In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, when the second linear driving element 2221 drives the first link bar 2213 and the second link bar 2214 to rotate upward, the front cover 11 is driven to rotate to the open position, and the front cover 11 is accommodated between the rear cover 12 and the housing of the body of the rail vehicle; when the second driving member drives the first link bar 2213 and the second link bar 2214 to rotate downward, the front cover 11 can be driven to rotate to the closed position. The front cover 11 rotates in the upper half space, and is suitable for the structure of the front cover, so that interference is not easy to occur in the rotating process. In addition, when the front cover 11 rotates to the open position, the front cover can be completely accommodated between the rear cover 12 and the shell of the rail vehicle body and is arched, so that the front cover is good in streamline shape, small in resistance and not easy to accumulate sundries.
Alternatively, in some embodiments, depending on the structure of the railway vehicle and the available space, the front cover 11 may be driven to rotate to the open position when the second linear driving element 2221 drives the first side link 2213 and the second side link 2214 to rotate downward; when the second driving member drives the first link bar 2213 and the second link bar 2214 to rotate upward, the front cover 11 can be driven to rotate to the open position.
In order to further improve the flexibility of the front end opening and closing mechanism 100, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a first connecting surface is disposed on a side of the front cover 11 facing the rear cover 12, and a second connecting surface is disposed on a side of the rear cover 12 facing the front cover 11, and when the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12 are folded, the first connecting surface and the second connecting surface are attached to each other. The first connecting surface and the second connecting surface both include at least one planar portion or at least one arc portion, and the planar portion extends in the vertical direction or forms a predetermined included angle with the vertical direction, that is, as shown in fig. 1, the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12 are divided in an arc shape. By improving the cutting manner between the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12, the risk of interference during the rotation of the front cover 11 can be further reduced, and the flexibility of the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 can be further improved.
In this embodiment, the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 further includes a locking member (not shown) for locking the vehicle hood 1 when the vehicle hood 1 is completely closed or completely opened, so that the positions of the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12 of the vehicle hood 1 are fixed. Alternatively, the locking member may be provided on the body of the rail vehicle or on the inner wall of the vehicle hood 1.
In this embodiment, the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 further includes a limiting member (not shown in the figure) for limiting the moving distance of the translation assembly 21 and the rotation angle of the rotation assembly 22, so as to limit the moving space of the vehicle hood 1 and prevent the front hood 11 from colliding with other components of the rail vehicle when moving or the rear hood 12 rotates.
Example two:
the front end opening/closing mechanism 100 includes a vehicle hood 1 and a drive mechanism 2, similarly to the first embodiment. The driving mechanism 2 is connected between the vehicle head cover 1 and the body of the railway vehicle and is used for driving the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12 to close or separate, and the driving mechanism 2 comprises a translation assembly 21 and a rotating assembly 22.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the translation assembly 21 includes a first linear driving element 211, a first driving rod 212 and a second driving rod 213, the first linear driving element 211 includes a main body portion 2111 and a movable portion 2112 movably connected to the main body portion 2111, the main body portion 2111 can drive the movable portion 2112 to move linearly along a predetermined direction, an included angle exists between the predetermined direction and the horizontal direction, one end of the first driving rod 212 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the rear housing 12, the other end of the first driving rod 212 is rotatably connected to the movable portion 2112 of the first linear driving element 211, one end of the second driving rod 213 is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the first driving rod 212, the other end of the second driving rod 213 is rotatably connected to the main body portion 2111 of the first linear driving element 211, when the movable portion 2112 moves linearly along the predetermined direction relative to the main body portion 2111, the included angle between the first transmission rod 212 and the second transmission rod 213 changes, and the rear cover 12 can be driven to move between the closed position and the avoiding position.
It should be noted that the first linear driving element 211 may be vertically disposed, or may be disposed at an angle inclined with respect to the vertical direction (for example, the direction Y shown in fig. 1).
By using the above-mentioned translation assembly 21, the linear reciprocating motion of the first linear driving element 211 in the vertical plane can be converted into the linear reciprocating motion of the rear cover 12 in the horizontal plane. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, when the movable portion 2112 of the first linear driving element 211 moves linearly along a predetermined direction relative to the main body portion 2111, the first driving rod 212 and the second driving rod 213 are driven to move respectively at one end of the movable portion 2112 and one end of the first driving rod 212, so that an included angle between the first driving rod 212 and the second driving rod 213 is changed, and the rear cover 12 can move back and forth along a horizontal direction. By adopting the above design, the internal structural layout of the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 can be optimized, the occupied space of the translation assembly 21 in the horizontal direction is reduced, and the space utilization rate is improved, so that the flexibility of the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 can be further improved.
The first linear driving unit 211 may be a ball screw, a driving cylinder, a linear motor, or the like.
Optionally, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the first linear driving element 211 is a driving cylinder, the driving cylinder includes a cylinder body and a piston rod, the cylinder body is vertically disposed on the vehicle body of the rail vehicle, the piston rod is connected to the inner wall of the rear cover 12 through the first driving rod 212, the cylinder body is connected to the middle portion of the first driving rod 212 through the second driving rod 213, when the piston rod extends and retracts relative to the cylinder body, the first driving rod 212 and the second driving rod 213 can be driven to rotate, and then the rear cover 12 can be driven to move between the closing position and the avoiding position along the horizontal direction.
In order to improve the movement stability of the rear cover 12, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 includes two sets of first linear driving members 211, and the two sets of first linear driving members 211 are connected to the inner wall of the rear cover 12 and are arranged at intervals along the horizontal symmetry. By adopting the above design, the connection strength and the connection stability between the translation assembly 21 and the rear cover 12 can be enhanced, so that the movement of the rear cover 12 between the closing position and the avoiding position is more stable, and the flexibility and the reliability of the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 can be further improved.
In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a rail vehicle, including a vehicle body and a front end opening and closing mechanism 100 provided at an end portion of the vehicle body. The front end opening/closing mechanism 100 includes a vehicle hood 1 and a drive mechanism 2. The vehicle head cover 1 includes a front cover 11 and a rear cover 12 which are disposed in front and rear in an extending direction of the rail vehicle. The driving mechanism 2 is connected between the vehicle head cover 1 and the railway vehicle body and used for driving the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12 to close or separate, the driving mechanism 2 comprises a translation component 21 and a rotating component 22, the translation component 21 is connected to one of the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12 and used for driving the translation of the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12, and the rotating component 22 is connected to the other one of the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12 and used for driving the rotation of the rotating component.
According to the rail vehicle provided by the invention, by optimizing the structure of the front end opening and closing mechanism 100, the flexibility of the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 and the rail vehicle provided with the front end opening and closing mechanism 100 can be improved, so that the practicability and convenience of the rail vehicle can be improved, and the reconnection between the rail vehicles or the return rescue can be conveniently realized.

Claims (10)

1. A front end opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle, which is connected to an end portion of a railway vehicle body, is characterized by comprising:
a vehicle head cover including a front cover and a rear cover disposed forward and rearward along an extending direction of the rail vehicle;
the driving mechanism is connected between the vehicle head cover and the railway vehicle body and used for driving the front cover and the rear cover to close or separate, the driving mechanism comprises a translation component and a rotating component, and the translation component is connected to one of the front cover and the rear cover and used for driving the front cover and the rear cover to translate; the rotating component is connected to the other of the front cover and the rear cover and is used for driving the other of the front cover and the rear cover to rotate.
2. The front end opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rear cover is connected to the translating unit and is movable forward and backward in a horizontal direction, and the front cover is connected to the rotating unit and is rotatable upward and downward.
3. The front end opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the translation assembly comprises a horizontally disposed first linear drive member capable of driving the rear cover to move between a closed position and an avoidance position, the closed position and the avoidance position being horizontally distributed.

The front end opening and closing mechanism for the railway vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the translation assembly comprises a first linear driving member, a first transmission rod and a second transmission rod, the first linear driving member comprises a main body part and a movable part movably connected to the main body part, the main body part can drive the movable part to move linearly along a preset direction, an included angle exists between the preset direction and the horizontal direction, one end of the first transmission rod is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the rear cover, the other end of the first transmission rod is rotatably connected to the movable part of the first linear driving member, one end of the second transmission rod is rotatably connected to the middle part of the first transmission rod, the other end of the second transmission rod is rotatably connected to the main body part of the first linear driving member, and when the movable part moves linearly along the preset direction relative to the movable part, the rear cover can be driven to move between a closing position and an avoiding position through the first transmission rod and the second transmission rod.

The front end opening and closing mechanism for the rail vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a link mechanism and a transmission mechanism, the link mechanism is connected between the rail vehicle body and the front cover, the transmission mechanism is connected to the link mechanism, and the transmission mechanism can drive the front cover to rotate through the link mechanism.

The front end opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle according to claim 5, wherein the link mechanism is a four-bar hinge mechanism including a frame, a link, a first link and a second link, the frame being connected to a railway vehicle body, the link being connected to an inner wall of the front cowl, the first link and the second link being connected between the frame and the link.

The front end opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the transmission mechanism is a second linear driving member connected to the first side link or the second side link and capable of driving the first side link and the second side link to rotate upward or downward around the frame so as to rotate the front cover between the closed position and the open position.
8. The front end opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 7, wherein the second linear actuator includes a fixed part fixedly disposed on the body of the railway vehicle and a moving part connected to the first link or the second link.

The front end opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first and second side links rotate upward to drive the front cover to rotate to the open position, the front cover being accommodated between the rear cover and the housing of the railway vehicle body; when the first side link and the second side link rotate downwards, the front cover can be driven to rotate to the closed position.

The front end opening and closing mechanism for a railway vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a first connecting surface is provided on a side of the front cover facing the rear cover, and a second connecting surface is provided on a side of the rear cover facing the front cover, and the first connecting surface and the second connecting surface are in abutting connection when the front cover and the rear cover are closed together;
the first connecting surface and the second connecting surface respectively comprise at least one plane part or at least one arc surface part, and the plane part extends along the vertical direction or is a preset included angle with the vertical direction.
