Detailed Description
The present disclosure will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limitations of the present disclosure. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions relevant to the present disclosure are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the disclosed embodiments provide a zipper stop comprising an insertion leg 101, the insertion leg 101 comprising an insertion leg rear end portion 102 and an insertion leg front end portion 104, wherein a receiving groove 103 is enclosed in the insertion leg rear end portion 102; a through slit 105 is arranged in the front end part 104 of the insertion leg, the through slit 105 is communicated with the accommodating groove 103, and the through slit 105 can be tightly closed when two outer side surfaces of the front end part 104 of the insertion leg are pressed; the structure of the present disclosure makes at least one first contact surface 106 of the insertion leg rear end portion 102 for contact with the upper plate 201 or the lower plate 202 of the slider 200 more protruded than the second contact surface 107 of the insertion leg front end portion 104 for contact with the upper plate 201 or the lower plate 202 of the slider 200.
In general, in order to enable the slider to smoothly and tightly engage the teeth of the slide fastener, the slider 200 is generally configured such that the distance between the upper plate 201 and the lower plate 202 at the front end is slightly greater than the distance between the upper plate 201 and the lower plate 202 at the rear end of the slider 200, and therefore, when the slider 200 is engaged with the slide fastener stopper, the engagement between the slider 200 and the front end portion of the slide fastener stopper is slightly looser than the engagement between the slider 200 and the rear end portion of the slide fastener stopper, which causes problems such as incomplete sealing and fluid leakage.
In one scheme, at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the insertion leg 101 of the zipper stopper is provided with an inclined surface having a certain angle, so that when the slider 200 is fastened to the zipper stopper, the fastening of the slider 200 to the front end of the zipper stopper has a relatively uniform tightness compared with the fastening of the slider to the rear end of the zipper stopper, but due to the existence of the inclined surface, the connection between the slider 200 and the zipper stopper is easily loosened in a relatively violent movement, thereby causing a problem of poor sealing.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment of the present embodiment, the insertion leg 101 is divided into the insertion leg rear end portion 102 and the insertion leg front end portion 104, and at least one first contact surface 106 of the insertion leg rear end portion 102 for contacting with the upper plate 201 or the lower plate 202 of the slider 200 is made to protrude more than a second contact surface 107 of the insertion leg front end portion 104 for contacting with the upper plate 201 or the lower plate 202 of the slider 200, based on this structure, when the slider 200 is engaged with the zipper stopper, the front end portion of the slider 200 can be engaged with the insertion leg rear end portion 102, and the rear end portion of the slider 200 can be engaged with the insertion leg front end portion 104, so that the slider can be firmly engaged with the zipper stopper for the purpose of firm sealing.
As a preferred embodiment, the front and back first contact surfaces 106 of the rear end portion 102 of the insert leg are configured to protrude further than the front and back first contact surfaces 106 of the insert leg; that is, the first contact surface 106 located on the front surface of the insertion leg rear end portion 102 protrudes more in the upward direction than the second contact surface 107 located on the front surface of the insertion leg front end portion 104; and the first contact surface 106 located on the back surface of the insertion leg rear end portion 102 protrudes more in the downward direction than the second contact surface 107 located on the back surface of the insertion leg front end portion 104. The front surface is the surface facing outward when the zipper stopper of the present embodiment is attached to a product such as clothing or a bag, as indicated by a in fig. 2, and the back surface is the surface facing inward when the zipper stopper of the present embodiment is attached to a product such as clothing or a bag, as indicated by B in fig. 2. This provides a better clamping effect than a configuration in which only one first contact surface 106 protrudes.
In the embodiment of the present embodiment, the insertion leg 101 is divided into the left and right insertion legs by the accommodation groove 103 and the through-slit 105, and when the slider 200 is engaged with the slide fastener stopper of the present embodiment, the guide post 203 of the slider 200 can be accommodated in the accommodation groove 103, and the guide post 203 is prevented from being caught in the through-slit 105.
Referring to fig. 1-3, as a preferred embodiment, the first contact surface 106 and the second contact surface 107 are transitionally connected by a slope surface 108, so that the front end of the slider 200 can be smoothly clamped to the rear end 102 of the insertion leg, thereby reducing the click feeling when the slider 200 is pulled tightly.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in a preferred embodiment, pressing blocks 109 are connected to both outer side surfaces of the insertion leg tip portion 104, and the outer side surfaces of the pressing blocks 109 protrude more than the outer side surfaces of the insertion leg tip portion 104. In order to achieve the object, the length of the pressing block 109 should be close to the length of the through-slit 105, and preferably the length of the pressing block 109 should be the same as the length of the through-slit 105, when the slider 200 is gradually engaged with the zipper stopper, the pressing block 109 is more easily pressed by the left and right sides of the slider 200, so that the through-slit 105 of the insertion leg 101 is gradually reduced until the through-slit 105 of the front end 104 of the insertion leg is tightly closed. As a preferred embodiment, the edge portion of the pressing block 109 is provided to be smoothly connected with the outer side surface of the insertion leg front end portion 104 by a curved surface, so that the slider 200 can smoothly slide in the process of gradually engaging with the slide fastener stopper.
Referring to fig. 1-3, as a preferred embodiment, the insertion leg front end portion 104 has an extension portion 110 extending forward, the extension portion 110 has a guide opening 111 communicating with the through slit 105, and the guide opening 111 gradually increases in a direction away from the through slit 105 so that the guide post 203 of the slider 200 can smoothly enter the through slit 105 from the guide opening 111 and enter the receiving groove 103 through the through slit 105.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as a preferred embodiment, a stopper 112 is connected to the rear end portion 102 of the insertion leg, and the stopper 112 protrudes in the up and down direction compared to the insertion leg 101; the stopper portions 112 protrude in the left and right directions compared to the insertion leg 101. The stopping portion 112 can block the slider 200 from sliding excessively, and meanwhile, the stopping portion 112 protrudes relatively, so that the opening at the front end of the slider 200 can be tightly sealed, and a sealing effect is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as a preferred embodiment, the receiving groove 103 is surrounded by the insertion leg 101 and the stopper 112, the rear end groove wall of the receiving groove 103 is the inner side surface of the stopper 112, and the left and right groove walls of the receiving groove 103 are the inner side surfaces of the insertion leg 101, so that the guide post 203 of the slider 200 can be received in the receiving groove 103 to the maximum extent without blocking the airtight connection between the front end opening of the slider 200 and the stopper 112.
In summary, in the zipper stopper of the present embodiment, structurally, the step structure with the front lower part and the rear higher part of the insertion leg 101 is formed by the fact that at least one first contact surface 106 of the rear end 101 of the insertion leg 101, which is used for contacting with the upper plate 201 or the lower plate 202 of the slider 200, protrudes more than the second contact surface 107 of the front end 104 of the insertion leg, which is used for contacting with the upper plate 201 or the lower plate 202 of the slider 200, so that when the slider 200 is engaged with the zipper stopper, the slider 200 can be firmly engaged with the zipper stopper, the purpose of firm sealing is achieved, meanwhile, the pressing block 109 can enable the through seam 105 to be closed more tightly, the front end opening of the slider 200 is sealed by the stopping part 112, and the sealing performance between the slider 200 and the zipper stopper is enhanced.
