一种功率级装置及其驱动方法,包括:第一输出级,包括耦接于电源的第一端,耦接于输入信号的第二端,以及耦接于输出信号的第三端;第二输出级,包括耦接于地的第四端,耦接于输入信号和第二端的第五端,以及耦接于输出信号和第三端的第六端;其中,输入信号为脉冲宽度调制信号,输出信号包括交流分量和死区信号,交流分量包括第一交流分量、第二交流分量;以及当第一输出级导通时,输出第一输出信号,第一输出信号包括第一交流分量;当第二输出级导通时,输出第二输出信号,第二输出信号包括第二交流分量;当第一输出级和第二输出级同时关闭时,输出死区信号。本发明提供一种功率级装置及其驱动方法,可减低电路的复杂度,节约成本,优化性能。
