the device comprises a beating and pulling device body, a pressing and pulling device body and a pressing device body, wherein the beating and pulling device body acts on a bolt and is used for adjusting the installation angle of a femoral stem, one end of the beating and pulling device body is provided with a spherical angle, the spherical angle is a prism with one end being closed, the side edge of the prism is a smooth curve, and the spherical angle corresponds to the inner angle hole;
a knob structure having magnetism for holding a bolt, the knob structure comprising: a first knob body; the first column body is positioned at one end of the first knob body, and the first column body and the inner angle Kong Qige; and a magnet located within the first knob body.
