The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples
The present embodiment provides an auxiliary fixing brace, as shown in fig. 1, including: side locating part 1, fixed connector 2, support and press installed part 3 and joint driving piece 4.
The side limiting pieces 1 are arranged in pairs and are provided with a first side plate 11 and a second side plate 12 which are connected at the ends; the two fixed connecting pieces 2 are respectively used for fixedly connecting the two first side plates 11 and the two second side plates 12 and keeping the two first side plates 11 and the two second side plates 12 parallel to each other; two pairs of abutting mounting pieces 3 are respectively mounted on the two first side plates 11 and the two second side plates 12; the joint driver 4 is provided with at least one, and is installed at a position where the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 are connected to each other.
When the auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment is used, the fixing connecting piece 2 is firstly opened, and the lateral limiting piece 1 is sleeved on the affected limb; then the fixed connecting piece 2 and the pressing mounting piece 3 are operated, so that the pressing mounting piece 3 is fixed on two sides of the leg of the patient; specifically, the fixed connecting piece 2 is used for keeping the two first side plates 11 and the two second side plates 22 parallel to each other, and the abutting installation piece 3 is connected with the side limiting piece 1 to fix the side limiting piece 1 on two sides of the leg of the patient; the joint driving member 4 is then driven to push the knee joint to varus or valgus and hold. After the target degree is reached, the varus or valgus degree is kept, and the knee joint of the patient is shot. The auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment can push the knee joint of a patient to keep turning inwards or outwards and keep a certain time for X-ray shooting, manual holding of a doctor is not needed, the doctor does not need to be exposed in a ray environment, and therefore the auxiliary fixing brace is safer.
As shown in fig. 2, the auxiliary fixing brace of the present embodiment, the fixing connector 2 includes: a fixed connecting plate 21 and a range limiting plate 22. Two fixed connecting plates 21 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two first side plates 11 and the two second side plates 12; one end of the amplitude limiting plate 22 is provided with two limiting threaded holes, two corresponding fixing connecting plates 21 are provided with two fixing connecting through holes 210, and two fixing connecting bolts 23 penetrate through the fixing connecting through holes 210 and then are in threaded connection with the limiting threaded holes 220; the other end of the amplitude limiting plate 22 is provided with two limiting through holes 221, two fixed plugging and unplugging bolts 211 are arranged on the fixed connecting plate 21 opposite to the two limiting through holes 221, and the two fixed plugging and unplugging bolts 211 are installed in the two limiting through holes 221 in a pluggable manner; the outer diameter of the fixed plug 211 is smaller than the inner diameter of the limit through hole 221; further, the side surface of the amplitude limiting plate 22 is further provided with at least one side through hole 222 traversing through the two limiting through holes 221, and the release bolt 223 is installed in the side through hole 222 in a pluggable manner and is used for limiting the insertion depth of the fixed plug 211; after the shooting is finished, the patient can independently pull out the release bolt 223, the limitation on the fixed plug bolt 211 is rapidly removed, the parallel state of the pair of first side plates 11 or the pair of second side plates 12 is changed, the space of the knee joint position (namely the space between the two joints, and the joints are the connecting positions of the first side plates 11 and the second side plates 12) is increased, the limitation of the joint driving part 4 on the joint position of the patient is further reduced, and the pain of the patient caused by the fact that the joint needs to be turned inwards or outwards is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, the pressing fitting member 3 includes: a pressing mounting shaft 31, a handle 32, a pressing ball 33, a first pressing mounting plate 34, and a second pressing mounting plate 35.
Wherein, the abutting mounting shaft 31 is connected with the first side plate 11 or the second side plate by screw; the handle 32 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the abutting mounting shaft 31; the abutting ball 33 is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the abutting mounting shaft 31; the pressing mounting shaft 31 passes through a pressing mounting hole 340 formed on the first pressing mounting plate 34 to be connected with the first pressing mounting plate 34, and the inner diameter of the pressing mounting hole 340 is smaller than the diameter of the pressing ball 33; the second abutting mounting plate 35 and the first abutting mounting plate 34 are fastened to each other, a storage space for the abutting balls 33 is formed between the two abutting mounting plates, and an arc abutting surface 350 matched with the knee joint of the patient is arranged on one side, far away from the first abutting mounting plate 34, of the second abutting mounting plate 35.
In the auxiliary fixing brace of the present embodiment, when the lateral limiting member 1 needs to be pressed and mounted on the affected limb, the pressing and mounting shaft 31 is operated to perform inward spiral extrusion until the arc-shaped pressing surface 350 on the second pressing and mounting plate 35 tightly presses against the affected limb; the pressing ball 33 can ensure that when the knee joint is pressed by the joint driving part 4 and is in the stress position of varus or valgus (at the moment, the femur or the tibia inclines), the second pressing mounting plate 35 can correspondingly incline along with the femur or the tibia, and discomfort or skin injury caused by hard extrusion is avoided.
As shown in fig. 4, the joint drive 4 includes: a threaded shaft 41, a drive handle 42, a square dial 43, a first push plate 44, and a second push plate 45.
Wherein: the threaded shaft 41 is screwed with the joint of the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 and is connected to penetrate through the side limiting piece 1; the driving handle 42 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the threaded shaft 41; the square rotary disc 43 is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the threaded shaft 41; the first push plate 44 is sleeved on the threaded shaft 41 through a circular through hole 440 arranged at the center and is positioned between the driving handle 42 and the square turntable 43; a second push plate 45 fastened to the first push plate 44 and having a circular inner cavity 450 formed at the middle thereof for the square turntable 43 to rotate; the side of the second push plate 45 remote from the first push plate 44 is the articulation drive surface 451. When the knee joint of the patient needs to be squeezed, the threaded shaft 41 can be rotated to drive the square rotating disc 43 to squeeze inwards until the joint driving surface 451 on the second push plate 45 abuts against the knee joint, and then the threaded shaft 41 is continuously rotated to enable the knee joint to reach a stress position.
Furthermore, the joint driving surface 451 is provided with an arc concave surface matched with the knee joint, so that pain and injury to the patient caused by the movement of the knee joint pushed by the second push plate 45 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, the auxiliary fixing brace of this embodiment further includes an extension plate 5, at least two first mounting through holes 51 are formed in the extension plate 5, at least two second mounting through holes 13 are formed in the first side plate 11 or the second side plate 12, and the extension plate 5 is connected to the first side plate 11 or the second side plate 12 through mounting bolts passing through the first mounting through holes 51 and the second mounting through holes 13, so as to extend the length of the first side plate 11 or the second side plate 12, thereby facilitating the use of affected limbs with different lengths.
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, in the auxiliary fixing brace of the present embodiment, the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 are rotatably connected by an angle control structure, and the angle control structure includes: u-shaped structure 14, thread bush 15, pivot hole 16 and spacing fastener 17.
The U-shaped structure 14 is arranged at the end of the first side plate 11, two opposite inner side surfaces 140 are fixedly provided with two opposite angle limiting rings 141, and each angle limiting ring 141 is provided with a plurality of continuously arranged zigzag grooves 142 and a communication bottom groove 143 communicated with all the zigzag grooves 142; the threaded sleeve 15 penetrates through the centers of the two angle limiting circular rings 141 and is fixedly arranged on the U-shaped structure 14 in a penetrating manner, and internal threads are arranged inside the threaded sleeve and are suitable for the threaded connection and installation of the joint driving piece 4; the rotating shaft hole 16 is arranged at the end part of the second side plate 12 and is suitable for being rotatably sleeved outside the threaded sleeve 15; the two limiting clamping pieces 17 are rotatably sleeved on the threaded sleeve 15, are respectively arranged on two sides of the second side plate 12 in the rotating direction, and are provided with telescopic limiting clamping teeth 170, and the telescopic limiting clamping teeth 170 have an initial state and an adjusting state; in the initial state, the retractable limiting latch 170 is clamped in the sawtooth-shaped groove 142, and the limiting latch 17 cannot freely rotate around the threaded sleeve 15; in the adjusting state, the retractable limiting latch 170 enters the communicating bottom groove 143 from the sawtooth-shaped groove 142 and can freely rotate around the threaded sleeve 15.
In the auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment, the angle control structure adjusts the angle between the second side plate 12 and the first side plate 11 by adjusting the position and the state of the limit clamping piece 17; namely, the angle between the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 can be adjusted at any time according to the angle between the femur and the tibia of the patient required for shooting, so that the femur and the tibia of the patient can be fixed at a specific angle, the knee joint reaches the stress position of inversion or eversion through the joint driving piece 4, and then the three positions, namely the medial compartment, the lateral compartment and the patellar compartment, and other positions are shot clearly, so that the doctor can observe the three positions conveniently; the shooting of the patient is avoided being assisted manually, the shooting difficulty is reduced, and the harm to the human body is reduced.
As shown in fig. 7, the auxiliary fixing brace of the present embodiment, the limiting clip 17 includes: a pressing member 171, a rotating sleeve 172, and a connecting post 173; the pressing member 171 includes a pressing housing 175 and a pressing post 176 installed inside the U-shaped structure 14. Wherein the press housing 175 is mounted inside the U-shaped structure 14, having a mounting cavity 177, and a top opening 178 and a side opening 179 communicating with the mounting cavity 177; the pressing column 176 is provided with a pressing part 180, a limit flange, a telescopic limit latch 170 and a tail end column; the pressing portion 180 protrudes outward from the top opening 178; the stop flange is located inside the top opening 178; the retractable limit latches 170 extend from the side openings 179; the tail end column is sleeved with an elastic piece; the rotating sleeve 172 is positioned outside the U-shaped structure 14 and is provided with a rotating hole 174 which is rotatably sleeved on the threaded sleeve 15; a connection post 173 fixedly connecting the pressing member 171 and the rotary sleeve 172;
when the retractable limit latch 170 is in an initial state, the elastic member has a tendency of pushing the pressing post 176 to push upwards, the pressing portion 180 protrudes from the top opening 178 by a certain height, and the retractable limit latch 170 is located inside the sawtooth-shaped groove 142; when the retractable limiting latch 170 needs to be changed into an adjusting state, the pressing part 180 is pressed downwards, the elastic part is pressed to be shortened, and the retractable limiting latch 170 moves downwards along with the pressing column 176 and slides out of the sawtooth-shaped groove 142 to enter the communicating bottom groove 143.
In the auxiliary fixing brace of the embodiment, when the included angle between the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 needs to be adjusted, only the pressing part 180 on the pressing column 176 needs to be pressed, so that the elastic part on the tail column end is pressed and shortened, and then the retractable limiting latch 170 is driven to move along with the pressing column 176 and enter the communicating bottom groove 143 from the zigzag groove 142, so that the limitation on the second side plate 12 on the side limiting part 1 can be removed, and the second side plate 12 can freely rotate around the threaded sleeve 15; when the second side plate 12 is rotated to a proper position, the pressing part 180 is loosened, the retractable limiting latch 170 returns to the sawtooth-shaped groove 142, and the second side plate 12 can be limited and locked again.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An auxiliary fixation brace for pre-operative unicondylar replacement imaging assessment, comprising:
side limiting pieces (1) which are arranged in pairs and are provided with a first side plate (11) and a second side plate (12) of which the end parts are connected at a certain angle;
two fixed connecting pieces (2), one for fixedly connecting the two first side plates (11) and keeping the two first side plates (11) parallel; the other is used for fixedly connecting the two second side plates (12) and keeping the two second side plates (12) parallel;
the pressing mounting pieces (3) are arranged in two pairs, one pair is oppositely arranged on the two first side plates (11), and the other pair is oppositely arranged on the two second side plates (12);
and at least one joint driving piece (4) is arranged at the position where the first side plate (11) and the second side plate (12) are connected and is suitable for pushing the knee joint to turn inwards or outwards.
2. The auxiliary fixing brace as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing connector (2) comprises:
the two fixed connecting plates (21) are respectively used for being fixedly connected with the two first side plates (11) or the two second side plates (12);
the two amplitude limiting plates (22) are arranged in the middle of the head ends and in the middle of the tail ends of the two fixed connecting plates (21) in a quick-detachable mode.
3. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 2, wherein:
one end of the amplitude limiting plate (22) is provided with two limiting threaded holes (220), two fixing connecting through holes (210) are formed in the fixing connecting plate (21) opposite to the two limiting threaded holes (220), and two fixing connecting bolts (23) penetrate through the fixing connecting through holes (210) and then are in threaded connection with the limiting threaded holes (220);
the other end of the amplitude limiting plate (22) is provided with two limiting through holes (221), two fixed plug-in and pull-out bolts (211) are arranged on the fixed connecting plate (21) opposite to the two limiting through holes (221), and the two fixed plug-in and pull-out bolts (211) can be installed in the two limiting through holes (221) in a pluggable manner; the outer diameter of the fixed plug bolt (211) is smaller than the inner diameter of the limiting through hole (221);
the side surface of the amplitude limiting plate (22) is also provided with at least one side through hole (222) which penetrates through the two limiting through holes (221), and a release bolt (223) is installed inside the side through hole (222) in a pluggable mode and used for limiting the insertion depth of the fixed plug-in and pull-out bolt (211).
4. The auxiliary fixing brace as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing mount (3) comprises:
a pressing mounting shaft (31) screwed on the first side plate (11) or the second side plate (12);
the handle (32) is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the abutting mounting shaft (31);
the pressing ball (33) is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the pressing mounting shaft (31);
the first abutting mounting plate (34) is sleeved on the abutting mounting shaft (31) through an abutting mounting hole (340), and the inner diameter of the abutting mounting hole (340) is smaller than the diameter of the abutting ball (33);
the second abutting mounting plate (35) is buckled with the first abutting mounting plate (34), and a space for accommodating the abutting ball (33) is formed in the middle of the second abutting mounting plate; an arc-shaped abutting surface (350) is arranged on one side, far away from the first abutting mounting plate (34), of the second abutting mounting plate (35).
5. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 4, wherein: the pressing installation shaft (31) penetrates through the fixed connecting piece (2) and the side limiting piece (1) at the same time.
6. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 1, wherein the articulation drive (4) comprises:
a threaded shaft (41) screwed at the connection of the first side plate (11) and the second side plate (12);
the driving handle (42) is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the threaded shaft (41);
the square rotating disc (43) is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the threaded shaft (41);
the first push plate (44) is sleeved on the threaded shaft (41) through a circular through hole (440) arranged in the center and is positioned between the driving handle (42) and the square rotary disc (43);
the second push plate (45) is buckled with the first push plate (44), and a circular inner cavity (450) for the square rotary disc (43) to rotate is formed in the middle of the second push plate; the side of the second push plate (45) far away from the first push plate (44) is a joint driving surface (451).
7. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 1, wherein: further comprising an extension panel (5) adapted to be connected with the first side panel (11) or the second side panel (12);
the extension plate is characterized in that at least two first mounting through holes (51) are formed in the extension plate (5), at least two second mounting through holes (13) are formed in the first side plate (11) or the second side plate (12), and the extension plate (5) is connected with the first side plate (11) or the second side plate (12) through mounting bolts penetrating through the first mounting through holes (51) and the second mounting through holes (13).
8. The auxiliary fixation brace of claim 1, wherein: the first side plate (11) and the second side plate (12) are rotatably connected through an angle control structure;
the angle control structure includes:
the U-shaped structure (14) is arranged at the end part of the first side plate (11), two opposite angle limiting rings (141) are fixedly arranged on two opposite inner side surfaces (140), and each angle limiting ring (141) is provided with a plurality of continuously arranged zigzag grooves (142) and communicating bottom grooves (143) communicated with all the zigzag grooves (142);
the threaded sleeve (15) penetrates through the circle centers of the two angle limiting circular rings (141) and is fixedly arranged on the U-shaped structure (14) in a penetrating manner, and the middle part of the threaded sleeve is suitable for the threaded connection and installation of the joint driving piece (4);
the rotating shaft hole (16) is arranged at the end part of the second side plate (12) and is suitable for being sleeved outside the threaded sleeve (15) in a rotatable mode;

the pressing column (176) is provided with a pressing part (180), a limiting flange, a telescopic limiting latch (170) and a tail end column; the pressing portion (180) extends outward from the top opening (178); the retention flange is located inside the top opening (178); the retractable limit latch (170) extends from the side opening (179); the tail end column is sleeved with an elastic piece;
