The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:
two operators are needed during working and are respectively positioned at the inner bag cutting mechanism 1 and the outer bag cutting mechanism 2;
during working, the inner-wrapped tobacco leaves and the outer-wrapped tobacco leaves are respectively and manually placed on the inner-wrapped cutting mechanism 1 and the outer-wrapped cutting mechanism 2, and cigar inner wrappers and cigar outer wrappers are cut;
the cigar inner packs cut by the inner pack cutting mechanism 1 are transmitted to the cigar rolling mechanism 4, and meanwhile, the core leaf supply mechanism 3 transmits a certain amount of core leaves to the cigar rolling mechanism 4;
the cigar rolling mechanism 4 rolls the core leaves and the inner package into cigar inner blanks, the rolled cigar inner blanks are transmitted to the shaping mechanism 5 through the inner package conveying mechanism 7, and the cigar inner blanks are shaped and shaped by the shaping mechanism and then are transmitted to the outer package assembly 6 through the outer package conveying mechanism 8;
