With the above structure, the user operates the operation assembly 2 to move the sealing valve core 3 in the communication channel 1013, so as to open and close the inlet 1012 and the outlet 1011;
when a user wants to discharge wine, the user operates the operating assembly 2 to control the sealing valve core 3 to move until the second sealing matching part 301 is gradually separated from the first sealing matching part 1013a, at the moment, the inflow port 1012 and the outflow port 1011 are communicated through a gap between the first sealing matching part 1013a and the second sealing matching part 301, so that the wine in the wine barrel enters the wine outlet 101 through the fluid channel 102 communicated with the inflow port 1012 and then flows out from the outflow port 1011; in the above structure, the second sealing part and the first sealing engagement part 1013a are gradually separated, so that the amount of the wine flowing out of the outlet 1011 is gradually increased to realize stable wine discharging in the process from the sealing contact state to the complete separation of the first sealing engagement part 1013a and the second sealing engagement part 301, thereby avoiding the occurrence of a situation of a sharp vortex in the flow process of draught beer, and also avoiding the occurrence of a situation of foam splash caused by an excessively fast flow rate of draught beer;
when a user wants to discharge wine, the user reversely operates the operating assembly 2 to control the movement of the sealing valve core 3, and since the process is the reverse action of the wine discharging process, the clearance between the second sealing matching part 301 and the first sealing matching part 1013a is gradually reduced until the two are in sealing contact, so that the communication between the inflow port 1012 and the outflow port 1011 is cut off, and the wine discharging is stopped; in the above structure, since the gap between the second seal-fitting part 301 and the first seal-fitting part 1013a is gradually reduced, it is ensured that the volume of wine flowing out from the outflow port 1011 is gradually reduced to realize stable wine stop in the process from the completely separated state to the sealing contact of the first seal-fitting part 1013a and the second seal-fitting part 301.
Preferably, the first seal-fitting part 1013a has a tapered structure; and/or the second seal engagement portion 301 is tapered.
With the above structure, the increase or gradual decrease of the gap assembly between the first seal fitting part 1013a and the second seal fitting part 301 is achieved by the tapered structure having a large diameter at one end and a small diameter at the other end.
Preferably, the first seal-fitting part 1013a has a tapered structure, and the second seal-fitting part 301 has a tapered structure; the diameter of the first seal fitting part 1013a is gradually reduced in a direction approaching the outflow port 1011.
By adopting the structure, the first sealing matching part 1013a is in a conical structure, the second sealing matching part 301 is in a conical structure, when a gap exists between the first sealing matching part and the second sealing matching part, the gap is uniformly arranged along the direction from the inflow port 1012 to the outflow port 1011, and the liquid flows from the minimum annular gap to the maximum annular gap in the wine discharging process, so that draught beer stably flows through the annular gap in a laminar flow state, the draught velocity is reduced by releasing pressure for draught beer, and the draught beer can be smoothly discharged.
Preferably, the bottom end of the wine outlet end 101 is provided with the outflow port 1011, the side surface is provided with the inflow port 1012, and the top end is provided with the communication channel 1013; the sealing valve core 3 is made of sealing materials such as rubber materials; the communicating channel 1013 is provided with a cylindrical communicating part 1013b with the same diameter between the top end of the wine outlet end 101 and the wine outlet 1011, and the top end of the sealing valve core 3 is provided with a cylindrical sealing part 302 matched with the cylindrical communicating part 1013 b; the sealing valve core 3 protrudes for one circle at the cylindrical sealing part 302 to form a first convex rib 303 which is in sealing contact with the cylindrical communicating part 1013 b; the seal spool 3 protrudes in one turn at the second seal engagement portion 301 to form a second rib 304 in sealing contact with the first seal engagement portion 1013 a.
With the above structure, the cylindrical communicating part 1013b and the cylindrical sealing part 302 are sealed in a matching way to ensure that all the wine flowing in from the inflow port 1012 can flow out from the outflow port 1011; the first rib 303 is provided to further ensure the sealing effect between the cylindrical sealing portion 302 and the cylindrical communicating portion 1013b, and the second rib 304 is provided to further ensure the sealing effect between the second seal fitting portion 301 and the first seal fitting portion 1013 a.
Preferably, the operating assembly 2 comprises a handle 201 and a movable rod 202, a through hole matched with the movable rod 202 is formed above the wine outlet end 101 of the wine outlet head 1, one end of the movable rod 202 penetrates through the through hole to be connected with the valve core of the sealed valve core 3, and the other end of the movable rod is rotatably connected with the handle 201;
the handle 201 is provided with a first working surface 2011 and a second working surface 2012, and the distance between the first working surface 2011 and the rotary connection position of the handle 201 and the movable rod 202 is less than the distance between the second working surface 2012 and the rotary connection position of the handle 201 and the movable rod 202; the handle 201 is rotated to make the first working surface 2011 or the second working surface 2012 contact with the contact surface of the wine outlet head 1.
With the above structure, since the distance between the first working surface 2011 and the rotational connection between the handle 201 and the movable rod 202 is less than the distance between the second working surface 2012 and the rotational connection between the handle 201 and the movable rod 202, the user can slide the movable rod 202 to drive the sealing valve core 3 to move by rotating the handle 201, and specifically, when the first working surface 2011 contacts with the contact surface of the wine outlet head 1, the movable rod 202 moves downwards to press down the sealing valve core 3; when the second working surface 2012 is in contact with the contact surface of the wine outlet 1, the movable rod 202 moves upward to lift the sealing valve core 3.
Specifically, the contact surfaces of the first working surface 2011, the second working surface 2012 and the wine outlet head 1 are all planes, so as to ensure that the first working surface 2011 can be stably contacted with the contact surface of the wine outlet head 1, the second working surface 2012 can be stably contacted with the contact surface of the wine outlet head 1, and the first sealing fitting part 1013a and the second sealing fitting part 301 can be kept in sealing contact or can be kept completely separated until the handle 201 is operated by a user.
Preferably, the operating assembly 2 comprises a first elastic member 203, and the first elastic member 203 acts on the movable rod 202 to make the movable rod 202 have a tendency to move away from the handle 201.
With the above structure, the first elastic member 203 makes the movable rod 202 have a tendency to move away from the handle 201 to ensure that the handle 201 is always in contact with the contact surface of the wine outlet head 1.

Preferably, a snap boss 204 is provided at an end of the operating assembly 2 facing the sealing valve core 3, two resilient snaps 305 which are oppositely arranged and matched with the snap boss 204 are provided at an end of the sealing valve core 3 facing the operating assembly 2 to form a limiting area 306 for preventing the operating assembly 2 and the sealing valve core 3 from being separated in the control driving direction, and the limiting area 306 formed by the two resilient snaps 305 has a sliding-out opening 307 for the snap boss 204 to slide out of the limiting area 306.
With the above structure, when the user opens the second housing 104 and the first housing 103, the sealing spool 3 is carried out of the communicating channel 1013 by the operating assembly 2 because the snap boss 204 is restricted in the restriction area 306 by the resilient snap 305, and the restriction area 306 is provided with the sliding-out opening 307 to facilitate the user to separate the sealing spool 3 from the operating assembly 2; placing a new sealing spool 3 into the communicating channel 1013, closing the second housing 104 and the first housing 103, wherein the snap boss 204 acts on the rebound catch 305 to move the rebound catch 305 outward to facilitate the snap boss 204 to enter the restriction area 306, and when the snap boss 204 completely enters the restriction area 306, the rebound catch 305 rebounds to restrict the snap boss 204; specifically, the snap boss 204 and/or the resilient snap 305 are provided with a first guiding bevel 5 for driving the resilient snap 305 to move outwards.
Preferably, said draught beer tap arrangement comprises a hose for forming said fluid channel 102; in the open state of the first housing 103 and the second housing 104, the hose is exposed;
the wine outlet 101 comprises a wine outlet housing 1015 and a wine outlet valve housing 1016 detachably mounted in the wine outlet housing 1015, and the inlet 1012, the outlet 1011 and the communication channel 1013 are all arranged on the wine outlet valve housing 1016.
With the above structure, the user can replace the wine valve housing 1016 and the hose conveniently, so as to ensure the sanitary condition of the product in long-term operation.
Specifically, the wine valve housing 1016 is formed with a hose mounting portion 1016a protruding from the inflow port 1012 to facilitate hose mounting; the first casing 103 is provided with a fixing clamp plate 1032, the fixing clamp plate 1032 is provided with an installation clamping groove 1032a matched with the hose installation part 1016a, and the wine valve casing 1016 is installed and fixed.
Preferably, the second housing 104 is rotatably mounted on the first housing 103;

With the above structure, the arrangement of the first locking part 1031 and the second locking part 1041 is used for preventing the first housing 103 and the second housing 104 from being opened accidentally; when in use, the locking or unlocking between the first locking portion 1031 and the second locking portion 1041 can be realized only by operating the control portion 1042; specifically, the first locking part 1031 is provided in several numbers, and correspondingly, the second locking part 1041 is provided in several numbers.
Preferably, the control portion 1042 includes a connecting rod 1042a and a second elastic member 1042b, the second lock is not disposed on the connecting rod 1042a, and the second elastic member 1042b acts on the connecting rod 1042a to have a tendency of moving in a direction of locking the first lock portion 1031 and the second lock portion 1041.
By adopting the structure, the use is more convenient for users; when the unlocking is required, a user operates the connecting rod 1042a to overcome the acting force of the second elastic member 1042b, and the second locking portion 1041 and the first locking portion 1031 are unlocked to open the first housing 103 and the second housing 104; when locking is needed, a user closes the first shell 103 and the second shell 104; the connecting rod 1042a locks the first locking part 1031 with the second locking part 1041 under the action of the second elastic member 1042 b; the connecting rod 1042a protrudes and forms a button 1042d through the second housing 104 to facilitate the operation of the connecting rod 1042a by the user.
Specifically, the first locking portion 1031 is a locking slot, and correspondingly, the second locking portion 1041 is a locking buckle; the second elastic piece 1042b acts on the connecting rod 1042a to make it move in the direction that the locking buckle is clamped into the locking slot; the locking buckle and/or the outer wall of the locking slot are/is provided with a second guide inclined surface 6 which enables the locking buckle to move away from the locking slot, so that when a user closes the first shell 103 and the second shell 104, the locking buckle is automatically clamped into the locking slot under the action of the second guide inclined surface 6 and the second elastic piece 1042 b; the second elastic member 1042b is a spring.
The connecting rods 1042a are provided with two opposite parts, each connecting rod 1042a is provided with a second locking part 1041, the first locking part 1031 is arranged at the outer side of the second locking part 1041, namely, the second locking part moves towards the locking direction of the first locking part 1031 under the state that the connecting rod 1042a moves outwards; the second elastic piece 1042b is located between the two connecting rods 1042a, and two ends of the second elastic piece respectively abut against the two connecting rods 1042a to enable the two connecting rods 1042a to have a tendency of being away from each other; the control part 1042 comprises a mounting seat 1042c provided with a mounting chute consistent with the motion direction of the connecting rod 1042a, and the mounting seat 1042c enables the motion of the connecting rod 1042a to be stable; the mounting seats 1042c are provided with two ends which are respectively located at the head end and the tail end of the connecting rod 1042 a.
Preferably, the beer outlet tap structure of the draught beer machine comprises a third elastic member 7, and the second elastic member 1042b acts on the tendency of the rotation matching member 4 to move towards the direction of the second shell 104 away from the second shell 104.
With the above structure, when the second locking portion 1041 is unlocked from the first locking portion 1031, the rotation fitting piece 4 provided with the second housing 104 slides towards the direction of the second housing 104 away from the first housing 103 under the action of the third elastic piece 7, so that a subsequent user can rotate the second housing 104.
Specifically, the third elastic member 7 is a spring; are positioned between the bottom surface of the sliding groove 1033 and the rotating matching piece 4, and two ends of the bottom surface of the sliding groove 1033 and the rotating matching piece 4 are respectively abutted against each other.

the sealing valve core (3) is matched with the communication channel (1013) and is movably arranged in the communication channel (1013), and the operating assembly (2) is connected with the sealing valve core (3) to control the movement of the sealing valve core in the communication channel (1013); the communication channel (1013) is provided with a first sealing matching part (1013a) between the inflow port (1012) and the outflow port (1011), and correspondingly, the sealing valve core (3) is provided with a second sealing matching part (301) matched with the first sealing matching part (1013 a);
the operating assembly (2) controls the sealing valve core (3) to move to a state that the second sealing matching part (301) is in sealing contact with the first sealing matching part (1013a), and the outlet (1011) and the inlet (1012) cannot be communicated through the communication channel (1013); the operating assembly (2) controls the sealing valve core (3) to move to a state that the second sealing matching part (301) and the first sealing matching part (1013a) are gradually separated to gradually increase the clearance between the two, and the outlet (1011) and the inlet (1012) are communicated through the clearance between the communication channel (1013) and the sealing valve core (3).
2. A draught beer tap construction according to claim 1, wherein: the first seal fitting part (1013a) has a tapered structure; and/or the second seal engagement portion (301) is of a tapered configuration.

A draught beer tap construction according to claim 2, wherein: the first sealing matching part (1013a) is in a conical structure, and the second sealing matching part (301) is in a conical structure; the diameter of the first seal fitting part (1013a) is gradually reduced in a direction approaching the outflow port (1011).

A draught beer tap construction according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom end of the wine outlet end (101) is provided with the outflow port (1011), the side surface is provided with the inflow port (1012), and the top end is provided with the communication channel (1013); the sealing valve core (3) adopts a sealing material; the communicating channel (1013) is provided with a cylindrical communicating part (1013b) with the same diameter between the top end of the wine outlet end (101) and the outflow opening (1011), and the top end of the sealing valve core (3) is provided with a cylindrical sealing part (302) matched with the cylindrical communicating part (1013 b); the sealing valve core (3) protrudes for a circle at the cylindrical sealing part (302) to form a first convex rib (303) which is in sealing contact with the cylindrical communicating part (1013 b); the sealing valve core (3) protrudes for a circle at the second sealing matching part (301) to form a second convex rib (304) which is in sealing contact with the first sealing matching part (1013 a).

the handle (201) is provided with a first working surface (2011) and a second working surface (2012), and the distance between the first working surface (2011) and the rotary connection position of the handle (201) and the movable rod (202) is smaller than the distance between the second working surface (2012) and the rotary connection position of the handle (201) and the movable rod (202); the handle (201) is rotated to enable the first working surface (2011) or the second working surface (2012) to be in contact with the contact surface of the wine outlet head (1).

A draught beer tap arrangement according to claim 5, wherein: the operating assembly (2) comprises a first elastic piece (203), and the first elastic piece (203) acts on the movable rod (202) to enable the movable rod (202) to have the tendency of moving to the side far away from the handle (201).

A draught beer tap arrangement according to claim 7, wherein: the operating assembly (2) is provided with a clamping boss (204) towards one end of the sealing valve core (3), the sealing valve core (3) is provided with two rebound buckles (305) which are oppositely arranged and matched with the clamping boss (204) towards one end of the operating assembly (2) to form a limiting area (306) for preventing the operating assembly (2) and the sealing valve core (3) from being separated in the control driving direction, and the limiting area (306) formed by the two rebound buckles (305) is provided with a sliding-out opening (307) for the clamping boss (204) to slide out of the limiting area (306).
