Compared with a shaving leather film, the film pasting skin has the characteristics of richer colors and patterns, high temperature resistance, high peel strength and the like, has the characteristics of moisture permeability, air permeability, environmental protection and health, is very economical and cheap in price, and is deeply loved by consumers. However, the film has some defects, such as poor abrasion resistance, easy peeling or fading of the film due to scratch in daily use, and hard texture and poor touch feeling of most films, and needs to be further improved in these aspects.

Preferably, the preparation method of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion comprises the following steps: weighing polyoxypropylene glycol and toluene diisocyanate, placing the polyoxypropylene glycol and the toluene diisocyanate into a three-neck flask, adding a catalyst stannous octoate under the stirring condition, preserving heat for 2 hours at 85-90 ℃, cooling reactants to 70 ℃, adding dimethylolpropionic acid and diethylene glycol to perform chain extension reaction at the reaction temperature of 70-80 ℃, and preserving heat for 3-4 hours; after the prepolymerization reaction is finished, adding acetone, cooling to about 30 ℃, uniformly stirring, adding a neutralizing agent triethylamine, dispersing by adding distilled water under the condition of vigorous stirring, finally adding a certain amount of isophorone diamine for post-chain extension reaction, and evaporating the acetone from the obtained emulsion under reduced pressure to obtain the waterborne polyurethane emulsion.
Preferably, the hot-pressing pressure in the step S4 is 120-150kg/cm2The hot pressing temperature is 90-110 ℃.
Preferably, the tumbling treatment is to rotate the high-brightness film, the glue film, the multicolor film, the flower film and the abrasive material together in a roller at a low speed, and perform the finishing treatment by the relative movement of the film and the abrasive material.
Preferably, the abrasive is one or more of a tumbling agent and pumice, quartz sand or scrap iron.
Preferably, the rolling agent is formed by mixing fatty acid soap and ethylene oxide.
Preferably, the thickness of the highlight film is 1-1.5mm, and the thickness of the flower film is 0.05-0.15 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention adds the waterborne polyurethane emulsion as the attaching agent, the waterborne polyurethane takes water as the solvent, and the invention has the advantages of no pollution, safety, reliability, excellent mechanical property, good compatibility, easy modification and the like, and the bonding strength and the solvent resistance are high, so that the high-brightness film and the multicolor film are better attached.
(2) According to the invention, after the roller burnishing treatment, the surface treatment agent consisting of polyurethane resin and ethylene glycol ethyl ether is coated on the film, and the polyurethane resin is used as a thermoplastic polymer, so that a continuous and uniform film can be rapidly formed on the film, the fit degree of each film is further improved, and the touch feeling of a film skin can be improved; the addition of the ethylene glycol monoethyl ether can improve the wear resistance of the film.
(3) The invention adds the rolling agent formed by mixing the fatty acid soap and the ethylene oxide and the abrasive material formed by pumice, quartz sand or scrap iron in the rolling treatment, and the fatty acid soap and the ethylene oxide enable the surface of the film sticking skin to be smoother in the rolling and polishing process, and simultaneously further improve the hand feeling of the film sticking skin.

weighing polyoxypropylene glycol and toluene diisocyanate, placing the polyoxypropylene glycol and the toluene diisocyanate into a three-neck flask, adding a catalyst stannous octoate under the stirring condition, keeping the temperature at 85 ℃ for 2 hours, cooling reactants to 70 ℃, adding dimethylolpropionic acid and diethylene glycol to perform chain extension reaction at the reaction temperature of 70 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 3 hours; after the prepolymerization reaction is finished, adding acetone, cooling to about 30 ℃, uniformly stirring, adding a neutralizing agent triethylamine, dispersing by adding distilled water under the condition of vigorous stirring, finally adding a certain amount of isophorone diamine for post-chain extension reaction, and evaporating the acetone from the obtained emulsion under reduced pressure to obtain the waterborne polyurethane emulsion. The method comprises the steps of cleaning a highlight film, a colorful film and a flower film with clear water, dehydrating with absolute ethyl alcohol, drying, respectively putting into a heating device for heating, performing roller burnishing treatment, respectively coating surface treatment liquid consisting of polyurethane resin and ethylene glycol ethyl ether on the polished highlight film, the colorful film and the flower film, drying for 10min at 20 ℃, sequentially laminating together through aqueous polyurethane emulsion, finally performing hot pressing through a hot roller, bonding the highlight film, the glue film, the colorful film and the flower film into a whole, drying, cooling, forming and reeling, thus obtaining the three-dimensional double-color film leather.
Example 2
A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional double-color film wrapper comprises the following steps:
