Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle remote fault diagnosis method and a device based on V2X, wherein the method comprises the steps of reporting messages through V2X communication according to a preset time period, wherein the messages comprise information messages, power-on/power-off messages and fault messages of a target vehicle; detecting whether a message is received; when a message is received and the fault message is not empty, reporting the message to a remote diagnosis platform so that the remote diagnosis platform can analyze the cause of the vehicle fault according to the received message; when the message is not received, the message of the target vehicle is not received in the message of the previous period, and the target vehicle is in the communication range of V2X, the fault of the power supply system is inferred, and the information message of the target vehicle and the fault message of the power supply system are reported to the remote diagnosis platform, so that the remote diagnosis platform can analyze the reason of the fault of the vehicle according to the received message. The invention not only saves labor cost and detection cost, but also provides reliable data guarantee.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile fault diagnosis, in particular to a vehicle remote fault diagnosis method and device based on V2X.
Background
The number and usage of automobiles today is increasing year by year. In daily use of an automobile, vehicle faults, such as power domain faults, chassis domain faults, body domain faults, power supply system faults, network faults (namely, the automobile does not have the capability of accessing the internet) and the like, inevitably occur, wherein especially hidden faults existing in the automobile, an owner of the automobile is difficult to find in time, and a driver can find the hidden faults only when the faults are exposed and normal use of the automobile is influenced, obviously, potential safety hazards exist.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The invention can not cause the remote diagnosis platform to not obtain the vehicle fault information because of the vehicle power supply system fault or the network fault, therefore, the vehicle maintenance personnel can analyze the detailed fault reason through the vehicle fault data and the vehicle information data received by the remote diagnosis platform, and do not need to dismount the vehicle by professional personnel every time, and the special expensive detection equipment is used for detecting the vehicle state and analyzing the fault reason, thereby not only saving the labor cost and the detection cost, but also providing reliable data guarantee.

reporting messages through V2X communication according to a preset time period, wherein the messages comprise information messages, power-on/power-off messages and fault messages of a target vehicle;
detecting whether a message is received;
when a message is received and the fault message is not empty, reporting the message to a remote diagnosis platform so that the remote diagnosis platform can analyze the cause of the vehicle fault according to the received message;
when the message is not received, the message of the target vehicle is not received in the message of the previous period, and the target vehicle is in the communication range of V2X, the fault of the power supply system is inferred, and the information message of the target vehicle and the fault message of the power supply system are reported to the remote diagnosis platform, so that the remote diagnosis platform can analyze the reason of the fault of the vehicle according to the received message.
The information message of the target vehicle comprises a vehicle ID, vehicle running state data and GPS positioning data.
Obviously, the invention reports the message through V2X communication, avoids using vehicle-mounted T-Box to receive and transmit data, thus not depending on vehicle networking capability, even if the vehicle has network failure, the failure data can still be reported to the remote diagnosis platform;
meanwhile, the logic judgment of the software layer is set, so that even if the power supply system of the vehicle fails, the failure of the power supply system can be found through inference and reported to the remote diagnosis platform;
therefore, the vehicle maintenance personnel can analyze detailed fault reasons through the vehicle fault data and the vehicle information data received by the remote diagnosis platform, do not need to dismount by professional personnel every time, use special expensive detection equipment to detect the vehicle state and analyze fault reasons, save labor cost and detection cost and provide reliable data guarantee.
In some embodiments, the messages are reported through V2X communication according to a predetermined time period, wherein the messages include information messages, power-on/power-off messages and fault messages of the target vehicle, and the predetermined time period can be set to 9-11 milliseconds, so as to diagnose the vehicle fault in time and avoid potential safety hazards.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle remote fault diagnosis apparatus based on V2X, as shown in fig. 2, including: an OBU (on-board V2X device), an RSU (drive test V2X device), and a remote diagnostic platform;
the OBU is used for reporting messages through V2X communication according to a preset time period, wherein the messages comprise information messages, power-on/power-off messages and fault messages of a target vehicle;
the RSU is configured to detect whether a packet is received, and:
when a message is received and the fault message is not empty, reporting the message to a remote diagnosis platform;
when the message is not received, the down message of the target vehicle is not received in the message of the previous period, and the target vehicle is in the communication range of V2X, filling the fault message into the fault of the power supply system, and reporting the information message of the target vehicle and the fault message of the power supply system to a remote diagnosis platform;
and the remote diagnosis platform is used for analyzing the vehicle fault reason according to the received message.
In some embodiments, the OBU is configured to collect the target vehicle CAN bus data in real time via CAN communication, wherein the CAN bus data includes vehicle operating status data, GPS positioning data, fault messages, and power up/down messages.
In some embodiments, the OBU is configured to combine the CAN bus data and the vehicle ID packet into an OBU packet, and report the OBU packet as a message to the RSU according to a predetermined time period.
In some embodiments, the RSU is configured to parse the received message and obtain an RSU packet, the RSU packet including an information message of the target vehicle, an up/down message, and a fault message, and:
when the fault message is not empty, filling corresponding fault information into the fault message of the RSU information packet;
and when the message is not received, the down message of the target vehicle is not received in the message of the previous period, and the target vehicle is in the communication range of V2X, the RSU judges the fault of the OBU power supply system, and fills the fault of the OBU power supply system into the fault message in the RSU information packet.
In some embodiments, the RSU and the remote diagnostic platform communicate over 4G or 5G and report the RSU packet to the remote diagnostic platform.
In some embodiments, the remote diagnostic platform receives and parses the RSU packet to enable vehicle maintenance personnel to analyze the cause of the vehicle fault in detail.

Claims (10)
1. A vehicle remote fault diagnosis method based on V2X is characterized by comprising the following steps:
reporting messages through V2X communication according to a preset time period, wherein the messages comprise information messages, power-on/power-off messages and fault messages of a target vehicle;
detecting whether a message is received;
when a message is received and the fault message is not empty, reporting the message to a remote diagnosis platform so that the remote diagnosis platform can analyze the cause of the vehicle fault according to the received message;
when the message is not received, the message of the target vehicle is not received in the message of the previous period, and the target vehicle is in the communication range of V2X, the fault of the power supply system is inferred, and the information message of the target vehicle and the fault message of the power supply system are reported to the remote diagnosis platform, so that the remote diagnosis platform can analyze the reason of the fault of the vehicle according to the received message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the information message of the target vehicle includes a vehicle ID, vehicle operating status data, and GPS positioning data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined time period is set to 9-11 milliseconds.
4. A vehicle remote fault diagnosis device based on V2X is characterized by comprising: the OBU, the RSU and the remote diagnosis platform;
the OBU is used for reporting messages through V2X communication according to a preset time period, wherein the messages comprise information messages, power-on/power-off messages and fault messages of a target vehicle;
the RSU is configured to detect whether a packet is received, and:
when a message is received and the fault message is not empty, reporting the message to the remote diagnosis platform;
when the message is not received, the down message of the target vehicle is not received in the message of the previous period, and the target vehicle is in the communication range of V2X, filling the fault message into the fault of the power supply system, and reporting the information message of the target vehicle and the fault message of the power supply system to the remote diagnosis platform;
and the remote diagnosis platform is used for analyzing the reason of the vehicle fault according to the received message.
5. The apparatus of claim 4 wherein the OBU is configured to collect the target vehicle CAN bus data in real time via CAN communications, wherein the CAN bus data comprises vehicle operating status data, GPS positioning data, fault messages, and power up/down messages.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the OBU is configured to package the CAN bus data and the vehicle ID into an OBU packet and report the OBU packet as a message to the RSU for a predetermined time period.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the RSU is configured to parse the received message and obtain RSU packets, and the RSU packets comprise information messages of the target vehicle, power-up/power-down messages, and fault messages.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the RSU is configured to pad corresponding failure information into a failure message of an RSU packet when the failure message is not empty, and wherein,
and the RSU is used for judging the fault of the power supply system of the OBU and filling the fault of the power supply system into the fault message in the RSU information packet when the message is not received, the down message of the target vehicle is not received in the message of the previous period and the target vehicle is in the communication range of V2X.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the RSU reports RSU packets to the remote diagnostic platform via 4G or 5G communication.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the remote diagnostic platform receives and parses RSU packets.
