An alternative embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Example 1
The control logic of the present invention is applied to a laundry treating apparatus having a completely new structure. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an internal structure of a clothes treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the clothes treatment device includes an air duct housing 10, a heating plate 20 and a spraying device 30, and a drying air duct 11 is provided in the air duct housing 10; the heating plate 20 is connected to the air duct shell 10 and is located in the drying air duct 11; the spraying device 30 is arranged on the air duct shell 10, the spraying device 30 is arranged at the drying air duct 11, and the spraying device 30 is used for spraying water towards the inside of the drying air duct 11.
The clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the invention provides a brand new structure, the heating disc for heating is arranged in the drying air channel, so that air flow is heated to high temperature in the drying air channel, the spraying device is arranged in the drying air channel, after clothes are dried, the clothes treatment device enters a clothes care mode, the spraying device and the heating disc work together, water drops sprayed by the spraying device are vaporized into high-temperature water vapor when meeting heat generated by the heating disc, the high-temperature water vapor is introduced into the inner cylinder of the clothes treatment device, the high-temperature water vapor can effectively care fabrics, and clothes wrinkles are reduced. Moreover, the drying function and the nursing function are integrated in the same device, so that the space in the clothes treatment device is effectively saved.
The plurality of heat generating trays 20 are sequentially arranged in a staggered manner in the airflow direction of the drying duct 11 in consideration of the smoothness of the airflow and the reduction of the wind resistance.
According to the invention, through the heating mode of the plurality of heating plates, the flock is not accumulated in the air duct and is not attached to the surfaces of the heating plates. Replace traditional special-shaped U pipe electrical heating through the dish that generates heat and can reduce heat loss and air loss, reduce the resistance to wind in the wind channel of drying, the dish surface that generates heat can set up to the stainless steel, can be waterproof, can play the effect of rapid heating water steam production.
Preferably, the spraying device 30 is disposed corresponding to the heat generating plate 20, and the spraying direction of the spraying device 30 is toward the heat generating plate 20. The installation position of the spraying device 30 corresponds to the heating plate 20, that is, the spraying device 30 and the heating plate 20 are all located at the same stage position in the drying air duct 11 (it is sufficient that water drops sprayed by the spraying device 30 can be evaporated by the heating plate 20 to form water vapor); in addition, if there are a plurality of heat generating disks 20, a plurality of spraying devices 30 are correspondingly provided, and preferably, the spraying devices 30 and the heat generating disks 20 are in one-to-one correspondence. The spraying direction of the spraying device 30 is set to be directly toward the heating plate 20, so that water drops can form water vapor more quickly.
The spraying device 30 may include a nozzle and a water pipe, which are communicated with each other, the nozzle is located in the drying air duct 11, and the water pipe penetrates through the air duct housing 10 and is connected and communicated with the nozzle. The water pipe can be directly inserted or clamped on the spray head, and the connection mode between the spray head and the water pipe can be various.
The drying air duct of the prior art clothes treatment device generally has only one electric heating pipe, and cannot protect clothes and care clothes by adjusting temperature. High temperatures can damage clothes when drying high end fabrics. In order to solve the above problems of the prior art, the clothes treatment device of the present embodiment is further improved, wherein the plurality of heat generating disks 20 of the clothes treatment device includes at least a first heat generating disk and a second heat generating disk, the first heat generating disk and the second heat generating disk can generate heat independently, and the power of the first heat generating disk is greater than that of the second heat generating disk. The clothes treatment device is at least provided with two heating disks with different powers, wherein the power of the first heating disk is higher, and the power of the second heating disk is lower. Referring to fig. 1, the clothes treating apparatus is provided with two heat generating trays having different sizes, and the first heat generating tray in this embodiment is a heat generating tray having a larger size and located at the upper side of fig. 1; the second heat generating plate in this embodiment is a heat generating plate of a smaller volume, and is located on the lower side of fig. 1. The first heating plate and the second heating plate can work at the same time because of independent heating, thereby achieving the maximum power of the drying air duct. Of course, the number of the heating plates may be three or more, but at least two heating plates are ensured to have different power and operate independently, and the heating plates may be arranged in groups, for example, one or more heating plates with higher power are used as the first heating plate, and one or more heating plates with lower power are used as the second heating plate.
It should be noted that the laundry treating apparatus in the present embodiment may include at least a washing machine, a dryer, a laundry care machine, and the like.
Example 2
Based on the laundry treatment apparatus described in embodiment 1 above, the present embodiment describes a control method of the laundry treatment apparatus, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S201, entering a drying mode, and controlling the work of a plurality of heating disks according to the moisture content of the clothes;
and step S202, after the drying mode is finished and the nursing mode is entered, controlling the spraying device to be started, and controlling the plurality of heating disks to work according to the weight of the clothes.
For how to calculate the moisture content of the laundry, an initial weight of the laundry may be detected before the laundry treatment apparatus enters the washing stage, a current weight of the laundry may be detected when entering the drying mode, and then the moisture content of the laundry may be determined according to the current weight and the initial weight of the laundry. Based on this, can accurately learn the current moisture content of clothing to be convenient for follow-up to the control of a plurality of dishes that generate heat, the moisture content is higher, explains that the clothing is comparatively moist, needs strong drying mode to dry. The moisture content is lower, which indicates that the clothes are dry and comfortable, and a weak drying mode is adopted.
Specifically, if the moisture content of the clothes is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold (for example, 30%), which indicates that the clothes are wet at the moment and a strong drying mode is required, the first heating plate and the second heating plate are controlled to work simultaneously, it should be noted that the power of the first heating plate is greater than that of the second heating plate, and the number of the first heating plate and the second heating plate can be set as required. Meanwhile, the fan is started to blow air, the heating disc can heat the air blown out by the fan, and the air enters the inner barrel through the air inlet of the drying air channel, so that clothes are dried.
And if the moisture content of the clothes is less than a first preset threshold value, controlling the plurality of heating disks to work according to a set washing mode, and starting the fan. Specifically, if the washing mode is set to be a soft mode (such as a wool mode, a down jacket mode, etc.), high-end fabrics such as wool, silk, down, etc. may be damaged at a higher drying temperature, and at this time, the heating plate with a lower control power (i.e., the second heating plate) works, and the fabric can be protected by warm air drying; and if the set washing mode is not the soft mode, controlling the first heating plate to work, namely realizing quick drying in the strong drying mode.
It should be noted that the end of the drying mode depends on the moisture content of the clothes, the motor drives the inner drum to feed back the motor power at a low rotation speed to the main control board to judge the moisture content of the dried clothes, and when the moisture content of the clothes is less than or equal to a second preset threshold (for example, 3%), the drying mode is controlled to end, and then the nursing mode is entered.
After getting into the nursing mode, control spray set and open, spray water in the stoving wind channel, simultaneously according to the work of a plurality of dishes that generate heat of clothing weight control, the drop of water that spray set sprayed meets the heat that the dish produced that generates heat and is gasified into high temperature steam and let in clothing processing apparatus's inner tube in, high temperature steam can effectively nurse the fabric, reduces the clothing fold.
Specifically, if the weight of the clothes is larger than or equal to a first preset weight (for example, 5kg), which indicates that the clothes are heavy and intensive care can be performed, the first heating plate and the second heating plate are controlled to work simultaneously, and the fan is started to blow air. If the second preset weight (for example, 2kg) < the weight of the clothes < the first preset weight, which indicates that the weight of the clothes is moderate, the first heating plate can be controlled to work, and the fan is started to blow air. If the weight of the clothes is less than or equal to the second preset weight, the clothes are lighter, the second heating plate can be controlled to work, and the fan is started to blow air. The fan can blow the steam to the inner tube, realizes the effective nursing to the clothing.
For the operation time period of the care mode, it may be determined according to the laundry weight. Generally, the larger the weight of the clothes is, the longer the operation time is, and the corresponding relationship between the weight section and the operation time of the care mode may be preset, for example, a plurality of weight sections are set, and the operation time corresponding to each weight section is set correspondingly. And determining the weight interval to which the clothes belong according to the current weight of the clothes, and determining the corresponding running time according to the weight interval to which the clothes belong.
For example, three weight intervals may be provided: if the weight of the laundry is greater than or equal to the first preset weight, the corresponding operation time period may be set to 18-24min, if the second preset weight is less than the weight of the laundry and less than the first preset weight, the corresponding operation time period may be set to 12-18min, and if the weight of the laundry is less than or equal to the second preset weight, the corresponding operation time period may be set to 8-12 min. And automatically ending the nursing mode after the running time is reached from the moment of entering the nursing mode, and sending a prompt by the clothes processing device to remind a user of ending nursing.
It should be noted that, the specific values of the first preset weight and the second preset weight, and the value of the operation duration corresponding to each weight interval, may be set when the equipment leaves the factory, and may also be changed according to the user requirement.
In order to improve the drying efficiency, after the clothes drying mode is started, one or more heating disks with the lowest power in the plurality of heating disks can be controlled to work before the plurality of heating disks are controlled to work according to the moisture content of the clothes, the temperature in the whole drying air channel can be raised by about 45 ℃ by the heat emitted by the heating disks, and the heating disks stop working until the temperature in the drying air channel reaches the preset drying temperature. A flow chart of a preferred control method of a laundry treating apparatus as shown in fig. 3, includes the steps of:
step S301, entering a drying mode, controlling one or more heating disks with the lowest power in the plurality of heating disks to work, and stopping working until the temperature in the drying air duct reaches a preset drying temperature;
step S302, controlling the work of a plurality of heating disks according to the moisture content of the clothes;
and step S303, after the drying mode is finished and the nursing mode is entered, controlling the spraying device to be started, and controlling the plurality of heating disks to work according to the weight of the clothes.
Before specific drying operation is carried out (the operation of the heating plates is controlled according to the moisture content of clothes), one or more heating plates with the lowest power in the heating plates are controlled to operate, and the operation is stopped until the temperature in the drying air channel reaches a preset drying temperature.
Example 3

The control logic of the main control board has been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic circuit diagram of a temperature limiting function according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an automatic temperature limiter is disposed between the main control board and each of the heating disks (for example, the heating disk with a power of 1000W and the heating disk with a power of 350W in fig. 4), and the automatic temperature limiter is configured to automatically turn off when a temperature in the drying air duct reaches a preset temperature limit (for example, 100 ℃), and to turn on when the temperature in the drying air duct reaches a preset reset temperature (for example, 85 ℃). Each heating plate can be connected with a manual temperature limiter, for example, the heating plates are disconnected when the temperature in the drying air duct reaches 125 ℃, and then the heating plates can be manually reset.
The present embodiment provides a laundry treating apparatus including the control device of the laundry treating apparatus described above.
A plurality of heating discs are arranged in a drying air duct of the clothes treatment device, a traditional electric heating pipe is replaced, a heating contrast state is achieved through an installation mode, the drying effect is improved, and the drying time is effectively shortened according to the weight of clothes.
The embodiment has the advantages that the steam nursing function and the drying function are in the same device, the space of the whole machine can be saved, enough steam is generated in a mode of a plurality of heating disks, the work of a single heating disk or the simultaneous work of a plurality of heating disks can be controlled according to the weight of clothes to generate different steam quantities, and the time for nursing the clothes is shortened.

Example 4
Fig. 5 is a drying and nursing flow chart of a clothes treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is illustrated by taking the example that the clothes treating apparatus is provided with two heat generating trays (a first heat generating tray with a larger power and a second heat generating tray with a smaller power), as shown in fig. 5, the flow chart includes the following steps (step S501-step S513):
step S501, after the clothes washing-dewatering is finished, the inner drum runs at a low rotating speed to weigh the clothes.
Step S502, the weighing data is fed back to the main control board, and the moisture content of the clothes is determined according to the current weight and the initial weight (weighing before the washing process starts).
The main control board judges the weight of the clothes in the drum through monitoring the power logic of the motor, compares the weight with the total weight of the original initial clothes, judges the moisture content of the dehydrated clothes and then enters a drying mode.
And step S503, judging whether the water content of the clothes is more than or equal to 30%, if so, executing step S504, otherwise, executing step S504 and step S505.
And step S504, the two heating plates work simultaneously, and the fan starts to work to perform strong drying.
When the main control board judges that the moisture content of the dehydrated clothes is greater than or equal to 30%, the main control board controls the two heating disks to work simultaneously, the power of the first heating disk and the power of the second heating disk are respectively 1000W and 350W, the two heating disks are respectively provided with an automatic temperature limiter (100 ℃) and a manual temperature limiter (125 ℃) to protect the temperature in the drying air channel, ignition due to overheating is avoided, the fan is powered on and blows air simultaneously, the heating disks heat the air blown out by the fan, and the air enters the inner cylinder through an air inlet of the drying air channel. Afterwards, the motor drives the inner barrel to run at a low rotating speed, the water content of the clothes is judged by feeding back the power of the motor to the main control board, and when the water content of the clothes is less than 3%, the program control drying is finished, and then the nursing mode is entered.
And step S505, the moisture content of the clothes is less than 30%, the mode selected by the user is a soft mode, the first heating disc is controlled to work, and the fan is started.
Namely, when the main control panel judges that the moisture content of the dehydrated clothes is less than 30 percent and the mode selected by the user is the condition of down washing or wool washing, the fan is controlled to blow air, the main control panel controls the second heating plate to work, and the first heating plate is not powered on. And ending the drying mode when the moisture content of the clothes is less than 3%.
And step S506, controlling the second heating disc to work and starting the fan, wherein the moisture content of the clothes is less than 30%, the mode selected by the user is not a soft mode.
Step S507, the moisture content of the laundry is less than 3%, and the drying mode is finished, and then step S508 is performed.
And step S508, water is fed into a water inlet pipe in the drying air duct, the water flow can be set to be 0.5L/min, and the nursing mode is started.
Step S509, judging whether the weight of the dried clothes is more than or equal to 5kg, if so, executing step S510, otherwise, executing step S511 and step S512.
And step S510, the two heating disks work simultaneously to generate a large amount of steam simultaneously, the fans work simultaneously to blow air to enable the steam to enter the inner barrel, and the step S513 is executed after the set running time is reached.
That is, after the nursing mode is entered, the main control board judges that the weight of the clothes in the drum is greater than or equal to 5kg through the low rotating speed power of the motor, the main control board controls the two heating disks to work simultaneously, the working power is 1350W, the water inlet pipe in the drying air duct starts to feed water, the flow can be set to be 0.2L/min (the flow can ensure that the water in the water inlet pipe reaches the water inlet pipe before the water is sprayed by water drops), a large amount of steam is generated when the water contacts the surface of the heating disks, the fan works simultaneously to blow the steam into the inner drum, the clothes are nursed, and wrinkles are reduced.
When enough steam is generated, when the temperature in the drying air duct reaches 100 ℃, the automatic temperature limiters (with the disconnection temperature of 100 ℃) of the two heating plates are disconnected, the water inlet pipe stops water inlet (the spraying device stops working), and the fan blows the steam into the inner drum to achieve the effect of nursing clothes. The reset temperature of the automatic temperature limiter is 85 ℃, when the steam temperature reaches 85 ℃, the automatic temperature limiter is reset and connected, the two heating plates simultaneously reset to work, and the heating plates are kept between 85 ℃ and-100 ℃. The fan starts to work and blows the steam in the drying air duct into the inner barrel. The operation time of the nursing mode can be set to 18-24min, the motor drives the low-rotation speed in the drum to shake off the clothes, and the clothes are fully contacted with the steam to achieve the optimal nursing effect.
And step S511, controlling the second heating plate to start working to generate steam when the weight of the dried clothes is less than or equal to 2kg, simultaneously starting the fan to work to blow air to enable the steam to enter the inner barrel, and executing the step S513 after the set running time is reached.
Namely, after the nursing mode is entered, the main control board judges that the weight of the clothes in the drum is less than 2kg through the low rotating speed power of the motor, the main control board controls a second heating plate (350W) to work, the heating plate is kept between 85 ℃ and-100 ℃, and the fan starts to work to blow air to blow the steam in the drying air duct into the inner drum. The operation time of the nursing mode can be set to be 8-12min, the motor drives the low-rotation speed in the drum to shake off the clothes, and the clothes are fully contacted with the steam to achieve the optimal nursing effect.
And step S512, controlling the first heating plate to start working to generate steam when the weight of the dried clothes is less than 5kg and 2kg, simultaneously starting the fan to work to blow so that the steam enters the inner cylinder, and executing the step S513 after the set running time is reached.
After the nursing mode is started, the main control board judges that the weight of clothes in the drum is more than 2kg and less than 5kg through the low rotating speed power of the motor, the main control board controls a first heating disc (1000W) to work, the heating disc is kept between 85 ℃ and-100 ℃, and a fan starts to work to blow air to blow steam in the drying air duct into the inner drum. The operation time of the nursing mode can be set to be 12min-18min, the motor drives the low-rotation speed in the drum to shake off the clothes, and the clothes are fully contacted with the steam to achieve the optimal nursing effect.
In step S513, the care mode is ended, and the whole washing process is ended.
