Abstract

In the above process, as shown in fig. 4, when the spigot tube 10 is inserted into the bottom of the socket flared tube 9, the saw teeth on the saw-tooth sealing rubber ring 11 are divided into two parts, most of the saw teeth are in close contact with the straight section on the socket flared tube 9 to play a role of sealing, and the rest of the saw teeth are located in the position of the saw-tooth-shaped inner cavity on the socket flared tube 9; when the spigot pipe 10 is forced to be separated from the socket flaring at the right end of the corrugated pipe under the action of external force, part of saw teeth on the sawtooth-shaped sealing rubber ring 11 are inlaid in a sawtooth-shaped groove on the socket flaring pipe 9 to form an anti-drop device, the spigot pipe 10 is firmly locked in the socket flaring pipe 9, and the larger the distance of mutual movement of the spigot pipe 10 and the socket flaring pipe 9 is; the more the saw teeth of the saw-tooth sealing rubber ring 11 enter the saw-tooth-shaped inner cavity, the greater the resistance to mutual separation between the pipes until the pipes cannot be separated from each other, and further, as shown in fig. 5, the saw-tooth-shaped protruding part arranged on the socket flared pipe 9 can not only form the saw-tooth-shaped inner cavity for preventing the socket flared pipe 9 and the spigot pipe 10 from being separated from each other, but also enhance the bearing strength of the socket flared pipe 9 and protect the inner saw-tooth sealing rubber ring 11 and the spigot pipe 10; the zigzag sealing rubber ring 11 can not deform in the socket flaring pipe 9, and the sealing effect can be kept for a long time.
