4. the transmission traction mechanism 6 is started, the transmission wheel 61 and the driven wheel 62 are respectively transmitted by the gearbox 3 to drive the annular transmission ring 63 to rotate, the liquid oil in the annular transmission ring 63 moves along with the annular transmission ring, and the expansion wheel 64 plays a role in expansion in the process;
5. guiding one end of the optical cable into the optical cable tractor through a guide wheel 10 and placing the optical cable above the annular transmission ring 63;
6. the driving motor 77 is started, the driving motor 77 drives the rotating wheel 78 to do rotary motion, the rotating wheel 78 drives the lead screw 75 through the chain 79, the moving block 74 and the lead screw 75 generate relative motion and do vertical reciprocating linear motion on the lead screw 75, the moving block 74 drives the driving rotating wheel 71 to generate vertical displacement through the supporting rod 73, and therefore the optical cable pressing device is suitable for optical cables of different sizes and achieves a pressing effect on the optical cables;
meanwhile, the optical cable forms an arc-shaped recess on the surface of the annular conveying ring 63 due to the compression action, so that the contact surface between the optical cable and the annular conveying ring 63 is increased, and the wrapping protection effect is formed;
7. gas generated by the engine 4 in the traction process is introduced into the air filter 2 to realize the purification and filtration functions, and the purified gas is introduced into the emergency braking mechanism 8 through the exhaust pipe 21;
8. the gas enters the ventilation pipeline 84 from the exhaust pipe 21, enters the gas chamber 81 from the gas inlet 82 through the ventilation pipeline 84, and is discharged to the outside from the gas outlet 83;
by controlling the regulating valve 831, the gas outlet speed of the gas is smaller than the gas inlet speed, the gas content in the gas chamber 81 is increased, the pressure is increased, the floating plate 85 is lowered, the floating plate 85 drives the connecting rod 86 to generate displacement, and the connecting rod 86 drives the driving rotating wheel 71 to do linear motion until the gas pressure in the gas chamber 81 is kept constant and does not move any more;
9. when the power supply is suddenly cut off or the optical cable tractor breaks down, the air supply source of the air chamber 81 is lost, the air outlet 83 still continuously exhausts air, so that the content of the air in the air chamber 81 is reduced, the pressure is reduced, the floating plate 85 rises from the air supply source and drives the connecting rod 86 to displace, and the connecting rod 86 drives the driving rotating wheel 71 to rise linearly, so that the emergency braking effect is realized, and the effect of preventing pressure and tensile loss is achieved;
under emergency, the movable end of the driving motor 77 can be separated from the rotating wheel 78, the wheel shaft 88 is connected with the rotating wheel 78 through the matching effect between the key block 881 and the key groove 781, the hand wheel 87 is manually operated, the chain 79 drives the screw rod 75, the moving block 74 and the screw rod 75 generate relative motion, the driving rotating wheel 71 is driven by the supporting rod 73 to generate displacement in the vertical direction, the emergency braking effect is realized, and double insurance is achieved.
