The connecting element 30 is arranged on the prosthesis body 20, and the prosthesis body 20 is connected with the hip bone body 10 through the connecting element 30.
With the hip joint prosthesis provided by the embodiment, the prosthesis body 20 is arranged on one side of the acetabulum 60, the lower end of the prosthesis body 20 is provided with the first curved surface 21 matched with the outer wall of the acetabulum 60, the prosthesis body 20 can be abutted with the outer wall of the acetabulum 60 through the first curved surface 21, the connecting piece 30 is arranged on the prosthesis body 20, and the prosthesis body 20 is connected with the hip bone body 10 through the connecting piece 30. For the treatment of the developmental slight hip dislocation patient and the early stage hip arthropathy, the hip joint prosthesis provided by the invention is adopted, the prosthesis body 20 is installed on the hip bone body 10 by using the connecting piece 30, the first curved surface 21 of the prosthesis body 20 is abutted against the outer wall of the acetabulum 60, the whole acetabulum 60 is not required to be replaced by adopting an artificial hip joint replacement operation, and the damage to the patient is reduced.
Specifically, the artificial hip replacement surgery is as follows: the prosthesis is arranged on the bone of a patient by utilizing connecting pieces such as screws and the like to replace the diseased joint of the patient, so as to reconstruct the hip joint function of the patient, wherein the prosthesis comprises a femur prosthesis and an acetabulum prosthesis.
In the present embodiment, the lower end of the prosthesis body 20 is the lower end in fig. 2 only for easy understanding. Specifically, the lower end of the prosthesis body 20 is the end of the prosthesis body 20 proximate the acetabulum 60.
Specifically, the prosthesis body 20 is integrally formed using Electron Beam Melting (Electron Beam Melting) 3D printing technology.
As shown in FIG. 2, the connecting member 30 comprises a screw, the prosthesis body 20 is provided with a connecting hole 22, and the screw is inserted through the connecting hole 22 and connected with the hip bone body 10. By adopting the connecting structure, the connecting structure has the advantages of simple connecting structure and convenience in assembly.
In this embodiment, the connecting holes 22 are plural and have steps, which facilitates the embedding of the nut of the screw into the prosthesis body 20, and avoids the interference and friction between the nut of the screw and the human bone or tissue.
As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting element 30 further includes a fixation nail 31, the fixation nail 31 being disposed on the side of the prosthesis body 20 facing the hip body 10, the surface of the fixation nail 31 being provided with a first porous structure. The fixing nail 31 is adopted, and the first porous structure is arranged on the surface of the fixing nail 31, so that the bone tissue can grow in conveniently, and further the long-term fixation of the hip joint prosthesis can be realized.
In this embodiment, the surface of the nail 31 is a trabecular bone-like porous structure, the porosity is 50% -80%, and the pore diameter is 800 μm ± 200 μm.
Wherein the first porous structure may have a porosity of any one of 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% and between 50% and 80%. The pore size of the first porous structure may be any of 600 μm, 700 μm, 800 μm, 900 μm, 1000 μm and between 600 μm and 1000 μm.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing nail 31 has a first k-wire hole 312, and the first k-wire hole 312 extends in the axial direction of the fixing nail 31 and is provided through the fixing nail 31. With the adoption of the structure, the kirschner wires are inserted into the first kirschner wire holes 312, so that the thickness of the residual bone of the patient can be conveniently measured by the kirschner wires, and the length of the fixing nail 31 can be further determined.
As shown in FIG. 2, the prosthesis body 20 has a second K-wire hole 23 disposed therethrough. By inserting the k-wires in the second k-wire holes 23, a temporary fixation of the hip prosthesis can be achieved.
In the present embodiment, the screw, the first k-wire hole 312 and the second k-wire hole 23 are arranged at intervals.
As shown in FIG. 2, the prosthesis body 20 includes a connection section 26 and a support section 27 located below the connection section 26, the first curved surface 21 is disposed at the lower end of the support section 27, and the size of the support section 27 gradually increases in the direction from top to bottom, and with the above size arrangement, the shape of the prosthesis body 20 can be adapted to the patient's hip bone body, thereby improving the experience of the patient.
Specifically, since the size of the supporting section 27 is gradually increased in the direction from top to bottom, the supporting section 27 has a sufficiently large contact area with the acetabulum 60, so that the supporting section 27 can be used to effectively and stably support the acetabulum 60.
Wherein the side of the prosthesis body 20 connected with the hip body 10 is provided with a second porous structure. The second porous structure facilitates the ingrowth of bone tissue and facilitates the integration of the hip prosthesis with the bone of the patient.
In this embodiment, the porosity of the second porous structure is a bone-like trabecular porous structure, 50% -80%, and the pore diameter is 800 μm ± 200 μm.
Wherein the porosity of the second porous structure may be any of 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and between 50% and 80%. The pore size of the second porous structure may be any of 600 μm, 700 μm, 800 μm, 900 μm, 1000 μm and between 600 μm and 1000 μm.
It should be noted that the hip joint prosthesis provided in this embodiment may be implanted in the iliac wing, ischial branch, pubic branch, and the like of the patient.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, a hip joint prosthesis according to a second embodiment of the present invention is provided, which is different from the first embodiment in that the hip joint prosthesis further includes a liner 40.
Specifically, the liner 40 is disposed at the lower end of the prosthesis body 20, the lower end of the liner 40 has a second curved surface 41 adapted to the outer wall of the acetabulum 60, and the prosthesis body 20 can abut against the outer wall of the acetabulum 60 through the second curved surface 41. By arranging the inner liner 40 at the lower end of the prosthesis body 20, when the patient has seriously damaged the hip bone body, the second curved surface 41 of the inner liner 40 can be used to abut against the outer wall of the acetabulum 60, so that the application range of the hip joint prosthesis can be further enlarged.
Wherein, the lining 40 is made of medical wear-resistant materials such as polyethylene and the like.
In this embodiment, the liner 40 is designed with a second curved surface 41 of different thickness and different form, which is convenient for intraoperative selection.
As shown in FIG. 11, the upper end of the liner 40 is provided with a slot 50, and the lower end of the prosthesis body 20 is provided with a boss 51 which is in snap fit with the slot 50. Or, the upper end of the lining 40 is provided with a boss 51, and the lower end of the prosthesis body 20 is provided with a clamping groove 50 in clamping fit with the boss 51.
