A heat exchange device special for heating electroplating solution is characterized by comprising a base (1), an installation column (2), a rotary plate (3), a guide rod (4), a fixed plate (5), a frame body (6), a circular plate (7), a heater (8), a first pulling assembly (9) and a driving assembly (10), wherein the installation column (2) is arranged on the base (1), the rotary plate (3) is rotatably connected on the installation column (2), the guide rod (4) is connected on three sides of the upper portion of the installation column (2), the guide rod (4) is in sliding fit with the rotary plate (3), the fixed plate (5) is arranged on the rotary plate (3), the frame body (6) is arranged on the fixed plate (5), an air outlet pipe is connected on the frame body (6), the circular plate (7) is placed on the frame body (6), the heater (8) for heating the inside of the frame body is arranged on the circular plate (7), the first pulling assembly (9) capable of controlling the circular plate (7) to be opened is arranged between the circular plate (7) and the installation column (2), a driving component (10) for accelerating the heating of the electroplating solution is arranged between the base (1) and the turntable (3).

The special heat exchange device for heating the electroplating solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first pulling assembly (9) comprises a mounting frame (91), vertical cylinders (92), pull rods (93) and handles (94), the mounting frame (91) is connected to the mounting column (2), the vertical cylinders (92) are connected to two sides of the mounting frame (91), the pull rods (93) are connected to the vertical cylinders (92) in a sliding manner, the pull rods (93) are connected to the circular plate (7), and the handles (94) are connected between the pull rods (93).

The special heat exchange device for heating the electroplating solution as claimed in claim 2, wherein the driving assembly (10) comprises a speed reduction motor (101), a first belt pulley (102), a second belt pulley (103), a flat belt (104), a gear-lacking wheel (105) and a gear ring (106), the speed reduction motor (101) is arranged on the base (1), the first belt pulley (102) is connected to an output shaft of the speed reduction motor (101), rotating shafts are rotatably connected to two sides of the base (1), the second belt pulley (103) is connected to the lower side of each rotating shaft, the flat belt (104) is connected between the second belt pulley (103) and the first belt pulley (102), the gear-lacking wheel (105) is connected to the upper side of each rotating shaft, the gear ring (106) is arranged on the outer side of the rotary table (3), and the gear-lacking wheel (105) is matched with the gear ring (106).

The special heat exchange device for heating the electroplating solution according to claim 3, further comprising a condensation assembly (11), wherein the condensation assembly (11) comprises a connecting pipe (111), a shell (112), a condenser (113) and an air outlet rod (114), the connecting pipe (111) is connected to the frame body (6), the shell (112) is connected to the connecting pipe (111), the condenser (113) is arranged on the shell (112), the condenser (113) is connected to a plurality of air outlet rods (114), and the air outlet rods (114) are all located inside the shell (112).

The special heat exchange device for heating the electroplating solution as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a collection assembly (12), wherein the collection assembly (12) comprises a movable rod (122), a collection frame (123), a sliding rod (124), a blocking frame (125) and a first spring (126), sliding grooves (121) are formed in both sides of the base (1), the movable rod (122) is connected in the sliding grooves (121) in a sliding manner, the collection frame (123) is connected between the movable rods (122), the sliding rod (124) is connected in the sliding manner in both sides of the collection frame (123), the blocking frame (125) is connected between the sliding rods (124), the blocking frame (125) is positioned on the left side of the collection frame (123), and the first spring (126) is connected between the sliding rod (124) and the collection frame (123).

The special heat exchange device for heating the electroplating solution as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a clamping component (13), wherein the clamping component (13) comprises a telescopic rod (132), a clamping block (133), a vertical rod (134) and a second spring (135), clamping grooves (131) are formed in two sides of the pull rods (93) on two sides, the telescopic rod (132) is connected to the vertical tube (92), the clamping block (133) is connected to the telescopic end of the telescopic rod (132), the clamping block (133) is matched with the clamping grooves (131), the vertical rod (134) is connected to two sides of the handle (94), and the second spring (135) is connected between the vertical rod (134) and the vertical tube (92).

The special heat exchange device for heating the electroplating solution as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a second pulling assembly (14), wherein the second pulling assembly (14) comprises double grooved wheels (141), a connecting frame (142), guide wheels (143) and pull wires (144), the double grooved wheels (141) are connected to the mounting frame (91), the connecting frame (142) is connected between the moving rods (122), the guide wheels (143) are connected to both sides of the mounting frame (91), the pull wires (144) are connected to both sides of the connecting frame (142), and the pull wires (144) are connected to the telescopic ends of the telescopic rods (132) on the same side by bypassing the guide wheels (143) on the same side and the double grooved wheels (141).

The special heat exchange device for heating the electroplating solution as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a reinforcing assembly (15), wherein the reinforcing assembly (15) comprises fan blades (151), a pinion (152) and a rack (153), the condenser (113) is rotatably provided with a left fan blade (151) and a right fan blade (151), the rear sides of the fan blades (151) penetrate through the condenser (113) and are connected with the pinion (152), the baffle frame (125) is connected with the rack (153), and the pinion (152) is matched with the rack (153).
