The invention discloses a battery crushing device. Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are schematic structural views showing an embodiment of the battery crushing apparatus according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the battery crushing apparatus mainly includes a housing 1, a flail knife assembly 2, a screen 3, a feed hopper 4, and a discharge hopper 5.
Wherein, casing 1 has a cavity 11 that is used for carrying out the broken operation to the battery, is equipped with flip 7 that can open and shut on casing 1, and flip 7's first side border rotates to be connected in casing 1, so sets up, can make things convenient for operating personnel to open flip 7, changes screen cloth 3 in the casing 1. The flail knife component 2 is erected in the cavity 11 through the main shaft 8, and the main shaft 8 rotates to drive the flail knife component 2 to rotate in the cavity 11, so that the material in the cavity 11 is crushed. The screen 3 is arranged in the cavity 11 and is positioned below the flail knife assembly 2, so that the material can fall off only when being smashed to the particle size meeting the composite requirement, and the subsequent operation of the material is facilitated. The feed hopper 4 is connected to the top of the housing 1, and a feed passage of the feed hopper 4 is communicated with the cavity 11 for placing the material into the cavity 11. Go out hopper 5 and connect in the bottom of casing 1, and go out the discharging channel of hopper 5 and communicate with each other with cavity 11, go out hopper 5 and be located the below of screen cloth 3, go out the discharge gate 51 of hopper 5 down for accept from the screen cloth 3 dropped by the graininess material of being broken into.
In other embodiments, the flip 7 is convenient for an operator to open, and a driving member is connected between the flip 7 and the housing 1, and the driving member is used for driving the flip 7 to rotate along a connection position of the flip 7 and the housing 1, so that the flip 7 is switched between a closed state and an open state. Since the inside of the housing 1 is the cavity 11 for performing the crushing operation on the material (waste battery), and a certain damage may be caused to the components inside the cavity 11 during the operation process, the driving member is preferably installed outside the housing 1, and specifically, a driving member such as an air cylinder, an air spring, etc. capable of pulling the flip 7 may be used.
Because the driving member can open the flip cover 7, and when the device performs crushing operation, the flip cover 7 must be kept in a covering state, a rotating latch hook 71 is arranged at the second side edge of the flip cover 7, and a flange 12 which is turned outwards is arranged at the edge of the shell 1 opposite to the second side edge of the flip cover 7; when the flip cover 7 covers the first side of the turned edge 12, the locking hook 71 is rotated to be matched and abutted with the second side of the turned edge 12, so that the flip cover 7 is locked in a covering state; the second side edge of the flip 7 and the first side edge of the flip 7 are relatively far away from each other, and the second side of the flange 12 and the first side of the flange 12 are opposite to each other.
Fig. 3 and fig. 4 are schematic structural diagrams illustrating an embodiment of the flail knife assembly 2 according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the flail assembly 2 includes a base 21 and a plurality of blades 22. The base 21 includes two end plates 211 and a plurality of knife shafts 212, and both ends of the knife shafts 212 are respectively connected to the two end plates 211. Each knife shaft 212 is provided with at least one knife blade 22, the knife blades 22 arranged on two adjacent knife shafts 212 are distributed in a staggered way, and the knife blades 22 are set to rotate along with the knife shafts 212 arranged on the knife shafts. In this embodiment, the flail knife assembly 2 is actively driven to rotate, and due to the centrifugal force, the blades 22 arranged in the flail knife assembly 2 in a follow-up manner rotate around the knife shaft 212 to crush the material. In addition, the blades 22 are distributed in a staggered manner, so that the blades 22 on the adjacent cutter shafts 212 do not interfere with each other when rotating, and meanwhile, the movement tracks of the blades 22 on the adjacent cutter shafts 212 are not repeated, thereby achieving the effect of uniform crushing.
In other embodiments, the base 21 further includes a reinforcing plate 213, the reinforcing plate 213 is penetrated by a plurality of knife shafts 212 and is disposed between the two end plates 211 along a direction parallel to the end plates 211; the strength of the base 21 as a whole is improved by the reinforcing plate 213. The cutter shaft 212 is also sleeved with a sleeve 214 with the length shorter than that of the cutter shaft 212; the blades 22 are arranged between the same cutter shaft 212 in a penetrating way and are positioned and isolated by a reinforcing plate 213 and/or a sleeve 214. In brief, the reinforcing plate 213 divides the space between the two end plates 211, and fig. 2 shows that two blades 22 are inserted into the cutter shaft 212 in each divided space, and the blades 22 on the same cutter shaft 212 are installed according to the same rule. One rule is that two blades 22 penetrating through the cutter shaft 212 in each partition space are respectively close to two ends of the section of cutter shaft 212; if two blades 22 are located in the space between the end plate 211 and the reinforcing plate 213, one blade 22 is close to the end plate 211 and the other blade 22 is close to the reinforcing plate 213; if the two blades 22 are located in the space between the two reinforcing plates 213, the two blades 22 are respectively close to the two reinforcing plates 213; and is positioned and isolated between the two blades 22 by the sleeve 214. Another rule is that two blades 22 penetrating through the cutter shaft 212 in each partition space respectively keep a certain distance from two ends of the cutter shaft 212; if two blades 22 are positioned in the space between the end plate 211 and the reinforcing plate 213, sleeves 214 are sleeved between one blade 22 and the end plate 211, between two blades 22 and between the other blade 22 and the reinforcing plate 213 for positioning and isolation; if two blades 22 are located in the space between two reinforcing plates 213, sleeves 214 are provided between the two blades 22 and between each blade 22 and its respective adjacent reinforcing plate 213 for positioning and isolation. The two blades 22 are installed alternately, so that the blades 22 on the adjacent cutter shafts 212 do not interfere with each other when rotating, and the movement tracks of the blades 22 on the adjacent cutter shafts 212 are not repeated, thereby achieving the effect of uniform crushing.
In other embodiments, the end plate 211 and the reinforcing plate 213 are both circular sheet plates, and the plurality of knife shafts 212 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the end plate 211 and are close to the outer circumferential edge of the end plate 211, so as to ensure that the blades 22 do not interfere with the main shaft 8 when rotating, so that the length of the blades 22 can be designed to be longest, and the crushing strength of the blades 22 during swinging is improved.
The above is merely illustrative of several possible configurations of the flail assemblies 2 and does not preclude the possibility of other configurations of the flail assemblies 2.
In other embodiments, since the rotation speed of the main shaft 8 can reach 1450 revolutions per minute, in order to avoid the influence of overheating of the main shaft 8 on the overall service life of the device, bearing support seats 13 are respectively disposed on two sides of the housing 1, water-cooled bearing seats 14 are respectively disposed on the bearing support seats 13, two ends of the main shaft 8 respectively penetrate through two sides of the housing 1 and penetrate through the bearing support seats 13 on two sides of the housing 1 (for safety, a protective cover may be additionally disposed on a rotating shaft exposed out of the housing 1), at least one end of the main shaft 8 is connected to the driving mechanism 9 (the driving mechanism 9 may be a motor, and a belt transmission may be employed between the driving mechanism 9 and the main shaft 8), and the driving mechanism 9 is configured to drive the main shaft 8 to rotate. When the device is used, the water-cooled bearing seat 14 is externally connected with cooling liquid (water) to cool the bearing so as to avoid overheating of the main shaft 8, and therefore the service life of the device is prolonged.
In other embodiments, a dynamic sealing oil seal (not shown) is further disposed on the main shaft 8 between the water-cooled bearing seat 14 and the housing 1, and the dynamic sealing oil seal seals the penetrating position of the main shaft 8 penetrating through the housing 1, so as to ensure the overall sealing performance of the device and prevent powder from leaking out of the through hole of the main shaft 8 of the housing 1 when the material (waste battery) is crushed.
In other embodiments, the feed opening 41 of the feed hopper 4 is arranged in a non-upward direction due to the material splashing in the cavity 11 caused by the fast rotation speed of the flail knife assembly 2 during operation (fig. 1 shows that the feed opening 41 is arranged in a vertical direction, and the feed hopper 4 and the housing 1 are not connected in a centered manner, but rather an eccentric connection is adopted, i.e. the feed hopper 4 is not connected directly above the housing 1, but above the housing 1 and is biased to one side of the housing 1). Meanwhile, a first splash guard 42 and a second splash guard 43 are arranged in the feed channel below the feed inlet 41; the first splash baffle 42 is obliquely arranged downwards from the inner wall of the feed hopper 4 close to the feed inlet 41 to the interior of the feed channel, and one end of the first splash baffle 42 far away from the feed inlet 41 is not connected with the inner wall of the feed hopper 4; the second splash guard 43 is obliquely arranged downwards from the inner wall of the feed hopper 4 far away from the feed inlet 41 to the inside of the feed channel, one end of the first splash guard 42 close to the feed inlet 41 is not connected with the inner wall of the feed hopper 4, and the first splash guard 42 is positioned below one end far away from the feed inlet 41. In this embodiment, through setting up feed inlet 41 in non-upturned direction, two splashproof baffles (first splashproof baffle 42 and second splashproof baffle 43) are reunited simultaneously, can effectively prevent that the material that splashes in the cavity 11 from splashing away from feed inlet 41, can not hinder the interpolation of material simultaneously.
In other embodiments, the feeding opening 41 of the feeding hopper 4 and the flip cover 7 may be disposed along opposite sides of the housing 1, so that a sufficient installation space can be ensured.
