Wherein, two linkage rods 31 are respectively positioned at two sides of the cushion block 23 in the direction vertical to the punching direction of the blade 7. The linkage rod 31 is provided with a long round hole 32; a convex part 11 is arranged on the movable end of the punching device 1; the protruding portion 11 and the long circular hole 32 can be connected in a relatively sliding manner, so that the protruding portion 11 is pressed against one end of the long circular hole 32 and drives the linkage rod 31 to move. Preferably, the boss 11 is a threaded rod that is locked by a nut after passing through the oblong hole 32.
Referring to fig. 2, a first connector 4 and a second connector 5 are further included. Wherein, the first connecting piece 4 is arranged on the operating platform 6 and is positioned on one side of the cushion block 23 far away from the punching device 1. The second connecting element 5 is arranged on the side of the cushion block 23 remote from the punching device 1. The first connecting piece 4 is detachably connected with the second connecting piece 5 at the position, far away from the blanking opening, of the cushion block 23. first, foam 9 to be die-cut is placed on the pad 23. The specific position can be adjusted correspondingly according to the position of the guide opening 221 of the guide plate 22;
then, the punching device 1 is started, the blades 7 are controlled to correspondingly penetrate through the guide openings 221 one by one, and the foam 9 is punched; the blade 7 which has been threaded through finally rests on the buffer 24; meanwhile, the convex part 11 of the punching device 1 slides in the long circular hole 32 for a certain distance and then pushes the linkage rod 31 and drives the cushion block 23 to move; a blanking port positioned below the foam 9 is exposed; meanwhile, the second connecting piece 5 on the cushion block 23 is connected with the first connecting piece 4 to fix the cushion block 23;
then, the blade 7 is controlled to retreat and reset; when the blade 7 is pulled away from the foam 9, the foam 9 falls and falls into the blanking port to finish discharging; simultaneously, the boss 11 slides in the reverse direction; the first connecting piece 4 and the second connecting piece 5 are separated from fixation; the cushion block 23 returns to a position below the foam 9;
finally, placing the foam 9 to be punched on the cushion block 23 again; the above process is repeated.
