One of the important links of network residence is to select public land mobile network PLMN, and then perform cell residence after selecting PLMN. In the 4G network era, the existing solution is to preferentially camp on the LTE (long term evolution) network. However, the LTE network of the terminal (UE) under the current PLMN may not be available due to the temporary abnormality of the current network, and a policy is needed to ensure that the UE can continue to camp on the network. In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that a first condition is met, available PLMNs except a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) currently registered by the electronic equipment are obtained; residing in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network according to the acquired available PLMN; wherein the meeting the first condition comprises at least one of: receiving attachment rejection information; sending a first number of TA update requests of the tracking area, and not receiving TA acceptance information; the method and the device can realize that when the LTE network of the current PLMN is abnormal, the LTE network is continuously resided in a mode of selecting other PLMNs, so that the service of the electronic equipment is ensured, and the problem that the electronic equipment is out of service possibly caused by the existing unavailable information processing scheme aiming at the LTE network is well solved.
In the information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be an information processing apparatus, or a control module in the information processing apparatus for executing the information processing method. In the embodiment of the present application, an information processing apparatus executing an information processing method is taken as an example, and the information processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.

a first obtaining module 71, configured to obtain an available PLMN except a public land mobile network PLMN currently registered by the electronic device if a first condition is met;
a first processing module 72, configured to camp on a long term evolution LTE network according to the obtained available PLMN;

a first number of tracking area TA update requests are sent and no TA accept information is received.
Wherein, the camping on the long term evolution LTE network according to the acquired available PLMN includes: and searching the LTE network for residing according to the preset priority sequence of the available PLMN.
In the embodiment of the application, the searched LTE network is a network meeting a second condition; the satisfying the second condition includes: the signal strength of the available PLMN corresponding to the LTE network is greater than a first threshold, and the available PLMN corresponding to the LTE network supports camping.
Further, the information processing apparatus further includes: a second processing module, configured to fall back to the 2G network or the 3G network using the currently registered PLMN if a third condition is satisfied; wherein the third condition comprises at least one of: not acquiring the available PLMN; no LTE networks supporting camping are searched under the available PLMNs.
In an embodiment of the present application, the information processing apparatus further includes: a first sending module, configured to send, to the network device, locally stored first information of an available PLMN through an attach request or a tracking area update request before the first condition is met; the first receiving module is used for receiving second information, fed back by the network equipment, of the available PLMN of the electronic equipment in the current area; the first updating module is used for updating the first information according to the second information; the acquiring available PLMNs other than the public land mobile network PLMN with which the electronic device is currently registered includes: and acquiring available PLMNs except the PLMN currently registered by the electronic equipment according to the updated first information.
Wherein, in the case that the first condition is satisfied, acquiring an available PLMN except a public land mobile network PLMN currently registered by the electronic device includes: acquiring available PLMNs except the PLMN currently registered by the electronic equipment under the condition that a first condition is met and the electronic equipment is determined to be continuously located in the TA range currently located within a first time period; and under the condition that the first condition is met and the electronic equipment is determined to move out of the range of the TA where the electronic equipment is located within the first time period, searching the resident cell at other TAs.
In an embodiment of the present application, the information processing apparatus further includes: the second obtaining module is used for obtaining the TA information of the electronic equipment at present and obtaining the movement trend information of the electronic equipment according to the first reference information before the electronic equipment is determined to be continuously located in the TA range at present within the first time period or the electronic equipment is determined to be moved out of the TA range at present within the first time period; the first determining module is used for determining that the electronic equipment is continuously located in the current TA range within a first time period or is moved out of the current TA range according to the current TA information and the moving trend information of the electronic equipment; wherein the first reference information includes: at least one of gravity sensing information of the electronic device, distance information between the electronic device and the network device, and positioning information of the electronic device.

The information processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application may be an apparatus, or may be a component, an integrated circuit, or a chip in a terminal. The device can be mobile electronic equipment or non-mobile electronic equipment. By way of example, the mobile electronic device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a vehicle-mounted electronic device, a wearable device, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like, and the non-mobile electronic device may be a server, a Network Attached Storage (NAS), a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine or a self-service machine, and the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited.
The information processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present application may be an apparatus having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and embodiments of the present application are not limited specifically.
The information processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented by the method embodiments in fig. 1 to fig. 6, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8, an electronic device 80 is further provided in this embodiment of the present application, and includes a processor 81, a memory 82, and a program or an instruction stored in the memory 82 and capable of being executed on the processor 81, where the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 81 to implement each process of the information processing method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and no further description is provided here to avoid repetition.
It should be noted that the electronic device in the embodiment of the present application includes the mobile electronic device and the non-mobile electronic device described above.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an electronic device implementing an embodiment of the present application.
The electronic device 90 includes, but is not limited to: a radio frequency unit 91, a network module 92, an audio output unit 93, an input unit 94, a sensor 95, a display unit 96, a user input unit 97, an interface unit 98, a memory 99, and a processor 910.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device 90 may further include a power source (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and the power source may be logically connected to the processor 910 through a power management system, so as to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions through the power management system. The electronic device structure shown in fig. 9 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device, and the electronic device may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or arrange different components, and thus, the description is not repeated here.
The processor 910, when a first condition is satisfied, obtains an available PLMN except a public land mobile network PLMN currently registered by the electronic device; residing in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network according to the acquired available PLMN; wherein the meeting the first condition comprises at least one of: receiving attachment rejection information through the radio frequency unit 91; a first number of tracking area TA update requests are sent by the radio unit 91 and no TA accept information is received.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that a first condition is met, available PLMNs except a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) currently registered by the electronic equipment are obtained; residing in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network according to the acquired available PLMN; wherein the meeting the first condition comprises at least one of: receiving attachment rejection information; sending a first number of TA update requests of the tracking area, and not receiving TA acceptance information; the method and the device can realize that when the LTE network of the current PLMN is abnormal, the LTE network is continuously resided in a mode of selecting other PLMNs, so that the service of the electronic equipment is ensured, and the problem that the electronic equipment is out of service possibly caused by the existing unavailable information processing scheme aiming at the LTE network is well solved.
Optionally, the camping on the long term evolution LTE network according to the acquired available PLMN includes: and searching the LTE network for residing according to the preset priority sequence of the available PLMN.
Optionally, the searched LTE network is a network satisfying a second condition; the satisfying the second condition includes: the signal strength of the available PLMN corresponding to the LTE network is greater than a first threshold, and the available PLMN corresponding to the LTE network supports camping.
Optionally, the processor 910 is further configured to: in the event that a third condition is satisfied, fallback to a 2G network or a 3G network using the currently registered PLMN; wherein the third condition comprises at least one of: not acquiring the available PLMN; no LTE networks supporting camping are searched under the available PLMNs.
Optionally, the processor 910 is further configured to: before the first condition is met, sending locally stored first information of available PLMNs to the network device through an attach request or a tracking area update request by using the radio frequency unit 91; receiving, by using the radio frequency unit 91, second information of an available PLMN of the electronic device in the current area, which is fed back by the network device; updating the first information according to the second information;
the acquiring available PLMNs other than the public land mobile network PLMN with which the electronic device is currently registered includes: and acquiring available PLMNs except the PLMN currently registered by the electronic equipment according to the updated first information.
Optionally, the acquiring an available PLMN other than a public land mobile network PLMN currently registered by the electronic device if the first condition is satisfied includes: acquiring available PLMNs except the PLMN currently registered by the electronic equipment under the condition that a first condition is met and the electronic equipment is determined to be continuously located in the TA range currently located within a first time period; and under the condition that the first condition is met and the electronic equipment is determined to move out of the range of the TA where the electronic equipment is located within the first time period, searching the resident cell at other TAs.
Optionally, the processor 910 is further configured to: the method comprises the steps that TA information of the electronic equipment at present is obtained before the electronic equipment is determined to be continuously located in a TA range of the electronic equipment at present within a first time period, or the electronic equipment is determined to be moved out of the TA range of the electronic equipment at present within the first time period, and moving trend information of the electronic equipment is obtained according to first reference information; according to the current TA information and the moving trend information of the electronic equipment, determining that the electronic equipment is continuously located in the current TA range within a first time period, or moving out of the current TA range; wherein the first reference information includes: at least one of gravity sensing information of the electronic device, distance information between the electronic device and the network device, and positioning information of the electronic device.
In summary, the scheme can be specifically realized as a method for continuously residing in the LTE network, so as to ensure that when an abnormality occurs in the LTE network of the current PLMN, the LTE network is continuously residing in by selecting PLMNs in other PLMN lists or forbidding off the current TA (tracking area), and the like, thereby avoiding the problem that the PLMN falls back to 2G or 3G but cannot reside in the weak signal range and cannot reside in 2G or 3G before being continuously used, which results in no service.
It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 94 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 941 and a microphone 942, and the Graphics processor 941 processes image data of still pictures or videos obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 96 may include a display panel 961, and the display panel 961 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 97 includes a touch panel 971 and other input devices 972. A touch panel 971, also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 971 may include two portions of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 972 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in detail herein. The memory 99 may be used to store software programs as well as various data including, but not limited to, application programs and an operating system. The processor 910 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It is to be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 910.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the above-mentioned information processing method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
The processor is the processor in the electronic device described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to execute a program or an instruction to implement each process of the information processing method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and the details are not repeated here to avoid repetition.
It should be understood that the chips mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as system-on-chip, system-on-chip or system-on-chip, etc.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
under the condition that a first condition is met, acquiring available Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) except the PLMN currently registered by the electronic equipment;
residing in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network according to the acquired available PLMN;
wherein the meeting the first condition comprises at least one of:
receiving attachment rejection information;
a first number of tracking area TA update requests are sent and no TA accept information is received.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the camping on the long term evolution LTE network according to the obtained available PLMN comprises:
and searching the LTE network for residing according to the preset priority sequence of the available PLMN.
3. The information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the searched LTE network is a network that satisfies a second condition;
the satisfying the second condition includes: the signal strength of the available PLMN corresponding to the LTE network is greater than a first threshold, and the available PLMN corresponding to the LTE network supports camping.
4. The information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising:
in the event that a third condition is satisfied, fallback to a 2G network or a 3G network using the currently registered PLMN;
wherein the third condition comprises at least one of:
not acquiring the available PLMN;
no LTE networks supporting camping are searched under the available PLMNs.
5. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
before the first condition is met, sending locally stored first information of available PLMNs to a network device through an attachment request or a tracking area update request;
receiving second information, fed back by the network equipment, of the available PLMN of the electronic equipment in the current area;
updating the first information according to the second information;
the acquiring available PLMNs other than the public land mobile network PLMN with which the electronic device is currently registered includes:
and acquiring available PLMNs except the PLMN currently registered by the electronic equipment according to the updated first information.
6. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring available PLMNs other than a public land mobile network PLMN with which the electronic device is currently registered if the first condition is satisfied comprises:
acquiring available PLMNs except the PLMN currently registered by the electronic equipment under the condition that a first condition is met and the electronic equipment is determined to be continuously located in the TA range currently located within a first time period;
and under the condition that the first condition is met and the electronic equipment is determined to move out of the range of the TA where the electronic equipment is located within the first time period, searching the resident cell at other TAs.
7. The information processing method according to claim 6, wherein before determining that the electronic device continues to be within the current TA range for the first duration, or determining that the electronic device moves out of the current TA range for the first duration, the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining TA information of the electronic equipment at present, and obtaining movement trend information of the electronic equipment according to first reference information;
according to the current TA information and the moving trend information of the electronic equipment, determining that the electronic equipment is continuously located in the current TA range within a first time period, or moving out of the current TA range;
wherein the first reference information includes: at least one of gravity sensing information of the electronic device, distance information between the electronic device and the network device, and positioning information of the electronic device.
8. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring available Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) except the PLMN with which the electronic equipment is currently registered under the condition that a first condition is met;
the first processing module is used for residing in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network according to the acquired available PLMN;
wherein the meeting the first condition comprises at least one of:
receiving attachment rejection information;
a first number of tracking area TA update requests are sent and no TA accept information is received.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program or instructions, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A readable storage medium, characterized in that a program or instructions are stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implement the steps of the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
