate the feeding liquid storage box body 43 to the upper part of the banburying port 17; secondly, the feeding rubber pushing screw 54 drives a feeding rubber driven arm 57 through a feeding rubber driving arm 56 to drive a feeding rubber sliding seat 58 to slide on a feeding rubber opening and closing door 59 to drive the feeding rubber opening and closing door 59 to open, and meanwhile, the feeding rubber pressing cylinder 52 drives a feeding rubber pressing head 53 to downwards push the rubber to the mixing material opening 17; thirdly, driving the feeding rotary distribution disc 42 to rotate the feeding auxiliary material storage box body 46 to the upper part of the mixing material opening 17, driving the feeding auxiliary material discharge plate 47 to open by the feeding auxiliary material opening and closing cylinder 48, and adding the auxiliary powder into the mixing material opening 17; driving the feeding rotary distribution disc 42 to rotate the feeding liquid storage box body 43 above the banburying port 17, opening a pipeline by the feeding liquid storage electronic valve 45, and controlling the flow as much as possible through the feeding liquid storage flow meter 44;
secondly, with the aid of the jacking device 3, firstly, the upper jacking bolt cylinder 30 inserts the upper jacking sealing lower pressing seat 32 into the banburying port 17; then, the upper ram cooling water channel 31 and the upper ram pressurizing pipeline 33 are started; secondly, the upper top guide arm 39 pushes the upper top swing side wall 37 to be opened by an upper top outward pushing spring 40 through a through hole, and the upper end surface of the upper top step 38 is in pressure contact with the lower surface of the cross beam;
thirdly, with the aid of the banburying device 2, firstly, the motor rotates sequentially through the transmission gear coupling 11 and the transmission ratio gear 10; secondly, the meshed rotor 12 and the meshed rotor 13 rotate reversely to mix the rubber; thirdly, starting the meshing cooling center hole 15, the meshing cooling intermediate water jacket 14 and the meshing cooling water outlet hole 16 to cool the meshed rotor 12 and the meshed front rotor 13; next, the gap between the internal mixing sealing outer baffle sleeve 21 and the internal mixing sealing baffle rubber plate 22 is adjusted through the internal mixing sealing adjusting spring 20, an internal mixing sealing grease pump 24 injects grease into the gap, and simultaneously, an internal mixing cooling pipe 26 is started; finally, starting a shield cylinder 27 to drive a shield body 28 to cover the banburying box body 18 for mixing;
step four, by means of the turning system 5, firstly, opening the protective cover 28; then, the upper jacking device 3 exhausts air, and the upper jacking step 38 is driven to retract by the upper jacking transverse cylinder 41; secondly, the upper top piston rod 34 retracts, and the upper top sealing lower pressing seat 32 leaves the mixing material opening 17; and thirdly, the overturning cylinder 6 drives the banburying port 17 to overturn through the overturning driving arm 9, and finally, the mixed rubber falls into the discharging conveyor belt 61 to be output.
When the invention is used, the main base 1 is used as a reference, the internal mixing device 2 carries out mixing, the upper device 3 realizes sealing, pressurization and fixation, a gas film is formed between rubber and a rotor through pressurization, and the mixing effect is improved through pressurization treatment. Further, the sealing and fixing are realized through the sealing lower pressing seat 32, when the mixing work is started, the upper top step 38 upwards supports against the cross beam under the action of upward pressure, the upper top guide rotating shaft 36 rotationally swings through the upper top long guide groove 35, so that the bearing force of the rotating shaft is avoided, the bearing force is more reasonable, and the spring 40 is automatically reset through the upper top outward pushing. The automatic retraction of the upper ejector piston rod 34 is avoided by the upper ejector transverse cylinder 41.

firstly, putting a certain amount of rubber into a feeding rubber box body (49), adding auxiliary liquid into a feeding liquid storage box body (43), and adding a certain amount of auxiliary powder into a feeding auxiliary material storage box body (46) by means of a feeding device of an improved internal mixer; then, driving a feeding rotary distribution disc (42) to rotate a feeding liquid storage box body (43) to the upper part of the banburying port (17); secondly, the feeding rubber pushing screw rod (54) drives a feeding rubber driven arm (57) to drive a feeding rubber sliding seat (58) to slide on a feeding rubber opening and closing door (59) through a feeding rubber driving arm (56) to drive the feeding rubber opening and closing door (59) to open, and meanwhile, a feeding rubber pressing cylinder (52) drives a feeding rubber pressing head (53) to push rubber downwards to be fed to the banburying port (17); thirdly, driving a feeding rotary distribution disc (42), rotating a feeding auxiliary material storage box body (46) to the upper part of the mixing material opening (17), driving a feeding auxiliary material opening and closing cylinder (48) to open a feeding auxiliary material discharging plate (47), and adding auxiliary powder into the mixing material opening (17); then, driving a feeding rotary distribution disc (42), rotating a feeding liquid storage box body (43) to the upper part of the banburying port (17), opening a pipeline through a feeding liquid storage electronic valve (45), and enabling the flow to be the greatest extent through a feeding liquid storage flow meter (44);

a feeding liquid storage pipeline for feeding an internal mixing material port (17) for feeding an internal mixing device (2) is arranged at the lower end of the feeding liquid storage box body (43), and a feeding liquid storage flow meter (44) and a feeding liquid storage electronic valve (45) are sequentially arranged on the feeding liquid storage pipeline;

thirdly, with the aid of the banburying device (2), firstly, the motor rotates through the transmission gear coupling (11) and the transmission ratio gear (10) in sequence; secondly, the meshed rotor (12) and the meshed rotor (13) rotate reversely to mix the rubber; thirdly, starting the meshing cooling center hole (15), the meshing cooling intermediate water jacket (14) and the meshing cooling water outlet hole (16) to cool the meshed rotor (12) and the meshed front rotor (13); next, adjusting a gap between an internal mixing sealing outer baffle sleeve (21) and an internal mixing sealing baffle rubber plate (22) through an internal mixing sealing adjusting spring (20), injecting oil into the gap by an internal mixing sealing oil pump (24), and starting an internal mixing cooling pipe (26) at the same time; finally, starting a shield cylinder (27) to drive a shield body (28) to cover the banburying box body (18) for mixing;
