Referring to fig. 5, as shown in the figure, the flattening mechanism 5 includes a front-back moving support 51, a lifting support 52 and a flattening assembly 53, the lifting support 52 is disposed on the front-back moving support 51, the lifting support 52 is driven by the lifting mechanism to move up and down on the front-back moving support 51, the front-back moving support 51 is driven by a driving mechanism to move back and forth, specifically, the lifting mechanism may be a screw mechanism driven by a motor or the like to reciprocate up and down, the driving mechanism of the front-back moving support may be an air cylinder mechanism or an electric screw mechanism or the like, the front-back moving support 51 is provided with a movable groove 511, the flattening assembly 53 is disposed in the movable groove 511, and the flattening assembly 53 is connected to the lifting support 51 through a spring rotating shaft. Specifically, after the paper freely falls down, the front-back moving support 51 is driven to move towards the placing part, then the lifting support drives the flattening component to descend together, so that the flattening component flattens the paper, then the flattening component and the lifting support ascend, and finally the front-back moving support 51 retreats back to the original position.
The flattening mechanism 5 is also provided with a pressure sensor 54 for detecting the pressure of the flattening component 53 for flattening the book, the flattening component is in contact with the paper, the pressure sensor can detect the pressure in the process of flattening the paper, the flattening component rises immediately after a certain pressure is reached, and the soft material is arranged on one side of the flattening component 53 attached to the paper, so that the paper can be better protected.
The specific working process of the scanner is as follows:
placing a file or a book on a placing part, firstly performing trial operation, after a paper sucker adsorbs a piece of paper, determining the intensity of an ultrasonic signal received by an ultrasonic paper detection device, then performing formal operation, driving the paper sucker by a first swing arm mechanism and a second swing arm mechanism, adsorbing the paper from the right placing part, when the intensity of the ultrasonic signal is normal, continuously moving the paper sucker to a left designated position, driving a second swing arm to rotate upwards relative to the first swing arm under the driving of a second driving mechanism and a driving rod, enabling the paper sucker to be separated from the paper, enabling the paper to fall freely, enabling a rear flattening mechanism to move and flatten the paper, returning after the designated pressure is reached, and scanning the pages on two sides by a scanning part to complete one-time scanning operation; therefore, automatic case, book and periodical scanning can be realized.

the placing part (4) comprises a left placing panel (41) and a right placing panel (42), and the left placing panel (41) and the right placing panel (42) are arranged on a placing support (43) and used for placing books and periodicals;
