A printing roller with a water-cooling heat dissipation device comprises a fixed base plate (1) and is characterized in that a supporting vertical rod (2) is welded on the bottom surface of the fixed base plate (1) vertically and downwards, a bottom sleeve rod (3) is welded on the top surface of the fixed base plate (1) vertically and upwards, an extending vertical rod (4) is welded on the top end of the bottom sleeve rod (3) vertically and upwards, a main printing roller (5) is horizontally arranged on the side edge between the bottom sleeve rods (3), a fixed transverse box (6) is horizontally bolted and connected to the top end of the extending vertical rod (4), a water inlet pipeline (7) is spliced on the top surface of the fixed transverse box (6), a drainage pipeline (8) is spliced on the top surface of the fixed transverse box (6), side turning grooves (9) are symmetrically formed on the two side edges of the fixed transverse box (6), and turning rods (10) are clamped on the inner side edges of the side turning grooves (9), one end of the fixed transverse box (6) is connected with an end outer box body (11) through a bolt, an arc-shaped outer frame (12) is horizontally welded at one end, far away from the fixed transverse box (6), of the turnover rod (10), a condenser pipe (13) is clamped at the inner side edge of the arc-shaped outer frame (12), a vertical clamping groove (14) is vertically formed in the side edge of the bottom sleeve connecting rod (3), limiting grooves (15) are symmetrically formed in the inner side edge of the vertical clamping groove (14), a movable rectangular plate (16) is clamped at the inner side edge of the vertical clamping groove (14), a shaft connecting rod (17) is horizontally inserted at the inner side edge of the movable rectangular plate (16), a sleeve vertical groove (18) is vertically formed in the inner side edge of the bottom sleeve connecting rod (3), a movable clamping block (19) is horizontally clamped at the inner side edge of the sleeve vertical groove (18), a fixed bearing (20) is fixedly clamped at the inner side edges of the movable rectangular plate (16) and the movable clamping block (19), the horizontal bolt of one end of the movable clamping block (19) far away from the main printing roller (5) is connected with a transmission motor (21), the inner side bottom surfaces of the vertical clamping groove (14) and the sleeved vertical groove (18) are connected with a pushing cylinder (22) through bolts, the inner side edge of the side overturning groove (9) is symmetrically provided with side sleeved grooves (23), the top end of the overturning rod (10) is provided with a jack hole (24), the side edge of the overturning rod (10) is horizontally inserted with an overturning shaft rod (25), one side edge of the overturning rod (10) is welded with a side arc-shaped plate (26), the inner side edge of the fixed transverse box (6) is uniformly welded with a fixed end block (27), a transmission gear roller (28) is horizontally arranged at the side edge between the fixed end blocks (27), the inner side edge of the fixed transverse box (6) is horizontally provided with a main shaft rod (29), and the outer side edge of the main shaft rod (29) is fixedly sleeved with a transmission gear (30), the inboard side fixed joint of the one end of fixed horizontal box (6) has end bearing (31), the inboard side bolted connection of the outer box body of end (11) has upset motor (32), side arc (26) evenly are provided with transmission tooth (33) keeping away from a side of upset pole (10), the horizontal joint in position has fixed horizontal bar (34) between condenser pipe (13), the inboard side fixed joint of fixed end block (27) has inner bearing (35), the both ends horizontal welding of transmission fluted roller (28) has fixed axostylus axostyle (36).

The printing roller with the water-cooling heat dissipation device as recited in claim 1, wherein the number of the supporting vertical rods (2) is four, and the four supporting vertical rods (2) are arranged in parallel with each other, the top ends of the four supporting vertical rods (2) are vertically welded upwards at the four-side corner positions of the bottom surface of the fixing base plate (1), the number of the bottom sleeve connecting rods (3) is two, and the two bottom sleeve connecting rods (3) are arranged in parallel with each other at the positions, close to the two side edges, of the top surface of the fixing base plate (1), and the number of the extending vertical rods (4) and the number of the bottom sleeve connecting rods (3) are consistent and are uniformly welded with each other in a vertical direction.

The printing roller with the water-cooling heat dissipation device as recited in claim 1, wherein two ends of the main printing roller (5) are butted at side positions between the bottom socket rod (3) and the extension vertical rod (4), the fixed transverse box (6) and the main printing roller (5) are arranged in a stacked parallel manner, and the top end of the extension vertical rod (4) is vertically welded upwards at positions close to two ends on the bottom surface of the fixed transverse box (6).

The printing roller with the water-cooled heat dissipation device as recited in claim 1, wherein the water inlet pipe (7) and the water outlet pipe (8) are respectively fixedly inserted into the top surface of the fixed horizontal box (6) near the two ends, and one end of the water inlet pipe (7) and one end of the water outlet pipe (8) extend through the top surface of the fixed horizontal box (6) to the inside, and the extending ends are respectively inserted into the inner side positions of the tube inserting holes (24) through branch pipes.

The printing roller with the water-cooling heat dissipation device is characterized in that the sleeving vertical grooves (18) are vertically arranged at the vertical center line positions of the bottom sleeving connecting rod (3) and the extension vertical rod (4), the sleeving vertical grooves (18) are arranged in a penetrating mode, the fixed bearings (20) are sleeved at the outer side positions of the shaft connecting rods (17), the output ends of the pushing cylinders (22) are vertically upwards welded at the bottom positions of the movable rectangular plate (16) and the movable clamping blocks (19), and the plug pipe holes (24) are communicated with the two ends of the condensation pipe (13) at one end far away from the fixed transverse box (6).
