when the scraper 221 contacts the baffle 212, the driving surface 226 drives the guiding surface 225 to move upward, the scraper 221 moves along the driving surface 226 into the bearing cavity 228, when the scraper 221 moves into the bearing cavity 228, the whole scraper 221 is arranged in parallel with the bearing cavity 228, the push plate 223 can drive the scraper 221 to move together, the driving system 300 drives the push plate 223 to move backward, i.e. drives the push plate 223 to move away from the conveying system 100, the scraper 221 moves backward along with the push plate 223 until the scraper 221 contacts the limiting portion 227, the push plate 223 continues to move backward until it contacts one end of the chute 222 close to the scraper portion 220, the scraper 221 disengages from the push plate 223 to the feeding plate 215, and the carrier plate 213 rotates until the second material delivery chute 217 aligns with the conveying system 100, i.e. the carrier plate 213 rotates toward the driving system 300, the moving direction of the push plate 223 is perpendicular, the driving system 300 drives the push plate 223 to move, the push plate 223 drives the scraping plate 221 to move, so that the product to be packaged on the carrier plate 213 is scraped into the first material conveying groove 216 adjacent to the material conveying groove group 214, meanwhile, the push plate 223 pushes the product to be packaged in the second material conveying groove 217 to the conveying system 100, and the oil wiping plate 224 sorts and keeps the product to be packaged in the third material conveying groove 218 orderly, so that the above operations are repeated until all the product to be packaged is conveyed to the conveying belt 110.
When the product to be packaged is conveyed to the conveying belt 110 by the conveying system 200, the product to be packaged abuts against the partition plate 111, the pushing cylinder drives the rack 123 to move, the rack 123 drives the gear 124 to rotate, and as the gear 124 is provided with the threaded hole, the code spraying rod 125 is provided with the threaded section, and the gear 124 rotates to drive the code spraying rod 125 to move downwards. The code spraying rod 125 drives the fixing frame 126 to move downwards, so that the fixing frame 126 clamps the product to be packaged, and the code spraying port 130 performs code spraying on the product to be packaged. when the to-be-packaged product is conveyed to the conveying belt by the conveying system, the to-be-packaged product props against the partition plate, the to-be-packaged product is clamped by the fixing frame, and the code spraying port is used for spraying codes to the to-be-packaged product;
after the code spraying of the to-be-packaged product is finished, the code spraying part drives the to-be-packaged product to cross the partition plate and move to the conveying belt on the other side of the partition plate, and the air jet blows off redundant ink on the to-be-packaged product.
