Abstract
The invention provides a monitoring system and a method for terminal test, wherein the system comprises: guide rail and patrol robot, the guide rail sets up in that the terminal that awaits measuring is preceding, patrol robot is located on the guide rail, utilize the guide rail removes, patrol robot includes: the camera module is used for carrying out video acquisition on a display screen of the terminal to be tested; the control module is used for controlling the patrol robot to move along the guide rail, controlling the patrol robot to stop moving when the patrol robot reaches the position right in front of the terminal to be tested, controlling the camera module to collect video, analyzing the video collected by the camera module to obtain an analysis result, and controlling the patrol robot to move to the next terminal to be tested after the analysis result is uploaded to a remote server through the wireless communication module; and the wireless communication module is used for carrying out wireless communication with the remote server. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of terminal testing, in particular to a monitoring system and a monitoring method for terminal testing.
Background
For a terminal with a display screen, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc., after shipment, a stability test needs to be performed. When the terminals are tested, the tested terminals may have a crash-like abnormality or a display-like abnormality. Currently, in order to find the abnormal condition of the terminal to be tested in the testing process, manual patrol is needed to monitor.
In a laboratory for testing the stability of the terminal, more than 2000 terminals to be tested need to be tested, and the abnormal conditions of the terminals to be tested are monitored through manual patrol, so that a large amount of manpower is consumed, and the monitoring efficiency and reliability are low.
