The invention relates to the technical field of display screens, in particular to a display module, a display device and a compensation method.
Background
With the worldwide popularization of liquid crystal displays, in the display world, mura refers to the phenomenon of uneven display brightness of a screen due to manufacturing process problems. demura means that the screen with originally non-uniform brightness is displayed normally by correcting data. At present, in order to eliminate the mura phenomenon on the Display panel, when the Display module is manufactured, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, mura data of each Display panel is acquired through demura equipment, then compensation data obtained through calculation according to the acquired mura data is recorded into a single plug-in flash chip by the demura equipment through controlling a DDIC (Display Driver IC, Display Driver chip), when the Display module is normally used, the DDIC firstly reads the compensation data from the plug-in flash chip into a Memory (random access Memory, RAM for short) inside the DDIC after a power supply is turned on, and then normal Display data sent by a main control chip are converted according to the compensation data and sent to the Display panel.
Because ram loses power and loses data, so the existing scheme must hang flash memory chip to assist the storage compensation data, resulting in high display module cost. If the flash memory chip is directly integrated into the DDIC, the cost of the DDIC is also greatly increased.
