by controlling the regulating valve 831, the gas outlet speed is lower than the gas inlet speed, the gas content in the gas cavity 81 is increased, the pressure is increased, the floating plate 85 is lowered, the floating plate 85 drives the connecting rod 86 to displace, and the connecting rod 86 drives the driving rotating wheel 71 to do linear motion until the gas pressure in the gas cavity 81 is kept constant and no motion occurs any more;
9. when the power supply is suddenly cut off or the optical cable tractor fails and the like, the air cavity 81 loses the air supply source, the air outlet 83 is continuously exhausted outwards, so that the air content in the air cavity 81 is reduced, the pressure is reduced, the floating plate 85 is lifted up, the connecting rod 86 is driven to displace, the connecting rod 86 drives the driving rotating wheel 71 to lift up straight line, the emergency braking effect is realized, and the effect of preventing pressure and tension loss is achieved;
