Description

Head nursing device for bedridden patient in cardiology department
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a head nursing device for a bedridden patient in the department of cardiology.
Background
The cardiology department, i.e. the cardiovascular department, is a clinical department set by major internal medicine departments of all levels of hospitals for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and the treated diseases include angina pectoris, hypertension, sudden death, arrhythmia, heart failure, premature beat, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, acute myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular diseases have some characteristic symptoms, and the typical symptoms of a patient directly indicate the existence of certain cardiovascular diseases, and some symptoms indicate that the patient needs emergency treatment. Therefore, the understanding of these symptoms and their corresponding care measures is a basic skill necessary for medical staff or family members of patients.
In the case of angina pectoris, angina pectoris is a clinical syndrome mainly manifested by paroxysmal chest pain or chest discomfort due to coronary insufficiency, acute myocardial infarction, transient ischemia, and anoxia. Is characterized in that paroxysmal and squeezing pain of the chest is accompanied by other symptoms, the pain is mainly positioned at the back part of the sternum and can be radiated to the precordial region and the left upper limb, the work or emotion is excited frequently, each attack lasts for 3-5 minutes, and can be taken once a plurality of days or a plurality of times a day, and the pain disappears after rest or use of a nitrate preparation. The disease is mostly seen in men, and most of the men are over 40 years old, and fatigue, emotional agitation, satiety, cold catching, rainy weather, acute circulatory failure and the like are common causes. Care measures include, but are not limited to, assisting a patient to rest in bed, comforting, sublingual nitroglycerin 0.5mg, assisting daily activities and maintaining in bed.
Other common symptoms such as palpitation, shortness of breath, dyspnea, edema and the like are also observed, and the corresponding nursing measures at least include bed rest. It follows that bed rest is a particularly important part of daily care for cardiologist patients with cardiovascular disease. Especially for the elderly patients, the patients need to be prepared for long-term bed rest. Unlike long-term bed rest for other types of diseases, patients with cardiovascular diseases do not completely lose their ability to live, but rather do not suggest or try to avoid such activities as going up and down stairs, carrying heavy objects, smoking and drinking, eating, showering, etc. Most of these, except showers, are relatively easy to avoid, as for such patients, cleaning the body is closely related to quality of life and helps patients build confidence in recovery, so at the time of home care is currently clinically recommended, cleaning the body by means of warm water scrubbing only when necessary. For head care, there is no specific description at present, and if the head is cleaned only by scrubbing, the head cannot be cleaned well for most patients, especially female patients.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Various aspects and features of the present invention are described herein with reference to the drawings.
These and other characteristics of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred form of embodiment, given as a non-limiting example, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should also be understood that, although the invention has been described with reference to some specific examples, a person of skill in the art shall certainly be able to achieve many other equivalent forms of the invention, having the characteristics as set forth in the claims and hence all coming within the field of protection defined thereby.
The above and other aspects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent in view of the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the invention provides a head care device for a bedridden patient in cardiology department, which includes a carrier 1 and an operation table 2 disposed on the carrier 1, wherein the operation table 2 includes a panel 21 and a wash basin 22 disposed on the panel 21, a water spraying component 4 connected to a water source (not shown) is disposed on the panel 21 and located at a side of the wash basin 22, and the water spraying component 4 in the invention can be fixed on the panel 21 or movably connected to the panel 21, but generally connected to the panel 21 at a predetermined angle, which better conforms to a use scenario of daily care operation. That is, the water spray assembly 4 is configured to spray cleaning water, generally warm water of a suitable temperature, into the wash basin 22 for cleaning the head of the patient, and the sprayed water flow is preferably gentle. For example, the shower head has strong and weak gears, and can be adjusted according to personal preference for normal people, but needs to avoid too strong water flow stimulation for patients with cardiovascular diseases. As shown in fig. 3, for general nursing, since the patient can get up and cooperate with the patient, but head nursing in the toilet is not recommended, the carrier 1 of the present invention is generally constructed as a four-wheel cart structure convenient for moving, and in consideration of the recycling problem of the cleaning water, a water falling component 221 is disposed at the bottom of the wash basin 22, a water falling pipe 23 is disposed below the water falling component 221, and a waste water tank 3 disposed right below the water falling pipe 23 is disposed on the carrier 1. More specifically, in this embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle 1 at least includes a base frame 11 and a standing frame 12 located at one side of the base frame 11, a first traveling wheel set 111 and a second traveling wheel set 112 are provided on the base frame 11 and/or the standing frame 12, the standing frame 12 includes a first frame body 121 connected to the base frame 11 and a second frame body 122 connected to the first frame body 121 with an adjustable height, and the second frame body 122 includes at least two L-shaped supporting arms (not labeled in fig. 3) for supporting the console 2; the waste water tank 3 is placed on the base frame 11 through a bottom plate 113. It can be understood that, with the above technical solution of the present invention, when the head cleaning nursing for a specific patient is required, the operable carrier is moved to the bedside or the side of the patient in a sitting state, and the head cleaning nursing is performed at the washbasin 22 in a manner that the patient is attached or lies face upward.
In consideration of the height and different postures of the patient, in some modifications of the present invention, it is contemplated that a first lifting mechanism 123 for lifting and lowering the second frame 122 is further disposed on the first frame 121, and includes a gear set 1232 fixed on the first frame 121, an input end (not labeled) of the gear set 1232 is connected to an operating handle 1231, an output end (not labeled) of the gear set 1232 is wound with a belt 1233, the other end of the belt 1233 is connected to the second frame 122 through a fixed pulley 1234 at the top end of the first frame 121, and the operating handle 1231 is configured to rotate the gear set 1232 and wind or release the belt 1233 to achieve the lifting and lowering adjustment of the second frame 122. In addition, the first traveling wheel set 111 and the second traveling wheel set 112 are provided on the carrier 1 in consideration of the mobility of the entire device, but the operation is not affected by the accidental movement of the entire device during the entire nursing process. One set of the road wheel sets can be considered to be arranged in a liftable manner, for example, referring to fig. 3, a second lifting mechanism 124 for lifting and adjusting the second moving wheel set 112 is further arranged near the bottom of the first frame body 121, the second lifting mechanism 124 includes a first hinged seat 1242 and a second hinged seat 1243 which are oppositely arranged in sequence, a connecting rod 1244 is arranged between the first hinged seat 1242 and the second hinged seat 1243 in a penetrating manner, the connecting rod 1244 is connected to the second moving wheel set 113 through a liftable wheel axle 114 near the bottom end, and the other end is hinged to a door-shaped handle 1241 hinged to the first hinged seat 1242 at the opposite sides. By pressing the handle 1241 downwards, the liftable wheel axle connected with the second walking wheel set 112 can be lifted by the connecting rod 1244 to be separated from the ground, and thus the vehicle 1 is in a relatively stable working posture. If the vehicle 1 needs to be moved, the second running wheel set 112 can be brought into contact with the ground again by further lifting the handle 1241. Of course, for the locking of the handle 1241 in the two working states, an additional bolt (not shown) is actually needed to lock the handle 1241, and the implementation manner may be, for example, a common snap-fit locking manner, which is not described in detail in the present invention.
In the present invention, since the head of the patient is cleaned and cared, it is inevitable that the fallen hairs need to be collected, or the sink basin 22 or the sink-down assembly 221 may be quickly blocked, and therefore, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the sink-down assembly 221 includes an assembly body 2213 which is arranged on the sink basin 22 in a penetrating manner and is configured with a sink-down hole, and a perforated cover 2211 which is arranged in the sink basin 22 and is embedded in the assembly body 2213. In view of the sealing between the two, a sealing ring 2212 may be disposed between the perforated cover 2211 and the assembly body 2213. In a general floor drain structure, a perforated cover plate functions to block and collect hair. In the present application, the perforated cover plate 2211 does not block hairs, but guides the hairs downward to the assembly body 2213, and specifically, the perforated cover plate 2211 has a circular shape in which a plurality of holes are formed, and the size of the holes, which are structurally located on one diameter, is gradually decreased from the center to both sides. With particular reference to the configuration of fig. 8, such a configuration is particularly advantageous in that a greater water flow is provided in the center and a different falling water flow is provided around the periphery, so that falling hair tends to center under the influence of the greater water flow in the center and thus more easily passes through the perforated cover 2211. As shown in fig. 8, the first aperture 22111 in the apertured cover 2211 of the present invention is substantially smaller than the central second aperture 22112. And the sizes of the holes on both sides of the same diameter of the second hole 22112 are decreased progressively.
Since the perforated cover 2211 does not collect the hairs, the assembly body 2213 needs to have a function of collecting the waste of the hairs. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the assembly body 2213 is a thin-wall tube structure, and is configured such that the tube wall on one side of the downpipe 22133 is bent twice to form an S-bend 22132 surrounding the center, and the downpipe 23 is connected to the spout at the downpipe 22133 facing vertically downward. Thus, the falling hair is collected at the bottom bend of the S-bend 22132. As a further improvement to this structure, an annular filter screen 22134 is sleeved outside the upward part of the S-bent part 22132, an inverted bowl-shaped part 22131 is connected to the outer edge of the filter screen 22134, and a water passing gap (not labeled) exists between the bowl-shaped part 22131 and any pipe wall of the assembly body. As can be seen from fig. 9, if the bowl-shaped member 22131 is not provided, a part of the fallen water and dirt such as hair can directly fall into the waste water barrel 3 through the water falling hole 22133, which causes trouble in the subsequent waste water treatment in the waste water barrel 3. After the bowl 22131 is installed, the falling water is blocked by the bowl 22131 and only the water flow gap between the bowl 22131 and the assembly body 2213 is guided. Meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the filter screen 22134, dirt such as hair can be well collected and uniformly treated after the nursing is finished.
In addition, as mentioned above, although in the present invention, the water spray assembly 4 only functions to provide a water spray for cleaning, and its basic function is similar to that of a conventional shower head, in consideration of the specificity of cardiovascular disease patients, in the present invention, it is preferable that the water spray assembly 4 specifically includes a bent pipe-shaped pressurizing part 41 connected to the operation table 21 by an external thread 415, and a nozzle assembly 43 having a central hollow part 432 connected to the end of the water outlet of the pressurizing part 41, wherein an arc-shaped elastic partition 411 is provided inside the pressurizing part 41 near the end of the water outlet thereof to divide the internal chamber of the pressurizing part 41 into a water inlet passage 412 and a valve chamber 413 which are not communicated with each other, the water inlet passage 412 is gradually reduced in the water flow direction to form a primary pressurizing, the pressurizing part 41 is further provided with a control valve 42, a valve stem 421 of the control valve 42 is located in the valve chamber 413, and the valve stem 421 is configured to control the opening and closing of the water inlet passage 412 by applying pressure to or releasing pressure from the arc-shaped elastic partition 411. And in particular, considering that the problem that the control effect of the valve stem 421 directly actuating the arc-shaped elastic partition 411 may be poor, in some modifications, an arc-shaped rigid partition 414 may be further movably connected in the valve cavity 413, the valve stem 421 directly abuts against the arc-shaped rigid partition 414, and the arc-shaped elastic partition 411 is actuated through the arc-shaped rigid partition 414, so that the water inlet passage 412 may be more fully closed or opened.
Referring to fig. 6, the nozzle assembly 43 of the water spraying assembly 4 of the present invention has a central hollow portion 432, so that the water flow is annular, and a planar impact water flow is not formed, so that the patient has a high acceptance. Furthermore, as shown in the figure, a plurality of nozzle hole members 4315 are uniformly distributed on the nozzle assembly 43, each of the nozzle hole members 4315 has a nozzle hole 43151 and is received in a cavity configured as a bubble chamber 4314, the cavity is communicated with the outside through an air inlet 4316, each bubble chamber is connected with a cone top 4312 through a narrow hole 4313, the cone top 4312 is communicated with a nozzle hole waterway 4311, and the nozzle hole waterway 4311 is communicated with the water inlet channel 412. Thus, after being pressurized once, the cleaning water in the water inlet channel 412 first enters the nozzle channel 4311, and then the flow velocity thereof increases sharply after passing through the conical top 4312 and the narrow hole 4313, so that the pressure of the cavity at the end of the foaming cavity 4314 of the narrow hole 4313 is lower than the atmospheric pressure, which causes the air inlet 4316 to suck air and mix with the water flow to form a bubble-rich water flow, and thus the rinsing water flow for cleaning is more gentle and saves water resources.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
