It should be noted that the prescription management platform may have a function of an audit platform for auditing the prescription, and may also communicate with an external audit platform, where the audit platform includes, but is not limited to, a first audit end and a second audit end.
Referring to fig. 1, a prescription auditing method according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure includes, but is not limited to, including steps S100 to S500.
S100, acquiring a prescription to be checked;
s200, matching a corresponding auditing platform according to the medicine information and the user information;
s300, sending the prescription to be audited to an auditing platform so that the auditing platform audits the prescription to be audited to obtain a target auditing result;
s400, acquiring a target auditing result generated by an auditing platform according to a prescription to be audited;
and S500, sending the prescription to be audited to the merchant terminal according to the successful audit result so that the merchant terminal distributes the medicine according to the prescription to be audited.
In step S100, the prescription management platform obtains a prescription to be reviewed, where the prescription to be reviewed refers to a prescription that is provided by a doctor and has not been reviewed, and the prescription to be reviewed generally includes user information and medicine information, where the user information mainly refers to a user name, a user age, a user gender, a user allergy history, a user past history, a user pregnancy and feeding condition, and the like, and the medicine information mainly refers to a medicine name, a medicine specification, a medicine quantity, a medicine unit, a medicine price, and the like that the doctor has provided according to a patient ' S condition, and in practical applications, the user can input chief complaint information, such as a patient ' S condition and user information, in software through inquiry software on a terminal device, and a medical practitioner can provide a prescription to be reviewed online according to the patient ' S condition, for example: the user information input by the user at the user end, namely the input box of the inquiry software, is as follows: zhang three, male, age 22, the input chief complaint information is: for a cold, 1 day, a doctor can make an electronic prescription for a user according to user information and chief complaint information input by the user, for example, the electronic prescription contains medicine information as follows: the name of the medicine is amoxicillin, the specification of the medicine is 0.25 × 24, and the number of the medicines is 3; the medicine unit is a box, and the electronic prescription contains user information as follows: the name of the user is Zhang III, the age of the user is 22 years old, and the gender of the user is male.
In step S200, the prescription management platform matches a corresponding auditing platform according to the medicine information and the user information, where the auditing platform of the embodiment of the present application includes, but is not limited to, a first auditing terminal and a second auditing terminal, where the first auditing terminal and the second auditing terminal are used for auditing prescriptions and are used for distinguishing different auditing modes, and in different auditing modes, the prescriptions are audited by different auditing terminals. In addition, the embodiment of the application can directly match the corresponding audit mode according to the medicine information and the user information of the prescription to be audited, and it needs to be explained that the audit mode is determined, that is, the audit end corresponding to the audit platform is determined, wherein the audit mode includes a full-check mode and a recheck mode, and the full-check mode and the recheck mode can be determined through preset configuration rules, for example, multiple rules such as medicine dimension or age dimension can be configured. It should be noted that the review degrees corresponding to the full-core mode and the double-core mode are different, the review severity of the double-core mode is lower than that of the full-core mode, and the review time required by the double-core mode is less than that of the full-core mode.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, step S200 specifically includes the steps of:
s210, acquiring prestored prescription medicine information;
s220, judging whether the age of the user is larger than or equal to a preset age or not, wherein the medicine information does not contain prescription medicine information; if yes, go to step S230; if the determination result is negative, step S240 is executed.
And S230, matching the auditing mode into a rechecking mode.
And S240, matching the auditing mode into a full-core mode.
In step S210, the prescription management platform obtains pre-stored prescription information, where the prescription information may be stored in a designated database, and the prescription information includes a name of the prescription, specifications of the prescription, and the like.
After step S210, the prescription management platform determines the age of the user and the drug information, and in practical applications, for convenience of determination, preset conditions for determination may be set, for example, the preset conditions may be set as: the user age is greater than or equal to a preset age, and the medicine information does not contain prescription medicine information, the user age and the medicine information can be compared with preset conditions, that is, whether the user age is greater than or equal to the preset age is judged, and the medicine information does not contain the prescription medicine information, if the judgment result is yes, step S230 is executed, that is, the auditing mode is matched to be a rechecking mode, under the rechecking mode, the auditing platform can directly audit the prescription to be audited, or directly match a corresponding auditing end, for example, a first auditing end, and audit the prescription by the first auditing end to obtain a target auditing result; if the result of the determination is negative, step S240 is executed, that is, the audit mode is matched to be the full-core mode, and in the full-core mode, preliminary audit needs to be performed on the prescription to be audited, for example, after the prescription passes the preliminary audit, the prescription can enter the rechecking mode. Because the medication risk of a user with a small age is relatively high, and the medication risk of a prescription is higher than that of an over-the-counter medicine, in the embodiment of the application, the rule of the judgment mode is formulated by considering two dimensions of the age and the prescription, so that different auditing modes can be flexibly configured according to the conditions of the user and the medicine, the auditing mode can be matched to be a full-check mode under the condition of relatively high medication risk, the auditing accuracy is further ensured, the safety of the prescription is improved to a great extent, the auditing mode can be matched to be a rechecking mode under the condition of relatively low medication risk, the auditing efficiency of the prescription can be improved, the user can receive medication suggestions or can receive delivered medicines more quickly, and the user experience is improved.
In step S300, after the review mode of the prescription to be reviewed is matched, the prescription management platform sends the prescription to be reviewed to a review platform, such as a first review terminal, so that the review platform reviews the prescription to be reviewed to obtain a target review result, where the first review terminal is a doctor terminal or a pharmacist terminal for reviewing the prescription to be reviewed.
In step S400, the prescription management platform obtains a target audit result generated by the audit platform according to the prescription to be audited, where the target audit result includes an audit success result and an audit failure result.
In step S500, if the target audit result is an audit success result, the to-be-audited prescription is sent to the merchant side, so that the merchant side distributes the medicine according to the to-be-audited prescription. In practical application, if the target verification result is successful, the prescription management platform sends the prescription to be verified to a proper merchant end, wherein the merchant end is selected according to the medicine information and the user information of the prescription to be verified, in practical application, the prescription management platform can automatically acquire a plurality of merchants containing all medicines in the prescription within a certain position range according to the position of the user, for example, the platform acquires the positioning information of the user, acquires a merchant A, a merchant B and a merchant C containing all medicines in the prescription within a range of 3km of the user positioning, the platform can automatically select a certain merchant according to the medicine price or distance of each merchant, the merchant selects corresponding medicines and delivers the medicines to the user, or the platform sends the medicine prices and distances of the merchant A, the merchant B and the merchant C to the user end, the user selects the merchant needing to purchase the medicines according to the practical situation, the merchant specified by the user selects the corresponding drug and dispenses the drug to the user. And if the target audit result is an audit failure result, generating prompt information, sending the prompt information to the user side, enabling the user to know the audit failure in time, inquiring again and purchasing the medicine.
In some embodiments, the drug information includes a drug name, a drug specification, a drug quantity, and a drug price, and referring to fig. 3, the prescription auditing method according to the embodiment of the present application further includes, but is not limited to, steps S610 to S620.
S610, generating a prescription card according to the medicine name, the medicine specification, the medicine quantity and the medicine price of the medicine information;
s620, the prescription card is sent to the user side, so that the user side can pay the prescription fee according to the prescription card.
In step S610 and step S620, if the audit mode matched by the prescription management platform according to the prescription to be audited is the rechecking mode, the prescription card may be generated according to the medicine name, the medicine specification, the medicine quantity and the medicine price of the medicine information, and the prescription card is sent to the user side, so that the user side can pay the prescription fee according to the prescription card, and can push the prescription to be audited to the merchant at the merchant side, and the merchant performs the performance, and sends the medicine to the user, so that the user can pay the prescription fee immediately without waiting for the audit, and can take the medicine quickly.
In some embodiments, if the audit mode matched by the prescription management platform according to the prescription to be audited is the full-core mode, the prescription card cannot be directly pushed to the user, and the prescription card can be pushed to the user only after the prescription to be audited is pre-audited, so as to ensure the safety of the prescription.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, a prescription auditing method according to an embodiment of the present application further includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s710, acquiring a preset audit rule base;
s720, auditing the prescription to be audited according to the audit rule base to obtain an automatic audit result;
s730, judging whether the automatic audit result is approved or not; if yes, go to step S300; if the determination result is negative, go to step S740;
s740, sending the prescription to be audited to the second auditing terminal so that the second auditing terminal audits the prescription to be audited to obtain an initial auditing result;
s750, judging whether the initial auditing result is approved; if yes, go to step S300; if the determination result is negative, go to step S760;
and S760, generating prompt information according to the verification failure result, and sending the prompt information to the user side.
In step S710, the prescription management platform obtains a preset audit rule base, where the audit rule base includes writing rules of the prescription, suitability for indications, usage and dosage, incompatibility, drug interaction, and the like.
In step S720, the prescription management platform performs a first initial check on the prescription to be audited according to the audit rule base, that is, performs an initial audit on the prescription to be audited automatically according to the audit rule base to obtain an automatic audit result, specifically, matches the prescription to be audited with various rules in the audit rule base, for example, automatically retrieves data in the audit rule base to compare and screen information related to the prescription, that is, reviews the writing rule, suitability for an indication, usage and usage, incompatibility, and drug interaction of the prescription, and defines a risk level for the prescription to be audited in combination with the user' S allergy history, past history, pregnancy and nursing condition. For example, the risk level of the prescription to be reviewed is calculated according to the above data, and the risk level may be presented in a numerical form, for example, the range of the risk level is set to 0 to 9, the larger the numerical value represents that the risk of the prescription to be reviewed is higher, an automatic review result can be obtained according to the risk level, that is, according to the specific numerical value of the risk level, it can be determined whether the automatic review result is a pass review, if the risk level of the prescription to be reviewed is lower than a certain preset value, it indicates that the risk level of the prescription to be reviewed is not high, the automatic review result is a pass review, if the risk level of the prescription to be reviewed is higher than or equal to a certain preset value, it indicates that the risk level of the prescription to be reviewed is higher, and the automatic review result is a fail to pass the review, at this time, a doctor or pharmacist is required to perform further manual review, that is mentioned in the embodiment of the present application: and performing third primary check on the prescription to be checked by the second checking end so as to ensure the safety of the prescription to be checked.
After step S720, the prescription management platform determines whether the automatic audit result is approved; if the determination result is yes, step S300 is executed, that is, the prescription management platform sends the prescription to be audited to the audit platform, for example, the first audit end, so that the first audit end audits the prescription to be audited to obtain the target audit result, and the prescription card can be sent to the user end before the first audit end audits the prescription, so that the user end can pay the prescription cost according to the prescription card, and can push the prescription to be audited to the merchant at the merchant end, and the merchant performs a contract, so that the user can take the medicine in time, and the user experience is improved. If the determination result is no, it indicates that the automatic review does not pass, step S740 is executed, and the prescription is manually reviewed, that is, the prescription to be reviewed is subjected to the third initial check, for example, the prescription to be reviewed is further manually reviewed at the second review terminal.
In step S740, the prescription management platform sends the prescription to be reviewed to the second reviewing terminal, so that the second reviewing terminal performs a third primary review on the prescription to be reviewed to obtain an initial review result, where the second reviewing terminal and the first reviewing terminal are both a doctor terminal or a pharmacist terminal for reviewing the prescription to be reviewed, the first reviewing terminal performs a post-review on the prescription to be reviewed after the user card is issued to the user, the second reviewing terminal performs a pre-review on the prescription to be reviewed before the user card is issued to the user, and the initial review result is reviewed by the second reviewing terminal, and includes a review success result and a review failure result.
After step S740, the prescription management platform determines whether the initial audit result is a pass audit; if the judgment result is yes, step S300 is executed, that is, the prescription management platform sends the prescription to be audited to the first auditing terminal, so that the first auditing terminal audits the prescription to be audited, that is, the second initial audit, and obtains a target auditing result, and the prescription card can be sent to the user terminal before the first auditing terminal audits the prescription, so that the user terminal can pay the prescription cost according to the prescription card, and can push the prescription to be audited to a merchant at the merchant terminal, so that the merchant performs a contract, so that the user can take the medicine in time, and the user experience is improved; if the determination result is no, it indicates that the audit is failed before the medication card is issued to the user, and step S760 is executed to prompt the user that the prescription audit is failed, so as to ensure the security of medication for the user.
In step S760, the prescription management platform generates a prompt message according to the result of the failure of the audit, and sends the prompt message to the user side to prompt the user of the failure of the audit, so that the user can re-ask and purchase the medicine.
In some embodiments, if the prescription card is sent to the user and the result of checking the prescription by the first checking end is that checking the prescription fails, a recall short message needs to be sent to inform the user that checking the prescription fails, and if it is detected that the user has paid successfully, a refund is needed to be sent to the user. If the prescription card is sent to the user, the first auditing end successfully audits the prescription if the prescription auditing result is the prescription, and the system informs the corresponding merchant to deliver the goods after detecting that the user has successfully paid. According to the method and the device, various verification and correction and accurate analysis are carried out on the prescription of the prescription through establishing a set of effective prescription checking mechanism, the prescription with problems can be timely recovered, and the safety and the accuracy of online prescription are improved.
