Abstract
The invention discloses a surgical flushing fluid, which comprises 0.7-1.1 mass percent of sodium chloride, 36-45ppm of hypochlorous acid and medical carbon dioxide; the pH value is adjusted to 5.6-5.8 by medical carbon dioxide. In preparing the above-described surgical irrigating fluid: (1) dissolving weighed sodium chloride in distilled water; (2) adding hypochlorous acid into the dissolved solution to obtain a mixed solution; (3) adding medical carbon dioxide into the mixed solution to adjust the pH until the pH is stabilized between 5.6-5.8, and obtaining the surgical irrigating solution. The operation flushing fluid has good stability and no irritation to skin and mucosa while ensuring the sterilization function, and can not cause imbalance of acid-base balance or acidosis of human body when used for operation flushing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surgical flushing fluid, and particularly relates to surgical flushing fluid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The operation refers to the treatment of excision, suture and the like of a patient body by a doctor with medical instruments. Aims to cure or diagnose diseases, such as removing pathological tissues, repairing injuries, transplanting organs, improving the functions and the forms of organisms and the like. The surgery may cause injury, bleeding, etc., and various complications may occur after the surgery.
However, some surgical irrigation fluids in the prior art have the problems of poor stability and easy cause of imbalance of acid-base balance of human bodies, and even some surgical irrigation fluids have toxic and side effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a surgical washing fluid, which has good stability and no stimulation to skin and mucosa while ensuring the sterilization function, and can not cause imbalance of acid-base balance or acidosis of a human body when used for surgical washing.
The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above-mentioned surgical irrigating fluid.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a surgical irrigating fluid comprises sodium chloride, distilled water, hypochlorous acid and medical carbon dioxide, wherein the mass percent of the sodium chloride is 0.7-1.1%, and the content of the hypochlorous acid is 36-45 ppm; the pH value is adjusted to 5.6-5.8 by medical carbon dioxide.
Preferably, the mass percentage of the sodium chloride is 0.9%.
Preferably, the hypochlorous acid content is 40 ppm.
The preparation method of the surgical irrigating fluid comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving weighed sodium chloride in distilled water;
(2) adding hypochlorous acid into the dissolved solution to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) adding medical carbon dioxide into the mixed solution to adjust the pH until the pH is stabilized between 5.6-5.8, and obtaining the surgical irrigating solution.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the operation flushing fluid is prepared from sodium chloride, distilled water, hypochlorous acid and medical carbon dioxide, is weak in acidity as a whole, has no stimulation to skin and mucosa while ensuring the sterilization effect, and does not cause imbalance of acid-base balance or acidosis of a human body when being used for operation flushing.
The surgical irrigating fluid disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient in preparation method and flow, easy in obtaining of raw materials, low in overall manufacturing cost and suitable for popularization and application.
Detailed Description
The following examples further illustrate embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
A surgical irrigating fluid comprises sodium chloride, distilled water, hypochlorous acid and medical carbon dioxide, wherein the mass percent of the sodium chloride is 0.9%, and the content of the hypochlorous acid is 40 ppm; the pH was adjusted to 5.7 by medical carbon dioxide.
When preparing the surgical irrigating fluid, firstly, weighing sodium chloride and dissolving the sodium chloride in distilled water; then adding hypochlorous acid into the dissolved solution to obtain a mixed solution; and finally, adding medical carbon dioxide into the mixed solution to adjust the pH until the pH is stabilized at 5.7, thus obtaining the surgical irrigating solution.
Example 2
A surgical irrigating fluid comprises sodium chloride, distilled water, hypochlorous acid and medical carbon dioxide, wherein the mass percent of the sodium chloride is 0.7%, and the content of the hypochlorous acid is 36 ppm; the pH was adjusted to 5.8 by medical carbon dioxide.
When preparing the surgical irrigating fluid, firstly, weighing sodium chloride and dissolving the sodium chloride in distilled water; then adding hypochlorous acid into the dissolved solution to obtain a mixed solution; and finally, adding medical carbon dioxide into the mixed solution to adjust the pH until the pH is stabilized to be 5.8, thus obtaining the surgical irrigating solution.
Example 3
A surgical irrigating fluid comprises sodium chloride, distilled water, hypochlorous acid and medical carbon dioxide, wherein the mass percent of the sodium chloride is 1.1%, and the content of the hypochlorous acid is 45 ppm; the pH was adjusted to 5.6 by medical carbon dioxide.
When preparing the surgical irrigating fluid, firstly, weighing sodium chloride and dissolving the sodium chloride in distilled water; then adding hypochlorous acid into the dissolved solution to obtain a mixed solution; and finally, adding medical carbon dioxide into the mixed solution to adjust the pH until the pH is stabilized to be 5.6, thus obtaining the surgical irrigating solution.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the examples, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and the scope of protection is still within the scope of the invention.
