When the package mouth is tied, the bi-directional servo motor 83 is automatically turned off, and the worker cuts the tape and re-sticks it to the sliding U-bar 815.
When the output shaft of the bidirectional servo motor 83 rotates anticlockwise, the output shaft of the bidirectional servo motor 83 drives the second overrunning clutch 91 to rotate anticlockwise, and the second overrunning clutch 91 cannot transmit power to the power gear 92. After the bidirectional servo motor 83 is automatically turned off, a worker manually controls the output shaft of the bidirectional servo motor 83 to rotate clockwise, the output shaft of the bidirectional servo motor 83 drives a transmission shaft 84 and a transmission gear 85 to rotate clockwise, and at the moment, the overrunning clutch I87 cannot transmit power to a rotating gear 88. The output shaft of the bidirectional servo motor 83 can drive the overrunning clutch II 91 and the power gear 92 to rotate clockwise, and the power gear 92 can drive the sliding rack 95 and the upper device thereof to move towards the direction close to the clamping frame I77, so that the heating ironing head 98 is in contact with the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is fused by high temperature generated by the heating ironing head 98, and the trouble of manually cutting the adhesive tape is avoided. The fixed sliding groove plate 94 can guide the sliding rack 95, so that the sliding rack 95 moves upwards to be separated from the power gear 92, the compressed return spring 97 is reset to drive the sliding guide sleeve 96 and the upper device to move and reset towards the direction far away from the clamping frame 77, and then the sliding rack 95 moves downwards under the influence of gravity. Finally, the bi-directional servo motor 83 is automatically turned off to stop the operation of the apparatus.
When the sliding rack 95 and the upper device thereof move towards the direction close to the first clamping frame 77, the sliding rack 95 can push the four-corner pushing frame 102 and the upper device thereof to rotate, the ratchet teeth 103 can push the clamping rod 105 to poke, then the clamping rod 105 clamps the ratchet teeth 103 through the action of the compression spring 106, the four-corner pushing frame 102 can block the sliding rack 95, and when the sliding guide sleeve 96 and the upper device thereof need to move towards the direction away from the first clamping frame 77 for resetting, the sliding rack 95 can move upwards because the four-corner pushing frame 102 can block the sliding rack 95, so that the sliding rack 95 is prevented from being continuously meshed with the power gear 92.

s1: bagging the bulk cargo: the working personnel place the packaging bag on the fixed limiting frame (63), the working personnel control the electric push rod (3) to extend, so that the fixed U-shaped opening rod (62) opens the packaging bag, then the external conveying equipment conveys bulk goods into the packaging bag through the preposed seat (1), and the movable support plate (51) supports the packaging bag and the goods;
s2: gathering the opening of the packaging bag: the electric push rod (3) is controlled by a worker to contract, the electric push rod (3) can drive the special-shaped fixing seat (64) to move upwards, and meanwhile, the opposite clamping components (7) start to operate and clamp and gather the opening of the packaging bag;
