In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a structured packing tower arranged in a segmented manner comprises a packing tower shell, wherein an upper-layer packing area and a lower-layer packing area are arranged in the packing tower shell, and structured packing is filled in the upper-layer packing area and the lower-layer packing area; the structured packing is fixed by a support grid and a pressing ring; a plurality of convex seats are distributed on the support grating and are positioned in the structured packing; a liquid collecting distributor is arranged below the support grid of the upper layer filling area; the periphery of the liquid collecting distributor is attached to the inner wall of the packing tower shell, and the periphery of the liquid collecting distributor is arranged on the inner wall of the packing tower shell; liquid outlets are arranged on the liquid collecting distributor at intervals, and flow guide portions are arranged on two sides of each liquid outlet.
Furthermore, the convex seat is a cylindrical body, a square body or a conical body.
Furthermore, an annular sealing ring is arranged between the liquid collecting distributor and the inner wall of the packing tower shell.
Further, the flow guide part is an inclined plane.
Furthermore, floating tongues are uniformly distributed on the flow guide part.
Furthermore, a water inlet and a flue gas outlet are arranged above the shell of the packed tower, a liquid distributor is arranged in the shell of the packed tower and is positioned above the pressing ring of the upper-layer packing area; the water inlet is communicated with a liquid distributor; and a water outlet and a flue gas inlet are arranged below the packed tower shell.
The flue gas treatment method of the structured packing tower adopting the sectional arrangement comprises the following steps: liquid medium gets into packed tower casing from the water inlet, through the liquid distributor with liquid medium evenly distributed to upper packing district, the liquid medium in upper packing district evenly distributed is once more distinguished to lower floor's packing through album liquid distributor simultaneously, the flue gas gets into packed tower casing from the flue gas import, flue gas and liquid medium carry out the contact mass transfer in upper packing district and lower floor's packing district, owing to be provided with protruding seat on the support grid, the flue gas flux increases, finally, the flue gas after the processing is discharged from the exhanst gas outlet, waste water after the heat transfer is discharged from the outlet.
Compared with the prior art, the structured packing tower arranged in sections and the flue gas treatment method thereof have the following beneficial effects:
1. the structure of the liquid collector and the distributor is simplified, the height of the packed tower is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the packed tower is reduced;
2. through set up protruding seat on the support grid, protruding seat has increased the inside clearance of packing layer for flue gas flux increases, promotes mass transfer efficiency.
