6. The painting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the reservoir includes a main body formed with a storage space for storing the paint, and a cover detachably attached to the main body, and the connection pipe penetrates the cover to communicate with the storage space.

The dope device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the liquid supply device further comprises a second fastening portion, the fixing portion being formed with a second surface opposite to the first surface, the brush portion being in contact with the second surface, the second fastening portion connecting the brush portion, the fixing portion and the first liquid supply pipe.
8. The coating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein both of said first fastening portion and said second fastening portion are formed as a first band formed with a first space for restraining both of said first liquid-supply tube and said fixing portion and a second band formed with a second space for restraining all of said first liquid-supply tube, said fixing portion and said brush portion, respectively, both of said first space and said second space being set to be adjustable in size.
9. The painting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the brush portion is formed as a brush including a handle formed with an opening and a painting portion fixed to the fixing portion, the painting portion overlapping the first supply pipe in a predetermined direction.
10. A painting method for painting a surface of a weld, the painting method performed by a painting apparatus including a reservoir storing paint, a liquid supply device including a first opening communicating with the reservoir, and a brush, the liquid supply device further including a second opening facing the brush to supply paint from the reservoir to the brush, the painting method comprising:
moving the brush to bring the brush into contact with the weld surface;
tilting the reservoir to cause the paint in the reservoir to flow to the brush portion via the liquid supply device;
and controlling the brush part to move at a constant speed along the surface of the welding seam.
