Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a technical solution:
and S6, performing performance tests, namely performing multiple performance tests on the finished polyester yarn, wherein the performance tests comprise a color fastness test, an abrasion resistance test and a breaking strength test, and the specific data are shown in figure 2, so that the color fastness, the abrasion resistance and the tearing resistance are stronger and are far higher than those of the conventional polyester yarn.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the production process of the jacquard yarns comprises the steps of installing the drafted warp yarns and the rewound weft yarns at the yarn input positions of a knitting machine, starting the knitting machine for interweaving production, controlling the tension at 380 kilograms and the rotating speed at 600 revolutions per minute during the operation of the knitting machine, and ensuring the rapid production of the polyester yarns.
The method comprises the steps of combing, dip dyeing, twisting, secondary dip dyeing and lifting drying, wherein the warp yarns, the weft yarns and the jacquard yarns are respectively carded and tidily placed in corresponding dye vats according to the colors required by the warp yarns, the weft yarns and the jacquard yarns, sufficient color fixing agents are added, the warp yarns, the weft yarns and the jacquard yarns are taken out and twisted after being infected for 30 minutes, redundant dyes are twisted out, the adhesiveness of the dyes is increased for the first time, the warp yarns, the weft yarns and the jacquard yarns are re-soaked for 30 minutes after being dried for 20 minutes, and finally the warp yarns, the weft yarns and the jacquard yarns are put out and dried.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the color fixing agent is one or a mixture of more of a cationic color fixing agent, a non-surface active quaternary ammonium salt type color fixing agent and a reactive color fixing agent, the dye in the primary dyeing treatment is one or a mixture of more of aniline dye and coal tar dye, and although chemical dye is used, the dye has better adhesiveness, can realize better coloring and has higher color fastness.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the temperature of the dye in the dye vat in the primary dyeing treatment is 60-80 ℃, the dye needs to be turned over by arranging a stirrer, and the rotating speed of the stirrer is 5-10 revolutions per second, so that the basic dyeing effect is ensured.
The secondary coloring process includes soaking woven polyester fabric in dye at 50-60 deg.c, turning the dye at low speed, soaking and coloring for half an hour, extruding out excessive dye, drying in the sun, and spraying cloth protecting agent to reduce the damage of the cloth during coloring.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the dye adopted in the secondary coloring treatment is a natural plant dye, although the adhesiveness is slightly worse than that of a chemical dye, the dye is more environment-friendly and pollution-free, and does not damage human bodies, and the soaking time is increased more during the secondary coloring, so that the terylene cloth has two coloring steps, even if a little color loss occurs in the later period, the fallen natural plant dye has little damage to human bodies.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, in the step of weaving the terylene cloth, the environmental temperature is 25-35 ℃ and the environmental humidity is 50-60%, so that the terylene cloth can not be broken due to over drying while keeping the toughness.
