By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the mortar joint filling bone block is arranged to be a split structure comprising the filling structure 10 and the mortar structure 20, wherein the filling structure 10 is used for being filled in bones to achieve connection with the bones, the joint surface 21 of the mortar structure 20 is used for being matched with the mortar joint, and the mortar structure 20 is arranged on the filling structure 10 in an angle-adjustable manner, so that the relative angle between the mortar structure 20 and the filling structure 10 can be adjusted according to the specific bone defect condition of a patient, thereby realizing accurate filling and recovering good joint surface effect. Therefore, the matching effect between the pestle-and-socket joint-filling bone block and the pestle-and-socket joint and the applicability of the pestle-and-socket joint-filling bone block can be improved.
In this embodiment, the filling structure 10 has a first connection surface 11, the socket structure 20 has a second connection surface 22, the second connection surface 22 and the joint surface 21 are located on two sides of the socket structure 20, the second connection surface 22 contacts the first connection surface 11, and the second connection surface 22 can rotate relative to the first connection surface 11. The relative angle of the cup structure 20 to the filling structure 10 can thus be adjusted by rotating the second connection surface 22 relative to the first connection surface 11. In the present embodiment, the first connection surface 11 may be provided as a spherical surface or a tapered surface, and the second connection surface 22 may be provided as a spherical surface or a tapered surface, respectively.
In this embodiment, the acetabular arthroplasty bone block further comprises: the first locking part 30, the first locking part 30 can adjust the tightness degree of the first connecting surface 11 and the second connecting surface 22 to lock the mortar-shaped structure 20 on the filling structure 10 or unlock the mortar-shaped structure 20. Thus, when the relative positions of the mortar-shaped structure 20 and the filling structure 10 need to be adjusted, the mortar-shaped structure 20 and the filling structure 10 are released by the first locking part 30, and then the mortar-shaped structure can be adjusted. After the relative positions of the mortar-shaped structure 20 and the filling structure 10 are adjusted, the mortar-shaped structure 20 and the filling structure 10 are locked by the first locking part 30, so that the relative positions of the mortar-shaped structure 20 and the filling structure 10 can be fixed, and the reliability in use is ensured.

The position of the locking piece 422 can be adjusted by the second locking bar 421, and the connection is realized by the cooperation of the locking piece 422 and the first locking piece 41. In the present embodiment, the second locking bar 421 and the escape groove 12 may be provided in a screw connection.
Further, the side wall of the first locking member 41 has a first limiting tooth 411, the clamping member 422 has a second limiting tooth 423, and the second limiting tooth 423 is used for being clamped with the first limiting tooth 411; or, the clamping piece 422 is made of an elastic material, and the clamping piece 422 can be clamped with the first limiting teeth 411 through elastic deformation. In both of the above two ways, reliable connection of the first locking member 41 and the second locking member 42 can be achieved.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the mortar joint filling bone block is arranged to be a split structure comprising the filling structure 10 and the mortar structure 20, wherein the filling structure 10 is used for being filled in bones to realize connection with the bones, the joint surface 21 of the mortar structure 20 is used for being matched with the mortar joint, and the mortar structure 20 is arranged on the filling structure 10 in an angle adjustable manner, so that the relative angle between the mortar structure 20 and the filling structure 10 can be adjusted according to the specific bone defect condition of a patient, thereby realizing accurate filling and recovering good joint surface effect. Therefore, the matching effect between the pestle-and-socket joint-filling bone block and the pestle-and-socket joint and the applicability of the pestle-and-socket joint-filling bone block can be improved. The technical scheme is that the adjustable filling bone block, the mortar structure 20 can be accurately filled according to the defect form of a patient, and the physiological structure of the joint surface can be perfectly recovered through the position adjustment of the mortar structure 20 and the filling structure 10, so that the purpose of well fixing the mortar prosthesis is achieved.
