Claims (8)

1. A mining multifunctional continuous pulping device is characterized by comprising an underframe (10), a first box body (5) and a second box body (21), wherein the first box body and the second box body are detachably connected to the underframe (10); the first box body (5) comprises a first material adding opening (25) and a first water inlet (1) which are arranged at the upper part of the first box body (5), and a first material discharging opening (22) which is arranged at the lower part of the first box body (5); the second box body (21) comprises a second material adding opening (26) and a second water inlet (15) which are arranged at the upper part of the second box body (21) and a second material outlet (23) which is arranged at the lower part of the second box body (21);
stirring screws are arranged inside the first box body (5) and the second box body (21) and are driven by a motor (8) to rotate continuously;
the first box body (5) comprises a first mixing box (11) and a first storage box (14), a first mixing box stirring screw (2) and a first storage box stirring screw (4) are correspondingly arranged in the first mixing box (11) and the first storage box (14), the first mixing box (11) and the first storage box (14) are arranged up and down, a first slurry conveying port is arranged in the middle of the first mixing box (11), a first valve plate (3) used for opening and closing the first slurry conveying port is arranged in the first slurry conveying port, a first material adding port (25) and a first water inlet (1) are arranged at the upper part of the first mixing box (11), and a first discharge port (22) is arranged at the lower part of the first storage box (14);
second box (21) include second mixing box (16) and second storage case (19), correspond in second mixing box (16) and second storage case (19) and be provided with second mixing box (16) stirring screw and second storage case (19) stirring screw, second mixing box (16) and second storage case (19) set up from top to bottom, and the centre is provided with the defeated thick liquid mouth of second, be provided with the second valve plate that is used for opening, closed defeated thick liquid mouth of second in the defeated thick liquid mouth of second, second material interpolation mouth (26) set up in the upper portion of second mixing box (16) with second water inlet (15), second discharge gate (23) set up in the lower part of second storage case (19).

The mining multifunctional continuous pulping device according to claim 1, wherein the first valve plate (3) is connected with a first rocker (13) arranged outside the first box body (5), and the first valve plate (3) opens or closes the first pulp conveying port under the rotation of the first rocker (13); the second valve plate is connected with a second rocker (18) arranged outside the second box body, and the second valve plate opens or closes the second slurry conveying port under the rotation of the second rocker (18).
3. The mining multifunctional continuous pulping device according to claim 2, characterized in that the second tank (21) further comprises an auxiliary agent adding port (7) arranged on the second storage tank (19).

The mining multifunctional continuous pulping device according to claim 3, wherein the first box body (5) further comprises a first cleaning port (12) arranged at the bottom of the first mixing box (11), and the second box body (21) further comprises a second cleaning port (17) arranged at the bottom of the second mixing box (16).

The mining multifunctional continuous pulping device according to claim 4, wherein a liquid level pipe (20) is arranged in each of the first mixing box (11), the first material storage box (14), the second mixing box (16) and the second material storage box (19), one end of the liquid level pipe (20) is connected into the box body, and the other end of the liquid level pipe is connected to the top of the box body.
6. The mining multifunctional continuous pulping device according to claim 5, wherein the first material adding port (25) and the second material adding port (26) are both mesh ports.

The mining multifunctional continuous pulping device according to claim 6, wherein the first mixing box stirring screw (2) is connected with the first storage box stirring screw (4) through a chain (6), and the second mixing box stirring screw is connected with the second storage box stirring screw through the chain (6); slurrying device still includes a speed reducer (9), speed reducer (9) fixed connection is on chassis (10), motor (8) pass through shaft coupling fixed connection in speed reducer (9) upper portion, be provided with two gears on speed reducer (9) output shaft, two gears are respectively through chain (6) connection first storage case stirring spiral (4) and second storage case stirring spiral.
8. A method for making a mixed slurry using a pulping apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
firstly, raw materials of slurry are respectively added through a first material adding port (25) and a second material adding port (26) above a first mixing box (11) and a second mixing box (16), water is added through a first water inlet (1) and a second water inlet (15), and a motor (8) is started to start stirring and mixing;
step two, after materials in the first mixing box (11) and the second mixing box (16) are uniformly mixed, rotating the first valve plate (3) through the first rocker (13) and rotating the second valve plate through the second rocker (18), and respectively conveying the mixed materials to the first storage box (14) and the second storage box (19) for storage and further stirring;
step three, putting the auxiliary agent into a second storage box (19) from an auxiliary agent adding port (7), uniformly stirring, and outputting the materials in the first storage box (14) and the second storage box (19) through a first discharge port (22) and a second discharge port (23) respectively;
step four, feeding and adding water into the first mixing box (11) and the second mixing box (16) again, preparing and outputting slurry, and circulating the steps;
and step five, after pulping is finished, injecting water through the first cleaning port (12) and the second cleaning port (17) to clean the interior of the box body.
