Abstract
The invention discloses a novel soil stabilizer, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of sodium chloride, 300-400 parts of aluminate cement, 10-20 parts of polysaccharide, 20-30 parts of chitosan, 30-40 parts of alumina, 10-20 parts of gelatin, 20-40 parts of calcium chloride dihydrate and 30-50 parts of dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride. After the dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride contacts the soil, a semi-flexible solid matrix structure with lasting water resistance can be formed, so that the soil is permanently solidified. And the compression strength is greatly enhanced, and the bearing ratio can reach 220%.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of soil curing agents, and particularly relates to a novel soil curing agent.
Background
The soil curing agent is a soil curing admixture for short, and is a novel energy-saving and environment-friendly engineering material which is synthesized by various inorganic and organic materials and used for curing various soils. For the soil to be reinforced, according to the physical and chemical properties of the soil, only a certain amount of curing agent needs to be added, and the required performance index can be achieved through uniform stirring and compaction treatment.
Chinese patent application with application number CN201810118790.1 discloses a soil solidifying agent which is divided into a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises water, ethanol, tourmaline, a component A cationic surfactant and micromolecular polyhydric alcohol; the component B comprises polysaccharide, component B surfactant, biological enzyme, calcium carbonate, complex, inorganic-organic complex, water and ethanol.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel soil curing agent for solving the defects of the prior art, which can permanently cure soil and has strong compressive strength.

Preferably, the polysaccharide is notoginseng polysaccharide.

A novel soil stabilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of sodium chloride, 300 parts of aluminate cement, 10 parts of pseudo-ginseng polysaccharide, 20 parts of chitosan, 30 parts of alumina, 10 parts of gelatin, 20 parts of calcium chloride dihydrate and 30 parts of dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
Example 3
A novel soil stabilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of sodium chloride, 400 parts of aluminate cement, 20 parts of pseudo-ginseng polysaccharide, 30 parts of chitosan, 40 parts of alumina, 20 parts of gelatin, 40 parts of calcium chloride dihydrate and 50 parts of dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
Example 4
A novel soil stabilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of sodium chloride, 350 parts of aluminate cement, 15 parts of pseudo-ginseng polysaccharide, 25 parts of chitosan, 35 parts of alumina, 14 parts of gelatin, 26 parts of calcium chloride dihydrate and 34 parts of dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
Comparative example 1
The difference from example 1 is that: dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is not added.
