Background
The main bodies of buildings such as houses, basements, municipal works and the like are mostly concrete structures. During the solidification process of concrete, capillary holes and shrinkage joints are easy to occur, so that wall cracks are generated, and the problem that the foundation is easy to settle due to the self gravity of a building in the later period is solved.
Under the conditions that the impermeability of the waterproof material is poor, the flexibility is insufficient, the strength does not reach the standard or the waterproof engineering in the early stage is not perfect, the leakage of the building and the failure of the waterproof layer can be caused.
After the phenomenon occurs, before the waterproof layer is laid again, the old waterproof coating needs to be turned over again and removed completely, and after the leveling layer is cleaned and the laitance floating ash is removed, the waterproof layer can be laid again, so that the labor cost is high, the efficiency is low, and energy and materials are wasted.
CN105669133A discloses a waterproof mortar with inorganic mineral as main filler, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15 to 45 percent of Portland cement; 1-10% of attapulgite or modified attapulgite; 1 to 7 percent of active aluminum salt; 0 to 3 percent of bentonite; 40 to 70 percent of graded sand; 0.3 to 1 percent of thickening humectant; 0.1 to 1 percent of early enhancer; 0 to 1.5 percent of retarder; 0 to 10 percent of active activator. The waterproof mortar prepared by the prior art only depends on the water-retaining agent to help the inorganic cementing material to hydrate, and the early strength agent graded material and the retarder are added to improve the construction time, so that the waterproof performance is general, and the bonding strength and the impermeability are low.
Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, it is necessary to develop a waterproof mortar having better performance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of lower impermeability, lower breaking and compression strength and poorer flexibility of the existing waterproof mortar.
The asphalt powder contains certain water-soluble and oil-soluble components, is used as a high polymer, has a molecular structure containing-C-C-bonds and-C-S-bonds, has stronger bond energy, can help cement hydration reaction to quickly generate tricalcium silicate and dicalcium silicate, further generates more hydrated calcium silicate (C-S-H gel) through hydration reaction, and reduces the generation of a byproduct calcium hydroxide of the hydration reaction; and the water-insoluble part of the asphalt powder can play the roles of filling capillary pores and plugging, so that the compactness of the waterproof mortar can be obviously improved, and the seepage pressure resistance, the breaking strength, the compressive strength and the bonding force to a base layer of the waterproof mortar are greatly improved. The inventor of the invention finds out in research that the dosage ratio is 1: 0.3-0.7 of sulfonated asphalt powder, petroleum asphalt powder and the like, and when the sulfonated asphalt powder, the petroleum asphalt powder and the like are mixed and then are matched with cement, redispersible latex powder and other components in a quantitative proportion, the obtained single-component waterproof mortar has higher impermeability, flexural strength, compressive strength and flexibility.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a one-pack waterproof mortar composition, which contains the following components stored independently or in a mixture of two or more of them: cement, asphalt powder, redispersible latex powder, cellulose ether, starch ether, an auxiliary agent and a filler;
relative to 100 parts by weight of cement, the asphalt powder is 10-20 parts by weight, the redispersible latex powder is 12-30 parts by weight, the cellulose ether is 0.1-1 part by weight, the starch ether is 0.5-1 part by weight, the assistant is 12.8-38 parts by weight, and the filler is 2-10 parts by weight;
the asphalt powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight of 1: 0.3-0.7 of sulfonated asphalt powder and a component A, wherein the component A is at least one selected from petroleum asphalt powder, natural rock asphalt and high-temperature asphalt powder.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a one-component waterproof mortar, the method comprising: mixing the components of the mortar composition of the first aspect, wherein the mixing conditions at least satisfy: the time is 10-20 min.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a one-component waterproof mortar prepared by the method of the second aspect.
The fourth aspect of the present invention provides the use of the one-component waterproofing mortar of the third aspect in waterproofing buildings.
Compared with the existing waterproof mortar technology, the single-component waterproof mortar provided by the invention has at least the following advantages:
the single-component waterproof mortar provided by the invention has higher impermeability, flexural strength, compressive strength and flexibility, the impermeability pressure reaches more than 1.5Mpa, and a coating film is waterproof under the conditions of 0.3Mpa and 120min, so that the single-component waterproof mortar can be applied to the waterproof and moistureproof of basement, the waterproofing of building roof and outer wall, the waterproofing of underground garage, the waterproofing of water tank and water tower and the like, has lasting waterproofing effect, can adapt to the telescopic deformation of building structure, and resists the deformation and sinking of building to a certain degree; meanwhile, the material is environment-friendly, non-toxic and convenient to construct.

In the invention, the petroleum asphalt powder is an asphalt product prepared by drying and crushing petroleum asphalt obtained in the crude oil processing process. The natural rock asphalt is formed by long-term evaporation and solidification of petroleum in mountain and rock cracks, which emerge from the earth crust, and the rock asphalt is generated in the rock cracks and is subjected to higher pressure and temperature than other natural asphalt, so that the polymerization degree of the rock asphalt is higher. The high-temperature asphalt powder is asphalt prepared by distilling coal tar obtained by coal dry distillation, and has the characteristics of high content of fixed carbon, toluene insoluble substances and resin, low ash content and the like.
Preferably, the sulfonated asphalt powder has a softening point of > 150 ℃, an ash content of < 5 wt%, and an average particle size of 200-500 mesh. In this preferred embodiment, the inventors have found that the resulting one-component waterproof mortar has higher impermeability, flexural and compressive strength, and flexibility.
Preferably, the cement is selected from at least one of PC32.5 cement, PII42.5 portland cement, P.O42.5R ordinary portland cement, and low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement with strength grade of 42.5. The inventors have found that, in this preferred embodiment, the resulting one-component waterproof mortar has better properties, higher impermeability and higher flexural and compressive strength.
Preferably, the redispersible latex powder is selected from at least one of vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer rubber powder, ethylene and vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate ternary copolymer rubber powder, vinyl acetate and ethylene and higher fatty acid vinyl ester ternary copolymer rubber powder, vinyl acetate and higher fatty acid vinyl ester copolymer rubber powder, vinyl acetate and acrylate and higher fatty acid vinyl ester ternary copolymer rubber powder, acrylate and styrene copolymer rubber powder, acrylic acid homopolymerization rubber powder and butadiene and styrene copolymer rubber powder.
Preferably, the viscosity of the cellulose ether is 20000-75000 mPa.S.
The present invention does not particularly require a specific kind of the starch ether, and may be exemplified by a modified starch ether having a model number of FP6 manufactured by Everebel Co., Ltd.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is selected from at least one of graded sand, a water reducing agent and a defoaming agent.
Preferably, the graded sand is selected from at least one of graded quartz sand with the average particle size of 100-220 μm. The inventors have found that in this preferred embodiment, a good gradation improves the pore structure of the repair coating, increases the compactness of the mortar, and contributes to an increase in the strength of the waterproof coating.
Preferably, the water reducing agent is at least one selected from a polycarboxylate water reducing agent and a melamine water reducing agent. The invention has no special requirement on the specific type of the water reducing agent, and can be used as a basf water reducing agent F10 or a Cika 325C water reducing agent.
Preferably, the defoamer is a powder defoamer. The invention does not require a particular type of defoamer, and illustratively can be a gelatin chemical P803 defoamer.
According to a preferred embodiment, the auxiliary agents are graded sand, water reducing agents and defoamers.
Preferably, the content of the graded sand is 12-36 parts by weight, the content of the water reducing agent is 0.4-1 part by weight, and the content of the defoaming agent is 0.4-1 part by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the cement.
Preferably, the filler is selected from at least one of metakaolin, fumed silica, silica fume and silica fume.
As previously mentioned, a second aspect of the invention provides a method for preparing a one-component waterproofing mortar, the method comprising: mixing the components of the mortar composition of the first aspect, wherein the mixing conditions at least satisfy: the time is 10-20 min.
In the present invention, the mixing may be performed in a dispersion tank and/or a dry mortar mixer.
As mentioned above, the third aspect of the present invention provides the one-component waterproof mortar prepared by the method of the second aspect.
As mentioned above, the fourth aspect of the present invention provides the use of the one-component waterproofing mortar of the aforementioned third aspect for waterproofing buildings.
When in use, the single-component waterproof mortar and water are uniformly mixed to carry out waterproof construction. The mixing operation may be performed using a blender.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the single-component waterproof mortar to water is 1: 0.2-0.25.

Example 1
This example illustrates the preparation of a one-component water-proofing mortar from the one-component water-proofing mortar composition according to the formulation and process parameters of Table 1, as described below.
The method for preparing the single-component waterproof mortar comprises the following steps:
placing cement, asphalt powder, redispersible latex powder, cellulose ether, starch ether, graded sand, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent and a filler into a dispersion kettle, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the single-component waterproof mortar S1.
The remaining examples were carried out, without specific mention, using the same procedure as in example 1, except that the formulation and the process parameters of the one-component waterproofing mortar composition used were different, see in particular table 1.

The single-component waterproof mortar obtained in each example was subjected to the performance measurement using the aforementioned test method, and the specific results are shown in table 2.
