at least one plurality of avoidance holes (41A) are formed in the second arc section (41), and the positions and the number of the avoidance holes correspond to those of the vertical drainage pipes (30) one by one; the drainage vertical pipe (30) penetrates through the second waterproof adhesive tape (40) from the position of the avoidance hole (41A).
