本申请公开了PUCCH资源集配置及起始符号确定方法和装置,其中PUCCH资源集配置方法可包括:终端设备确定目标时域结构;终端设备确定出目标时域结构对应的一组PUCCH资源集,其中,不同的时域结构分别配置有一组PUCCH资源集;终端设备从目标时域结构对应的一组PUCCH资源集中确定出一个PUCCH资源集,并从确定出的PUCCH资源集中确定出PUCCH资源,确定出的PUCCH资源用于发送UCI。应用本申请所述方案,能够实现更为灵活的PUCCH资源分配,提高PUCCH资源集中的资源利用率等。
