The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples
The present embodiment provides an auxiliary fixing brace for imaging evaluation, as shown in fig. 1, including: the device comprises a lying plate 1, a first vertical fixing plate 11, a second vertical fixing plate 12, a side limiting part 2, an adjusting installation part 3, a binding belt and a joint driving part 4; wherein, the lying plate 1 has a certain length and width, is suitable for installing the first vertical fixing plate 11 and the second vertical fixing plate 12, and is used for a patient to take X-rays to lie flat; the side limiting piece 2 is provided with a first side plate 21 and a second side plate 22, the ends of which are connected together at a certain angle, the first side plate 21 can be adjusted and fixedly installed on the first vertical fixing plate 11, and the second side plate 22 can be adjusted and fixedly installed on the second vertical fixing plate 12; the two adjusting mounts 3 are mounted on the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22, respectively; the bandage is used for fixedly connecting the affected limb with the adjusting installation part 3; the joint driver 4 is mounted at a position where the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 are connected to each other.
When the auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment is used, firstly, a patient lies on the lying plate 1, the installation positions of the first side plate 21 and the first vertical fixing plate 11 are adjusted, the installation positions of the second side plate 22 and the second vertical fixing plate 12 are adjusted, and the knee joint of the patient is positioned corresponding to the joint driving piece 4; then the two adjusting installation pieces 3 are fixed with the tibia side and the femur side of the patient through the binding bands; the drive joint driving piece 4 drives the knee joint of the patient to be turned inwards or outwards to a stress position, and then X-ray shooting can be carried out on the knee joint of the patient.
The auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment can push the knee joint of a patient to turn inwards or outwards, can keep a certain time, and can shoot X-rays, so that a doctor does not need to manually keep the knee joint, and the doctor does not need to be exposed in a ray environment, thereby being safer.
In the auxiliary fixing brace of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the joint driving member 4 includes: a threaded shaft 41, a drive handle 42, a square dial 43, a first push plate 44, and a second push plate 45. Wherein, the threaded shaft 41 is screwed with the joint of the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 and passes through the side limiting piece 2; the driving handle 42 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the threaded shaft 41; the square rotary disc 43 is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the threaded shaft 41; the first push plate 44 is sleeved on the threaded shaft 41 through a circular through hole 440 arranged at the center and is positioned between the driving handle 42 and the square turntable 43; a second push plate 45 fastened to the first push plate 44 and having a circular inner cavity 450 formed at the middle thereof for the square turntable 43 to rotate; the side of the second push plate 45 remote from the first push plate 44 is the articulation drive surface 451. When the knee joint of the patient needs to be squeezed, the threaded shaft 41 can be rotated to drive the square rotating disc 43 to squeeze inwards until the joint driving surface 451 on the second push plate 45 abuts against the knee joint, and then the threaded shaft 41 is continuously rotated to enable the knee joint to reach a stress position. In the auxiliary fixing brace of this embodiment, the square turntable 43 is disposed at the inner end of the threaded shaft 41 and is located in the circular inner cavity 450 formed by fastening the first push plate 44 and the second push plate 45, and when the square turntable 43 rotates in the circular inner cavity 450, the square turntable 43 can be prevented from driving the second push plate 45 to rotate when rotating; further, the joint driving surface 451 is an arc concave surface matched with the knee joint bending at a certain angle, so that pain and injury to a patient caused by the fact that the second push plate 45 pushes the knee joint to move can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the auxiliary fixing brace of this embodiment includes a first vertical fixing plate 11 having a first adjusting long hole 110 extending along an axial direction thereof, a first side plate 21 having a second adjusting long hole 210 extending along an axial direction thereof, and an adjusting installation member 3 passing through the first adjusting long hole 110 and the second adjusting long hole 210 and then fixedly installed by a fixing and matching structure; the second vertical fixing plate 12 is provided with a third adjusting long hole 120 extending along the axial direction thereof, the second side plate 22 is provided with a fourth adjusting long hole 220 extending along the axial direction thereof, and the adjusting installation member 3 is fixedly installed through a fixing and matching structure after passing through the third adjusting long hole 120 and the fourth adjusting long hole 220.
As shown in fig. 5, the fixed engagement structure includes a first nut 51 and a second nut 52, and the first nut 51 is further provided with a hand-held extension plate 510. Wherein, the first nut 51 is screwed on the adjusting installation piece 3 between the first side plate 21 and the first abutting mounting plate 34, or screwed on the adjusting installation piece 3 between the second side plate 22 and the first abutting mounting plate 34; the second nut 52 is screwed on the adjustment mounting member 3 between the handle 32 and the first vertical fixing plate 11 or on the adjustment mounting member 3 between the handle 32 and the second vertical fixing plate 12. The first side plate 21 and the first vertical fixing plate 11, the second side plate 22 and the second vertical fixing plate 12 are fixedly connected with the adjustment mount 3 by first nuts 51 and second nuts 52. The walk-behind extension plate 510 may facilitate controlling the first nut 51 from rotating when adjusting the adjustment mount 3. When the joint driver 4 is operated, the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 can be kept relatively still, facilitating the joint driver 4 to push the patient's knee joint to a stressed position.
As shown in fig. 6, the adjustment mount 3 includes: adjustable threaded shaft 31, handle 32, adjusting ball 33, first abutting mounting plate 34 and second abutting mounting plate 35. Wherein, the handle 32 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the adjustable threaded shaft 31; the adjusting ball 33 is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the adjustable threaded shaft 31; the first abutting mounting plate 34 is sleeved on the adjustable threaded shaft 31 through the abutting mounting hole 340, and the inner diameter of the abutting mounting hole 340 is smaller than the diameter of the adjusting ball 33; the second abutting mounting plate 35 is fastened (either in a snap-fit manner or in a bolt-type manner) to the first abutting mounting plate 34, and a space for accommodating the adjusting ball 33 is formed in the middle; the side, far away from the second abutting mounting plate 35, of the first abutting mounting plate 34 is provided with limit stops 36 in pairs; the second abutting mounting plate 35 is provided with an arc abutting surface 350 on a side thereof away from the first abutting mounting plate 34.
In the auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment, when the knee joint of the affected limb needs to be pushed to the stress position, the arc-shaped abutting surface 350 on the second abutting mounting plate 35 is firstly contacted with the affected limb, then the buckled first abutting mounting plate 34 and the buckled second abutting mounting plate 35 are fixed together with the affected limb by using the binding band, and the limit stoppers 36 are arranged at two sides of the abutting mounting hole 340, so that the binding band can be restrained and prevented from falling off; a first nut 51 is mounted on the adjustable threaded shaft 31 between the first abutting mounting plate 34 and the first side plate 21 or the second side plate 22, and a second nut 52 is mounted on the adjustable threaded shaft 31 between the handle 32 and the first vertical fixing plate 11 or the second vertical fixing plate 12, so that the adjustable threaded shaft 31 is in a fixed state; the walk-behind extension plate 510 is capable of reducing rotation of the first nut 51 on the adjustable threaded shaft 31 when the second nut 52 is threaded; the threaded shaft 41 is driven to carry out screw extrusion towards the stress position until the knee joint reaches the stress position; the adjusting ball 33 is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the adjustable threaded shaft 31 and is positioned in a space formed by buckling the first abutting mounting plate 34 and the second abutting mounting plate 35, so that when the joint is in a stress position of varus or valgus due to extrusion of the joint driving piece 4 and the femur and the tibia incline, the second abutting mounting plate 35 can respectively incline correspondingly along with the femur and the tibia, and discomfort or skin injury caused by hard extrusion to a patient is avoided.
As shown in fig. 4, in the auxiliary fixing brace of the present embodiment, the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 are rotatably connected through an angle control structure, and the angle control structure includes: u-shaped structure 23, threaded sleeve 24, pivot hole 25 and spacing fastener 26.
The U-shaped structure 23 is arranged at the end of the first side plate 21, two opposite angle limiting rings 27 are fixedly arranged on two opposite inner side surfaces 230, and each angle limiting ring 27 is provided with a plurality of continuously arranged zigzag grooves 270 and communicating bottom grooves 231 communicated with all the zigzag grooves 270; the threaded sleeve 24 penetrates through the centers of the two angle limiting circular rings 27, fixedly penetrates through the U-shaped structure 23, is internally provided with internal threads and is suitable for the threaded connection and installation of the joint driving piece 4; the rotating shaft hole 25 is arranged at the end part of the second side plate 22 and is suitable for being rotatably sleeved outside the threaded sleeve 24; the two limiting clamping pieces 26 are rotatably sleeved on the threaded sleeve 24, are respectively arranged on two sides of the rotation direction of the second side plate 22, and are provided with telescopic limiting clamping teeth 28, and the telescopic limiting clamping teeth 28 have an initial state and an adjusting state; in an initial state, the telescopic limiting latch 28 is clamped into the sawtooth-shaped groove 270, and the limiting clamp 26 cannot freely rotate around the threaded sleeve 24; in the adjusting state, the retractable limiting latch 28 enters the communicating bottom groove 231 from the sawtooth-shaped groove 270 and can freely rotate around the threaded sleeve 24.
The auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment adjusts the angle between the second side plate 22 and the first side plate 21 by adjusting the position and the state of the limit clamping piece 26; namely, the angle between the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 can be adjusted at any time according to the angle between the femur and the tibia of the patient required for shooting, so that the femur and the tibia of the patient can be fixed at a specific angle, the knee joint can reach the stress position of inversion or eversion through the joint driving piece 4, and then the three positions, namely the medial compartment, the lateral compartment and the patellar compartment, and other positions are shot clearly, so that the doctor can observe the three positions conveniently; the shooting of the patient is avoided being assisted manually, the shooting difficulty is reduced, and the harm to the human body is reduced.
As shown in fig. 7, the limit catch 26 includes: a pressing piece 261, a rotating sleeve 262 and a connecting column 263. Wherein the pressing member 261 comprises a pressing shell 265 and a pressing post 266, the pressing shell 265 is installed inside the U-shaped structure 23 and is provided with a mounting cavity 267 and a top opening 268 and a side opening 269 which are communicated with the mounting cavity 267; the pressing column 266 is provided with a pressing part 271, a limiting flange, a telescopic limiting latch 28 and a tail column end, wherein the pressing part 271 extends outwards from a top opening 268, the limiting flange is positioned inside the top opening 268, the telescopic limiting latch 28 extends out from a side opening 269, and an elastic piece is sleeved on the tail column end; the rotating sleeve 262 is positioned outside the U-shaped structure 23 and is provided with a rotating hole 264 which can be rotatably sleeved on the threaded sleeve 24; the connection column 263 is used to fixedly connect the pressing member 261 and the rotating sleeve 262.
When the retractable limit latch 28 is in the initial state, the elastic member has a tendency of pushing the pressing column 266 upward, the pressing portion 271 protrudes from the top opening 268 by a certain height, and the retractable limit latch 28 is located inside the sawtooth-shaped groove 270; when the retractable limit latch 28 needs to be changed into an adjusting state, the pressing part 271 is pressed downwards, the elastic piece is compressed and shortened, and the retractable limit latch 28 moves downwards along with the pressing column 266 and slides out of the sawtooth-shaped groove 270 to enter the communication bottom groove 231.
In the auxiliary fixing brace of this embodiment, when the included angle between the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 needs to be adjusted, only the pressing portion 271 on the pressing post 266 needs to be pressed, so that the elastic member on the end of the tail post is pressed and shortened, and then the retractable limiting latch 28 is driven to move along with the pressing post 266 and enter the communicating bottom groove 231 from the zigzag groove 270, so that the limitation on the second side plate 22 on the lateral limiting member 2 can be removed, and the second side plate 22 can freely rotate around the threaded sleeve 24; when the second side plate 22 rotates to a proper position, the pressing part 271 is loosened, the retractable limiting latch 28 returns to the sawtooth-shaped groove 270, and the second side plate 22 can be limited and locked again.
As shown in fig. 3, at least three pairs of first adjusting through holes 111 are uniformly distributed on the first vertical fixing plate 11 below the first adjusting long hole 110, correspondingly, a position-limiting blind hole is formed on the lying plate 1, and the first vertical fixing plate 11 is fixed on the lying plate 1 by bolts; and/or, at least three pairs of uniformly distributed second adjusting through holes 121 are formed in the second vertical fixing plate 12 below the third adjusting long hole 120, correspondingly, a limiting blind hole is formed in the lying plate 1, and the second vertical fixing plate 12 is fixed on the lying plate 1 through bolts. The auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment fixes the first vertical fixing plate 11 and the second vertical fixing plate 12 on the lying plate 1 through bolts; the first adjusting through hole 111 or the second adjusting through hole 121 with different heights can be connected with the limiting blind hole according to the requirements of the situation, so that the heights of the first vertical fixing plate 11 and the second vertical fixing plate 12 on the lying plate 1 can be adjusted; when carrying out the X-ray to the patient and take a photograph the completion after, also can take off the supplementary fixed brace of this embodiment from service creeper 1 through dismantling first vertical fixed plate 11 and the vertical fixed plate 12 of second, conveniently preserve.
The auxiliary fixing brace of the present embodiment further includes a fitting plate 10. Wherein, one length side plate of the matching connecting plate 10 can be matched and connected with the length side plate of the lying plate 1 for installing the first vertical fixing plate 11 and the second vertical fixing plate 12, and a groove is arranged at the opposite position of the two vertical fixing plates; the other length side plate of the matching connecting plate 10 can be matched and connected with the other length side plate of the lying plate 1; preferably, a plurality of supporting columns 13 are further arranged, and the supporting columns 13 are fixedly arranged at four corner positions below the lying plate 1 and the matching connecting plate 10 and are used for supporting the lying plate 1 and the matching connecting plate 10; and the bottom of the supporting column 13 is also provided with universal wheels.
When the matching connection plate 10 is matched and connected with the lying plate 1, the auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment is positioned at one side of the matching connection plate 10 and the lying plate 1, the affected limb can be pushed to invert; when the matching connecting plate 10 is matched and connected with the lying plate 1 so that the fixing brace is positioned between the matching connecting plate 10 and the lying plate 1, the affected limb can be pushed to evert; the support column 13 is used for supporting the lying plate 1 and the matching connecting plate 10, so that the lying plate 1 and the matching connecting plate 10 can be conveniently supported to a certain height; install and be equipped with the card device of dying on the universal wheel of support column 13 bottom, conveniently adjust the position of service creeper 1 and cooperation fishplate bar 10 to carry out the rigidity, convenient operation to adjustment position thickness service creeper 1 and cooperation fishplate bar 10.

a lying plate (1) having a length and a width suitable for a patient to lie flat;
the first vertical fixing plate (11) is detachably and fixedly arranged on the lying plate (1), and the extending direction of the first vertical fixing plate is vertical to the lying plate (1);
the second vertical fixing plate (12) is arranged in parallel with the first vertical fixing plate (11) and is also detachably and fixedly arranged on the lying plate (1);
a side stopper (2) having a first side plate (21) and a second side plate (22) whose ends are connected at a predetermined angle; the first side plate (21) and the first vertical fixing plate (11) are adjustably and fixedly mounted, and the second side plate (22) and the second vertical fixing plate (12) are adjustably and fixedly mounted;
two adjusting installation pieces (3) are respectively installed on the first side plate (21) and the second side plate (22);
a strap adapted to fixedly connect the affected limb with the adjustment mounting (3);
the joint driving piece (4) is arranged at the position where the first side plate (21) is connected with the second side plate (22) and is suitable for pushing the knee joint to turn inwards or outwards.
2. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 1, wherein the articulation drive (4) comprises:
a threaded shaft (41) screwed at the junction of the first side plate (21) and the second side plate (22);
the driving handle (42) is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the threaded shaft (41);
the square rotating disc (43) is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the threaded shaft (41);
the first push plate (44) is sleeved on the threaded shaft (41) through a circular through hole (440) arranged in the center and is positioned between the driving handle (42) and the square rotary disc (43);
the second push plate (45) is buckled with the first push plate (44), and a circular inner cavity (450) for the square rotary disc (43) to rotate is formed in the middle of the second push plate; the side of the second push plate (45) far away from the first push plate (44) is a joint driving surface (451).
3. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 1, wherein:
the first vertical fixing plate (11) is provided with a first adjusting long hole (110) extending along the axial direction of the first vertical fixing plate, the first side plate (21) is provided with a second adjusting long hole (210) extending along the axial direction of the first side plate, and the adjusting installation piece (3) is fixedly installed through a fixed matching structure after penetrating through the first adjusting long hole (110) and the second adjusting long hole (210);
and/or, be equipped with on the vertical fixed plate of second (12) along its axial extension's third regulation slot hole (120), be equipped with on second curb plate (22) along its axial extension's fourth regulation slot hole (220), adjust installed part (3) and pass third regulation slot hole (120) with behind fourth regulation slot hole (220), through fixed fit structure fixed mounting.
4. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 3, wherein: the adjustment mount (3) comprises:
an adjustable threaded shaft (31);
the handle (32) is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the adjustable threaded shaft (31);
the adjusting ball (33) is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the adjustable threaded shaft (31);
the first abutting mounting plate (34) is sleeved on the adjustable threaded shaft (31) through an abutting mounting hole (340), and the inner diameter of the abutting mounting hole (340) is smaller than the diameter of the adjusting ball (33);
the second abutting mounting plate (35) is buckled with the first abutting mounting plate (34), and a space for accommodating the adjusting ball (33) is formed in the middle of the second abutting mounting plate;
the side, far away from the second abutting mounting plate (35), of the first abutting mounting plate (34) is provided with limit stops (36) in pairs;
an arc-shaped abutting surface (350) is arranged on one side, far away from the first abutting mounting plate (34), of the second abutting mounting plate (35).
5. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 4, wherein: the fixed fitting structure includes:
a first nut (51) screwed between the first side plate (21) and the first abutting mounting plate (34), or between the second side plate (22) and the first abutting mounting plate (34); and having a hand-held extension board (510);
a second nut (52) screwed between the handle (32) and the first vertical fixing plate (11) or between the handle (32) and the second vertical fixing plate (12).
6. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 5, wherein the first side plate (21) and the second side plate (22) are rotatably connected by an angle control structure comprising:
the U-shaped structure (23) is arranged at the end part of the first side plate (21), two opposite angle limiting rings (27) are fixedly arranged on two opposite inner side surfaces (230), and each angle limiting ring (27) is provided with a plurality of continuously arranged zigzag grooves (270) and communicating bottom grooves (231) communicated with all the zigzag grooves (270);
the threaded sleeve (24) penetrates through the circle centers of the two angle limiting circular rings (27) and is fixedly arranged on the U-shaped structure (23) in a penetrating manner, and the middle part of the threaded sleeve is suitable for the threaded connection and installation of the joint driving piece (4);
the rotating shaft hole (25) is arranged at the end part of the second side plate (22) and is suitable for being sleeved outside the threaded sleeve (24) in a rotatable mode;
the two limiting clamping pieces (26) are rotatably sleeved on the threaded sleeve (24), are respectively arranged on two sides of the second side plate (22), and are provided with telescopic limiting clamping teeth (28), and the telescopic limiting clamping teeth (28) have an initial state and an adjusting state;
in an initial state, the telescopic limiting clamping teeth (28) are clamped in the sawtooth-shaped grooves (270), and the limiting clamping piece (26) cannot freely rotate around the threaded sleeve (24);
when the adjusting state is realized, the telescopic limiting latch (28) enters the communication bottom groove (231) from the sawtooth-shaped groove (270) and can freely rotate around the threaded sleeve (24).
7. The auxiliary fixing brace of claim 6, wherein the limit catch (26) comprises:
the pressing piece (261) comprises the telescopic limiting latch (28) and is installed inside the U-shaped structure (23);
the rotating sleeve (262) is positioned outside the U-shaped structure (23) and is provided with a rotating hole (264) which is rotatably sleeved on the threaded sleeve (24);
a connecting column (263) fixedly connected with the pressing piece (261) and the rotating sleeve (262).
8. The auxiliary fixing brace of claim 7, wherein the pressing piece (261) comprises:
a press housing (265) mounted inside the U-shaped structure (23) having a mounting chamber (267), and a top opening (268) and a side opening (269) communicating with the mounting chamber (267);
a pressing column (266) provided with a pressing part (271), a limit flange, a retractable limit latch (28) and a tail end column; the pressing portion (271) extends outward from the top opening (268); the position-defining flange being located inside the top opening (268); the retractable limiting latch (28) extends out of the side opening (269); the tail end column is sleeved with an elastic piece;
in the initial state, the elastic piece has the tendency of pushing the pressing column (266) to push upwards, the pressing part (271) protrudes from the top opening (268) to a certain height, and the retractable limit latch (28) is positioned inside the sawtooth-shaped groove (270);
when the adjusting state is carried out, the pressing part (271) is pressed downwards, the elastic piece is pressed to be shortened, the telescopic limiting clamping teeth (28) move downwards along with the pressing column (266) and enter the communication bottom groove (231) from the sawtooth-shaped groove (270).
