Abstract
本申请实施例涉及资源分配的方法、终端设备和网络设备。该方法包括接收网络设备发送的第一配置信息,该第一配置信息包括多个资源集合,该多个资源集合与多个RNTI一一对应,该多个资源集合中每个资源集合用于指示目标信道的可用资源,该多个资源集合指示的可用资源不同;接收该网络设备发送的目标下行控制信息DCI;若该目标DCI为根据该多个RNTI中第一RNTI加扰的,在该第一RNTI对应的第一资源集合中,确定该目标信道使用的资源。本申请实施例的资源分配的方法、终端设备和网络设备,能够提高资源利用率。
