本申请实施例提供一种用于非授权频谱的功率调整方法及装置、终端设备、网络设备,该方法包括:终端设备在第一过渡周期内为目标传输进行发射功率从关到开的调整,其中,所述第一过渡周期与第一空隙在时域上至少部分重叠,所述第一空隙包括第一传输的结束时刻与所述目标传输的起始时刻之间的时间长度,所述第一传输为所述目标传输之前的最近一次传输。
