本发明公开了一种玻璃钢加工用存放生物箱,包括箱体、支撑架、排水管、喷淋管、通孔、引风罩、风扇和温度检测器,所述箱体的内部与支撑架的表面固定连接,箱体的左侧与排水管的右侧连通,箱体内部的顶部与喷淋管的顶部固定连接,喷淋管的左侧延伸至箱体的外部,通孔开设在支撑架的表面,支撑架的右侧与引风罩的左侧固定连接,引风罩的右侧延伸至箱体的外部,引风罩的内壁与风扇的表面固定连接。本发明通过设置温度检测器,来检测箱体内的温度,当温度超过指定数值时,就会启动风扇,来对箱体内部进行通风散热,同时通过向喷淋管内输送水,来对箱体的内部进行喷淋降温,从而提高生物箱的散热功能。

背景技术
玻璃钢因其具备质量轻、不导电、性能稳定、机械强度高、耐腐蚀等特点,被广泛应用于各个领域,在对玻璃钢进行储存时常用到生物箱,可现有生物箱散热效果差,只是利用通风口来对内部进行散热,而玻璃钢本质是塑料,当生物箱内部温度较高时,玻璃钢的强度就会明显下降,同时会产生有害气体。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃钢加工用存放生物箱,具备提高生物箱散热功能的优点,解决了现有生物箱散热效果差的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种玻璃钢加工用存放生物箱,包括箱体、支撑架、排水管、喷淋管、通孔、引风罩、风扇和温度检测器;
所述箱体的内部与支撑架的表面固定连接,所述箱体的左侧与排水管的右侧连通,所述箱体内部的顶部与喷淋管的顶部固定连接,所述喷淋管的左侧延伸至箱体的外部;
所述通孔开设在支撑架的表面,所述支撑架的右侧与引风罩的左侧固定连接,所述引风罩的右侧延伸至箱体的外部,所述引风罩的内壁与风扇的表面固定连接;
所述箱体内部的顶部与温度检测器的顶部固定连接,所述温度检测器位于两个喷淋管之间,所述温度检测器通过信号线依次贯穿支撑架和引风罩并与风扇电性连接。
作为本发明优选的,所述箱体内部的底部固定连接有斜板,所述斜板的顶部固定连接有疏水膜。
作为本发明优选的,所述引风罩的右侧设置有防护网,所述防护网的表面通过加强筋与箱体的右侧固定连接。

本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置温度检测器,来检测箱体内的温度,当温度超过指定数值时,就会启动风扇,来对箱体内部进行通风散热,同时通过向喷淋管内输送水,来对箱体的内部进行喷淋降温,从而提高生物箱的散热功能。
2、本发明通过设置斜板和疏水膜,来对降温用的水进行导向,避免水堆积在箱体的内部,使箱体内部发霉。
3、本发明通过设置防护网,来对风扇进行保护,防止石子等杂物进入到引风罩的内部,并与风扇的扇叶发生碰撞,导致风扇损坏,提高了生物箱的稳定性。
4、本发明通过设置安装架和干燥剂,来对进入到箱体内的空气进行除湿,将空气中的水分过滤出来,防止箱体内因为湿气过重而发霉,提高了生物箱的实用性。
5、本发明通过设置防护罩和防尘板,来对进入到箱体内的空气进行过滤,避免灰尘等杂物与干燥剂接触,从而对干燥剂造成污染。
6、本发明通过设置减震器,来吸收存放玻璃钢时,玻璃钢与箱体碰撞所产生的冲击,并利用耐磨板来避免减震器与地面发生摩擦。

如图1至图4所示,本发明提供的一种玻璃钢加工用存放生物箱,包括箱体1、支撑架2、排水管3、喷淋管4、通孔5、引风罩6、风扇7和温度检测器8;
箱体1的内部与支撑架2的表面固定连接,箱体1的左侧与排水管3的右侧连通,箱体1内部的顶部与喷淋管4的顶部固定连接,喷淋管4的左侧延伸至箱体1的外部;
通孔5开设在支撑架2的表面,支撑架2的右侧与引风罩6的左侧固定连接,引风罩6的右侧延伸至箱体1的外部,引风罩6的内壁与风扇7的表面固定连接;
箱体1内部的顶部与温度检测器8的顶部固定连接,温度检测器8位于两个喷淋管4之间,温度检测器8通过信号线依次贯穿支撑架2和引风罩6并与风扇7电性连接。

作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,通过设置防护罩14和防尘板15,来对进入到箱体1内的空气进行过滤,避免灰尘等杂物与干燥剂13接触,从而对干燥剂13造成污染。
参考图2,箱体1的底部固定连接有减震器16,减震器16的底部固定连接有耐磨板17。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,通过设置减震器16,来吸收存放玻璃钢时,玻璃钢与箱体1碰撞所产生的冲击,并利用耐磨板17来避免减震器16与地面发生摩擦。
当温度检测器8检测到箱体1内温度超过指定数值时,就会启动风扇7,风扇7通过引风罩6和通孔5将箱体1内的空气抽走,同时箱体1通过自身的通风口将外部空气吸进来,使箱体1内的空气进行流动,从而实现对生物箱的内部进行通风散热,当温度检测器8检测到箱体1内的温度过高时,就会发出警报声,当工人听到警报声时,只需向喷淋管4内输送水,喷淋管4就会对箱体1的内部进行喷淋降温,使生物箱内部温度快速下降,最终提高了生物箱的散热效率。
