The multifunctional multi-station roller ironing integrated machine is characterized by comprising four roller ironing assemblies (2), a film coating assembly (3) and station assemblies (4), wherein the four roller ironing assemblies (2) are sequentially arranged on the shell assembly (1) at equal intervals, the film coating assembly (3) is installed on the roller ironing assemblies (2), and the station assemblies (4) are installed on the shell assembly (1);
the shell assembly (1) comprises a rack (11) and an acrylic door (16), wherein the acrylic door (16) is hinged to the rack (11), and a handle (17) is fixedly connected to the acrylic door (16);
the hot stamping assembly (2) comprises a supporting rod (21), a lifting plate (26), an air cylinder (27), a fixing plate (28), a guide rod (29), an adjusting screw rod (210) and a flat plate (211), wherein the supporting rod (21) is fixedly connected to the rack (11), the lifting plate (26) is slidably connected to the supporting rod (21), the air cylinder (27) is installed at the top center of the lifting plate (26) through a bolt, the lifting plate (26) is slidably connected with the guide rod (29), the bottom end of the guide rod (29) is fixedly connected with the fixing plate (28), the adjusting screw rod (210) is movably connected to the bottom of the fixing plate (28), the bottom end of the adjusting screw rod (210) is movably connected with the flat plate (211), an adjusting nut is installed on the adjusting screw rod (210), and a hot stamping machine head (212) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the flat plate (211);
the station assembly (4) comprises a fixed shell (41), a top shell (42), a first motor (43), a screw rod (44) and a sliding block (45), wherein the fixed shell (41) is fixedly connected to the top center of the rack (11), the top shell (42) is fixedly connected to the fixed shell (41), the first motor (43) is fixedly connected to one side of the fixed shell (41) through a bolt, an output shaft of the first motor (43) penetrates through the fixed shell (41) and is in sliding connection with the fixed shell (41), an output shaft of the first motor (43) is welded with the screw rod (44), the screw rod (44) is in threaded connection with the sliding block (45), the sliding block (45) is in sliding connection with the top shell (42), and the sliding block (45) is in sliding connection with the fixed shell (41).
